    According to revision on the Central Kazakhstan territory, taxonomic composition of the genus Ranunculus represents with 19 species, which integrate into 2 subgenera ( Ranunculus and Batrachium ), and 9 sections: Acris, Pterocarpa, Ranunculus, Polyrhizos , Flammula, Xanthobatrachium, Hecatonia, Polyphyllus, Heterophylles , and 9 subsections: Acris, Polyanthemos, Repentes, Ranunculus, Lingua, Hecatonia, Hyperborei, Trichophilli, Circinati (the last three taxa belongs to subgenus Batrachium ). Distribution of the Ranunculus species in Central Kazakhstan demonstrate the wide range of the belt-zone and ecological adaptation, despite the relatively poor representation of the species. The genus Ranunculus in Central Kazakhstan includes mountaineous and plain, forest, steppe and desert terrestrial, amphibious and true aquatic species.     Microscopic examination of the stem epidermis of Poa relaxa Ovcz. has shown, that in spite of xeromorphic isamples being in general, more rough due to the presence of pricles and sharp crown cells, the differences between xeromorphic and mesomorphic individuals are rather quantitative. The relatively mesomorphic plants along with almost smooth, as there are individuals with a stem, seated long and thick spines. Therefore the nature of the surface of the stem cannot be considered a reliable discriminator.The samples with quite dense and sharp pricles have been found side by side with almost smooth ones.???????????????? ???????????? ????????? ????????     The preliminary list of macromycetes, registered for the Tomsk region, was made up after longstanding research including the analisys of the literature. The macromycetes' biota is presented by 1168 species and subspecies of fungi belonging to 27 orders, 96 families and 319 genera. 76 species from 11 orders, 25 families and 49 genera belong to subdivision Pezizomycotina. The biodiversity of the basidial macromycetes (class Agaricomycetes (Basidiomycota) is significantly higher: it is presented by 1092 species and subspecies of 16 orders, 71 families, 270 genera. 250 species of the macromycetes were revealed by the authors for the first time at Tomsk region, including 200 species new for the area, 41 species - new for West Siberia, 6 species - new for Russia and 3 species, probably, new for science. The state of a rare species was declared for 176 (15.1 %) of the macromycetes. According to expert evaluation of the authors, the total number of the registered species of the fungi is only about 50 % of the estimated diversity of the macromycetes of Tomsk region (near 3000 species). The species associated with boreal formation, are naturally presented at the studied area. However, the region can be considered as a part of the accumulation zone, so as there is a penetration of both European macromycetes in this territory (Agaricus dulcidus, Amanita virosa, Coprinopsis extinctorius, Lactarius helvus, Limacella ochracelutea and many others.) The same process was shown also for the Far East species (Polyporus ulmarius, Cyathus jiayuguanensis) and for North America ones (Suillus intermedius, Russula brevipes, Poliota kodiakensis).     New data on distribution of 14 alien plant species in Siberia are reported in the article.     The annotated list of the type specimens of 32 taxa of the family Caryophyllaceae Juss., stored in the Krylov Herbarium (??) of Tomsk State University is given. The type category is indicated, text of the original label and text of protologue are cited for each specimen. 82 type specimens were found in collection, including 5 holotypes, 19 isotypes, 1 paratype, 4 lectotypes, 15 isolectotypes, 30 syntypes, 8 isosyntypes. Furthermore the original material for 3 varieties (34 specimens) is given.
