PENGARUH SERVICE QUALITY DAN CUSTOMER VALUE TERHADAP LOYALITAS KONSUMEN MELALUI EXPERIENTIAL MARKETING (Studi Pada Bank Sinarmas Kantor Cabang Kota Tanjung Pinang)
One of the companies in the banking sector that participates in the development of the Indonesian economy is Bank Sinarmas where Bank Sinarmas has 2 business units, namely Conventional and Sharia. PT Bank Sinarmas Tbk. Seeing the intense competition in the banking sector, which will result in a wider variety of products and excellent service to support consumer loyalty. With these factors every company must be observant in selling their products and services. In this case, the company can create advantages from their products and services compared to the products and services of other companies. The variables in this study are Service Quality (X1), Customer Value (X2), Experiential Marketing (Z1), and Consumer Loyalty (Y). The population in the study was 6,029 customers, and the research sample was 70 samples using the Slovin formula. The analytical tool used in this research is PLS. The results of the study show that the variables of Service Quality (X1), Customer Value (X2), Experiential Marketing (Z1), and Consumer Loyalty (Y) have a significant effect.Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Value, Experiential Marketing, and Consumer Loyalty
ANALISIS BEBAN IKLAN, PERTUMBUHAN PENJUALAN, DAN TINGKAT UTANG PERUSAHAAN PADA NILAI PERUSAHAAN SELAMA MASA PANDEMIK COVID-19
Good company value can make business owners get maximum profit and can also increase the attractiveness of investors to put investment capital in the company. This study aims to determine the effect of advertising expenses, sales growth and debt levels by using tax aggressiveness as a moderating variable. The research sample used is the financial statements of manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2019 period. The research method used is quantitative research with multiple regression analysis method. The results showed that Sales Growth and Debt Level had an effect on firm value, while advertising expense had no effect on firm value. Tax aggressiveness could moderate the relationship between sales growth, debt level and firm value
DERERMINANTS OF ISLAMIC BOND MARKET REACTION Empirical Study of Islamic Bond in Indonesia
The main objective of this study is to examine several factors that cause islamic bonds market reaction as measured by cumulative abnormal return. The factors that are believed to be the determinants of islamic bond market reaction are the value of islamic bonds issuance, islamic bond rating, age of islamic bonds and size of the islamic bond issuing company. The population in this study are companies that issue Islamic bonds and are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a four-year observation period (2015-2018). The sample selection in this study uses purposive sampling based on certain criteria. In sample selection 36 Islamic bonds were obtained as samples. This study uses secondary data where the data is obtained from the annual report and the website of the issuing company. To test the hypothesis, using a multiple regression analysis tool with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that the value of Islamic bonds issuance and rating of Islamic bonds issuance had a positive effect on market reaction. PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN KEPUASAN NASABAH TERHADAP LOYALITAS NASABAH TABUNGANMU MANDIRI KCP SIMPANG TIGA PASAMAN BARAT
ABSTRAK Loyalitas adalah ditujukan kepada suatu perilaku atau sifat, yang ditunjukan kepada kestiaan konsumen dan merekomendasikan produk perusahaan kepada orang lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa bagaimana pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kepuasan terhadap Loyalitas nasabah TabunganMu Bank Mandiri KCP Simpang Tiga, jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 Responden. Pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan dengan regresi berganda dengan hasil Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan dengan nilai 0.436 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.000 ( < 0.05). Kepuasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai 0.530 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.000 ( < 0.05 ). Nilai koefisien Determinasi sebesar 90.4% di pengaruhi Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kepuasan, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya. Kata Kunci : Loyalitas Nasabah, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan ABSTRACT Loyalty is aimed at a behavior, which is indicated by repeated purchases and recommending company products to friends or partners. This study aims to analyze how the influence of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty on Customer Loyality of Tabunganmu Bank mandiri KCP of Simpang Tiga, the number of samples in this study were 100 Respondents. Hypothesis testing used by multiple regression with the results of Service Quality has a positive and significant effect with a value of 0.436 and a significant value of 0.000 (<0.05). The Customer Satisfaction is positive and significant with a value of 0.530 and a significant value of 0.00 (<0.05). Determination coefficient value of 90.4% is influenced by the Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction, while the rest is influenced by other factors.Keywords: Customer Loyality, Service Quality, Customer Satisfactio
PENGARUH SISTEM MANAJEMEN KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI PT.NINDYA KENCANA KSO PADANG PARIAMAN
Hasil penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti dan menganalisis Pengaruh Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Pt.Nindya Kencana Kso Padang Pariaman Dimana Variable X Adalah Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja Variabel Dependen Adalah Kinerja Pegawai Di Pt.Nindya Kencana Kso Padang Pariaman .Penelitian ini menggunakan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas,uji multikulieoritas, uji heroskadisitas dan Uji Regresi Berganda, Uji t dan Uji F . Hasil dari Penelitian Variable Sistem Manajemen Kesalamatan memiliki t hitung(-0,776) 0,05. Hal ini berarti bahwa H1 ditolak dan Ho diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sistem Manajemen Kesalamatan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di PT. Nindya Kencana KSO Padang PariamanVariable Kesehatan Kerja memiliki t hitung(11,499) > t tabel (1,990) dan nilai sig perhitungan yang diperoleh adalah sebesar 0,000<0,05. Hal ini berarti bahwa H2diterima dan Ho ditolak. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sistem Kesehatan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di PT. Nindya Kencana KSO Padang Pariaman.Dari tabel tersebut diketahui nilai F hitung 91,524 yang lebih besar dari nilai F tabel sebesar3,11(lihat lampiran tabel F) dan nilai probabilitas yang dihasilkan dari perhitungan adalah 0,000b lebih kecil dari α (5%). Hal ini berarti bahwa H3 diterima dan Ho ditolak. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sistem Manajemen Kesalamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai
PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS DAN STRUKTUR MODAL TERHADAP PPh BADAN TERUTANG PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA TAHUN 2015-2019
This study aims to analyze the effect of the effect of profitability and capital structure on corporate income tax payable in consumer goods subsector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2019. The dependent variable used is corporate income tax. Meanwhile, the independent variables used are Profitability and Capital Structure. The method used to determine the sample is purposive sampling with certain criteria. The type of data used is secondary data. The data analysis used was panel data analysis using E-Views 9. The results showed that profitability had a positive effect on corporate income tax and capital structure had a negative effect on corporate income tax.Key words: profitability, capital structure, and corporate income taxABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengaruh Profitabilitas dan Struktur Modal terhadap PPh badan terutang pada perusahaan manufaktur subsektor barang konsumsi yang terdafta di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015 – 2019. Variabel dependen yang digunakan adalah PPh badan. Sedangkan variabel independen yang digunakan adalah Profitabilitas dan Struktur Modal. Metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan sampel yaitu purposive sampling dengan beberapa kriteria tertentu. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis panel data dengan menggunakan E-Views 9. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap PPh badan dan Struktur Modal berpengaruh negatif terhadap PPh badan.Kata kunci : profitabilitas, struktur modal, PPh bada
PENGARUH PENGENDALIAN INTERNAL DAN SISTEM INFORMASI AKUNTANSI TERHADAP EFISIENSI BIAYA DAN EFEKTIVITAS PELAYANAN PASIEN PADA RUMAH SAKIT UMUM PEKERJA
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengendalian Intern dan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Efisiensi Biaya Dan Efektifitas Pelayanan Pasien (Studi di Rumah Sakit Umum Pekerja). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei eksplanatori dengan metode cross-sectional, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling dengan instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner pada 58 responden di Rumah Sakit Umum Pekerja. Data dianalisis secara kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian yaitu: (1) Pengendalian Internal Mempengaruhi Efisiensi Keuntungan dan Efektifitas Biaya Pelayanan Pasien (2) Dampak Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Keuntungan Pelayanan Dan Efektifitas Biaya (3) Kontribusi atas Efisiensi Biaya dan Efektivitas Pelayanan Pasien sebesar 83,8 persen yang berasal dari faktor Pengendalian Internal dan Sistem Informasi Akuntans
PENGARUH PANDEMI COVID 19 TERHADAP PEREKONOMIAN PROPINSI JAMBI
Corona has been declared a pandemic by WHO since March 2020. Almost all countries in the world are affected by the presence of this dangerous virus. The Covid-19 pandemic devastated the social, political and even economic sectors. This can be seen from the decline in the country's economic growth rate that has contracted and even entered a recession. Jambi Province is one of the areas affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The economic growth rate of Jambi Province slowed down and contracted by 1.72 percent. This research will look at the extent of the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic on the economy of Jambi Province and what sectors are affected. The study concludes that there are nine (9) sectors affected, namely transportation, accommodation provision, corporate services, other services, construction, real estate, government administration, mining and quarrying, as well as wholesale and retail trade. While the results of Mc Nemar's statistical test proved that the Covid-19 pandemic had a significant effect on the economy of Jambi Province, both y on y, q to q and c to c economic growth. This can be seen from the statistical significance of the Mc Nemar test for the three types of economic growth which is less than 0.05
FAKTOR PENENTU KESENJANGAN ANGGARAN
An important aspect in the budgetsetting process is the tendency for budgeting managers to create budgetary slack. However, there is a limited study investigating the budgetary slack in non-profit oriented organization, such as local government. Therefore, this study address the gap in the literature by investigating the effect of budget participation and trust on budgetary slack. Besides, this study also analys the moderating effect of regulation understanding on the relationship the determinants (budget participation and trust) and budgetary slack. Final sample of this study is seven-eight (78) respondents who represented the lower level manager in organization. Structural equation model (SEM-PLS) is applied. The result show that only one hypothesis is accepted and other are rejected. the significant hypothesis is the effect of trust on budgetary slack. STRATEGI BISNIS MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN DALAM MENGHADAPI PANDEMI COVID-19: STUDI KASUS RED N BLUE CAFÉ
Abstract The COVID-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia had a considerable impact on MSMEs (Micro Small and Medium Enterprieses), including cafes. Red n Blue Café which operates in Tanjungpinang City is one of the cafes that is affected by COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges faced by Red n Blue Café during the pandemic and formulate the Red n Blue Café business strategy in dealing with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The method adopted in this study is qualitative. The data were collected by interview, observations and literature studies. The data was then processed by using the IFE matrix, EFE matrix, and SWOT matrix. As a result, the Red n Blue Café strategy can be categorized into general strategies and pandemic specific strategies. Digital marketing and e-commerce can be an option for Red n Blue Café both during the pandemic and in normal times.Keywords : Strategy, Strategic Mangement, SWOT Analysis..AbstrakPandemi COVID-19 yang melanda Indonesia memberikan dampak yang cukup besar terhadap UMKM, termasuk café. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh Red n Blue Café di masa pandemic serta merumuskan strategi bisnis Red n Blue Café dalam menghadapi pandemic COVID-19 yang sedang berlangsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi kepustakaan sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Data kemudian diolah menggunakan matriks IFE, matriks EFE, dan matriks SWOT. Hasilnya, strategi Red n Blue Café dapat dikategorikan menjadi strategi umum dan strategi di masa pandemi. Digital marketing dan e-commerce dapat menjadi pilihan yang dijalankan baik di masa pandemi maupun di masa normal.Kata Kunci : Strategi, Manajemen Strategik, Analisa SWO
