Acquisition of Human Operation Characteristics for Kite-based Tethered Flying Robot using Human Operation Data
This paper shows human skill acquisition systems
to control the kite-based tethered flying robot. The kite-based
tethered flying robot has been proposed as a flying observation
system with long-term activity capability[1]. It is a relatively new
system and aimed to complement other information gathering
systems using a balloon or an air vehicle.
This paper shows some approaches of human operation
characteristics acquisition based on fuzzy learning controller, knearest
neighbor algorithm, and artificial neural network for
the kite-based tethered flying robot using human operation data
and their validity through computational simulation which we

Analysis Method of Periodic Solution using Haar Wavelet Transform for Autonomous Nonlinear Circuits
Recently, much attemtion has been paid to the methods for circuit analysis using wavelet transform. In
particular, we have proposed the analysis methods using Haar wavelet transform. Haar wavelet can be easily treated, be
adapted to time varying and nonlinear circuits and we can be easily derived differential and integral operator matrices by using block pulse functions. Furthermore, it can analyze a region near singular points more precisely. Therefore, we consider that it is suitable to analyze nonlinear time-varying circuits. Effect of Unpredictable Motion Component in Video on Body Sway
In this study, we verified the occurrence of visually induced self-motion during a motion movie that included both unpredictable and predictable components by measuring body sway. Eleven subjects watched a static movie for 1 min and 8 sinusoidally moving movies (direction setting: 2, added unpredictable component settings: 4) for 180 s each. The results revealed the following: First, a viewing depth-direction predictable motion movie had high phase synchronization acuity. In contrast, the unpredictable motion component considerably affected the viewing side-direction motion movie.
