No full text18 世紀イギリスで大流行した大衆文学チャップ・ブックについて， 限定形容詞の観点からその言語特性を探ることが本研究の目的であった．電子コーパスによる記述文法書に基づいて形容詞語順構造分析枠組を構築した後， 異なるジャンル（伝説・民間伝承・バラッド）から集めた3 作品を分
析した．その結果，126 例の形容詞句が得られたが，2 種以上の限定形容詞が出現した形容詞句は僅か2 例にとどまった．この2 例は，ほとんどの形容詞句が偏って生起した伝説にのみ見られた．
限定形容詞による修飾がこの伝説作品で多用された要因の一つとして，騎士道と貴族社会を取り巻く非常に華やかな世界を言葉で紡ぎだす，という書き手の意図が挙げられよう．一方，主人公の騎士とその宮廷恋愛の相手である伯爵令嬢がお互いを呼び合う呼称が，この二人の人間関係の変化を反映している点に，18 世紀英語の限定形容詞が有する歴史語用論的要素を見出すことができた

No full text本稿は、筆者が2010 年度から2012 年度に掛けて、科学研究費若手（B）「若年非正規雇用層の階層的多様性についての計量的研究」（研究課題番号：22730419）の助成を受けて実施した、「働き方と生活についてのアンケート調査」について実査概要および、調査結果の一部について、その概要について報告するものである。分析の結果、従業上の地位のなかでも、非正規雇用の間の「本意」か「不本意」かの差異が意識面に大きな影響を与えていることが分かり、今後更に検証を進めていく必要があることが示された
Examination of the management and competitiveness improvement of large-scale meal provision facilities － Proposal of the menu model －
No full textThis study aimed to streamline and improve hygiene management operations to reduce their
management risks, and pointed out that such efforts will be essential and important for the improvement of the competitiveness of meal provision facilities in the future. The previous paper examined the approach toward management of indirect costs by applying ABC and indicated its significant impact on business management. This paper dealt with direct material costs, which was a remaining issue and accounts for 44.5% of the gross cost. It also examined the effectiveness of direct material cost management based on consideration of hygiene management in meal preparation.
The examination results confirmed that selection of the meal preparation method and cooking equipment suitable for the foodstuffs has a major impact on the cost. From this perspective, the menu was reviewed with a cost management simulation, which showed that it is possible to reduce the cost by 2.5 million yen in 3 months.
It is certain that efforts to improve the efficiency and quality of hygiene management operations will enable cost reduction and eventually lead to the reduction of various management risks (on food recycling, distribution, and other issues) and improvement of business competitiveness by linking these efforts to safety and a sense of security, which are drawing attention from food consumers. This will be an important issue to be examined for the management and operation of meal preparation facilities in the future
A Research of Detecting Handwriting Period for Aerial Handwritten Character Recognition
No full textThis paper describes a method to recognize a character handwritten in the air. This recognition method uses the motion direction instead of positions of the device. It also doesn't use the information of pen-up and pen-down. It selects and orders character candidates with DP (dynamic programming) matching. We prototyped a handwritten character recognition system that detect handwriting period by hand-open and hand-close. This system worked well, but it was very tired that we try input character speedy. In this time, we study a method of auto handwriting period detection instead of hand-open and hand-close. We achieved correct recognition rate about 80% for categories of Hiragana characters by using auto handwriting period detection
An Optimum Repair Plan for Maintenance of Existing Bridges
No full textRecently, the guideline for periodic bridge inspection was re-established with 4 rating evaluation for maintenance immediacy of action by MLIT. The plan extending bridge service life, which has been formulated with 5 rating evaluation since 2007 in Fukui prefecture, needs to re-formulate in accordance with the guideline. Development of effective evaluation system for bridge management corresponding to the guideline is awaited for this purpose expectantly. In this study, a decision-making system for bridge repair plan is developed by using the bridge inspection data of Echizen city. The revised deterioration transfer curves for slab and abutment are introduced for three classifications of rapid, standard and slow deterioration members. The most economical repair plan is determined by comparing the life cycle costs for nine repair conditions, in which the rating limits for preventive repair are assumed as2.0,2.5 and 3.0 for slab, girder and abutment, respectively. The effectiveness and practical usefulness of the system are illustrated by discussing the numerical results
A Study of Progress with Improvements of Bicycle-pass Conditions A Case of ONO
No full textIn this study, I investigated the passing behavior of cyclists and pedestrians at the Roken-street in Ono city, Fukui prefecture. As a result, I clarified the rate of the roadway passing of cyclists is 33.2%, the rate of the pavement passing of cyclists is 66.8%.About passing place in the pavement, the rate of cyclists passed at the roadway side was57.3%-63.1％,and the rate of pedestrians passed at the building side was37.5%-59.6％.Cyclists of younger than high school students was not passing slow in the pavement, and the rate of keep to the left in the roadway was low. The time when avoid of cyclists and cyclists was mutual avoidance
