The rank and distribution pattern of Erysimum transiliense M. Pop. previously known exclusively from the Central Tien Shan is elucidated. The taxon is proved to be conspecific with E. cheiranthoides L.: it is reduced to a subspecies of the latter (as E. cheiranthoides subsp. transiliense) and synonymized with E. cheiranthoides f. dolichocarpum N. Busch described from the Russian Altai. The both names are lectotypified. E. cheiranthoides subsp. transiliense is reported for the first time for China, Mongolia, and Russia. The rank and distribution pattern of Erysimum transiliense M. A new subspecies, which seems to be of hybrid origination, is described from subalpine zone of the Altai-Sayan mountains. Poa glauca s.l and P.versicolor s.l. are supposed to be parental species. This new subspecies is recognized within the polytypical species P.araratica, which, probably, is of the same origin.A new subspecies, which seems to be of hybrid origination, is described from subalpine zone of the Altai-Sayan mountains.      New items of information on both the flora of Middle Siberia and distribution of some rare species are given. Three species (Oenothera villosa, Plumbagella micrantha, and Campanula trachelium) are recorded for the first time for Middle Siberia. Chenopodium iljinii, Delphinium inconspicuum, Epilobium adenocaulon, Stachys annua, Campanula trachelium are new species for Khakassia; Polygonum neglectum and Chenopodium acerifolium are recorded for the first time for Tyva. New items of information on both the flora of Middle Siberia and distribution of some rare species are given. Descriptions of spores of 8 Woodsia species are given. The spores of Woodsia species are slightly distinctive from each other. They belong to three morphological types referring to a perisporium sculpture, which correspond to three series: ser. Alpina (W. alpina), ser. Glabella (W. asplenioides, W. glabella, W. heterophylla) and ser. Ilvensis (W. ilvensis, W. calcarea, W. acuminata, W. asiatica). The perisporium of the Ilvensis series is clearly cellular-plicate with closed cells, thin pleats and perforations; the perisporium of the Glabella series is sinuous-plicate with thick pleats and abundant perforations, the perisporium of the Alpina series is not clearly cellular-plicate with closed and open cells, uniformly thick pleats and rare perforations in cells.Descriptions of spores of 8 Woodsia species are given. A new species, Delphinium austroaltaicum, is described from Southern Altai and Tarbagatai. New nomenclature combination, D. aemulans var. altaicum, is made. D. aemulans reported for the first time for Russia (North Altai foothills). New intraspecies taxa of D. inconspicuum is described, these are subsp. mongolicum from Russian and Mongolian Altai, and var. subglabrum from South-West Tyva.A new species, Delphinium austroaltaicum, is described from Southern Altai and Tarbagatai. The results of critical analysis of taxonomic composition of Lagopsis genus on territory of Altai Mountains in the article are given. The system of genus Lagopsis for the first time is given and the new section Lagopsioides A.I.Pjak is marked out, the description of new subspecies - Lagopsis marrubiastrum subsp. tschuense (A.I. Pjak) A.I. Pjak is also given, and the description for Lagopsis darwiniana A.I. Pjak on Russian for the first time is given. The new key for determination of species and subspecies of Lagopsis genus is offered taking into account changes of taxonomic composition. The results of critical analysis of taxonomic composition of Lagopsis genus on territory of Altai Mountains in the article are given.
