PENGARUH BAURAN PROMOSI, KUALITAS PELAYANAN, DAN CITRA PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN JAMAAH UMROH AL-SHAHBA MALANG MELALUI KEPERCAYAAN JAMAAH SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
The purpose of the research is to determine the effect of the promotion mix, service quality, and company image toward satisfaction of Al-Shahba Malang pilgrims through the pilgrims’ trust as an intervening variable. Population of this research is based on consumer who choosing and using Al-Shahba Malang’s umrah package in 2016-2018 as many 276 people. Sample used in this research covers 163 consumer using purposive sampling technique. In this research, the data collection techniques is by questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentations. The data gained from questionnaires was analyzed by using instrument test, path analysis, hypoteshis testing and the coefficient of determination with SPSS 21.0 version.
The research proves that the three independent variables : promotion mix, service quality, and corporate image, has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ trust. The promotion mix, service quality, and corporate image has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction. The pilgrims’ trust has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction. And the promotion mix, service quality, corporate image has a positive and significant indirect influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction through pilgrims’ trust as an intervening variable
Effects Of Coupon, Maturity, Liquidity, And Bond Rating On The Yields Of Banking Bonds
Banks as bond issuers must be able to offer attractive bond yields to investors. The study aims to determine the effect of characteristics of bonds such as coupons, maturity, liquidity and rating of bonds to bond yields. In addition, in the study also forecasting the yield of banking bonds in the next year. The sample in this study is BUKU 3 Bank bonds that are actively traded in the Indonesian bond market, with a purposive random sampling technique, then a sample of 14 bonds is selected from 7 banks. The data analysis technique uses panel data regression with the fixed effect model. The results showing coupons and maturities have a significant positive effect, then the rating variable bonds have a negative effect on bond yields. While the variable liquidity has no effect on bond yields. Forecasting results of bond yields using a time series forecasting relationship model of 14 bonds in the sample there are 13 bonds showing a decreasing yield trend and only 1 bond showing an increasing yield trend.Bank sebagai penerbit obligasi harus dapat menawarkan yield obligasi yang menarik kepada Investor. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik obligasi seperti kupon, maturity, likuiditas dan rating obligasi terhadap yield obligasi. Selain itu pada penelitian dilakukan juga peramalan atas yield obligasi perbankan satu tahun kedepan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah obligasi Bank BUKU 3 yang aktif diperdagangkan di pasar obligasi Indonesia, dengan teknik purposive random sampling maka terpilih sampel 14 obligasi diterbitkan dari 7 Bank. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi data panel dengan model fixed effect. Hasil menunjukkan kupon dan jatuh tempo memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif, selanjutnya pada variabel rating obligasi memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap yield obligasi. Sedangkan pada variabel likuiditas tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap yield obligasi. Hasil peramalan yield obligasi dengan menggunakan model peramalan hubungan deret waktu yaitu dari 14 obligasi dalam sampel terdapat 13 obligasi menunjukkan tren yield menurun dan hanya 1 obligasi yang menunjukkan tren yield meningkat
Determinasi Kinerja Bank Umum Konvensioanal Di Indonesia
Purpose of this research is to determine the performance of conventional commercial banks in Indonesia. Using monthly time series data from 2014-2018 taken from OJK, BPS, and BI. With regression method a analysis tools and ROA as dependent variable, and independent variable for bank internal factors using CAR, LDR, BOPO, NPL, DPK and macroeconomic factors using inflation, exchange rate, GDP. Result shown that BOPO, inflation, exchange rate have a negative and significant influence to ROA, while LDR, DPK have a positive and significant influence to ROA. For CAR, NPL, Exchange rate and GDP variable, do not have effect to ROA
PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL TERHADAP DAYA SAING PASAR PRODUK: Studi Perusahaan di Bursa Efek Indonesia
Capital structure affects the competitiveness of the company's products. Increasing quickly in leverage will make companies easier to have sufficiently profitable capital in increasing company size, increasing investment, and helping companies determine a dominant position in the market. The purpose of this study was to study the interaction of capital structure on the market competitiveness of products in companies in Indonesia which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2014-2018. The methodology used in this study is quantitative using secondary data consisting of financial statements of companies listed on the IDX. A total of 77 samples of manufacturing companies with regression analysis, using SPSS software version 22. Capital structure is determined by leverage, while product market competitiveness is taken with the Hefindahl Hirschman Index (HHI). There are three control variables in this study, profitability, size, growth. The results of this study indicate a significant positive effect between capital structure and product market competitiveness in industries in Indonesia
PENGARUH SERVICE QUALITY PADA JASA CUCI MOBIL DKI JAKARTA
The aim of this research is to analyze and to understand the relation between service quality, perceived service fairness, convenient and product portfolio to customer service satisfaction. The research is also done to find out the effect of customer service satisfaction, trust, and word of mouth specifically in the car wash industry. The data is collected by using questionnaires as the survey method which analysed using Multiple Regression Analysis. The survey result shows that there are influence service quality, which are assurance, product portfolio, convenience, perceived service fairness, and reliability. The five dimensions also show the positive relation with customer service satisfaction, so does customer service satisfaction and trust to word of mouth. Based on the result of this research, gaining positive customer satisfaction and word of mouth in the car wash industry imply the need in focusing on improving service in matters concerning assurance product portfolio and convenience. This research shows that the assurance dimension has the most significant influence on customer satisfaction and the trust dimension has the most significant impact on word of mouth in the car wash industry in DKI Jakarta
PENGARUH PENGELUARAN PER KAPITA DAN BELANJA KESEHATAN TERHADAP ANGKA KESAKITAN DI KABUPATEN/KOTA SE-PULAU JAWA.
This paper focuses on two objectives. First, this paper estimates the effect of expenditure per capita on mordibity rate in regencies and cities in Java Island. Second, this paper estimates the effect of health expenditure or health budget allocation on mordibity rate in regencies and cities in Java Island. Mordibity rate is a percentage of people who is sick in some area at a certain period of time. This paper uses a Cross Section Data OLS. This paper uses cross section data of 113 Regencies and Cities in Java Island from 2018. This paper use mordibity rate as the dependent variable, expenditure per capita and health budget allocation as the independent variable. The result of this paper shows that Cross Section Data OLS estimate expenditure per capita has a negative and significant effect on mordibity effect. Cross section data OLS estimate health budget allocation has a negatve and not significant effect on mordibity rate in regencies and cities in Java Island.Penelitian ini berfokus pada dua tujuan. Pertama, penelitian ini mengestimasi efek pengeluaran per kapita terhadap angka kesakitan di kabupaten dan kota di Pulau Jawa. Kedua, penelitian ini mengestimasi efek dari belanja kesehatan alokasi anggaran dana kesehatan terhadap angka kesakitan di kabupaten dan kota di Pulau Jawa. Angka Kesakitan adalah persentase dari masyarakat yang sakit pada suatu daerah dan periode waktu tertentu. Penelitian ini menggunakan data cross section OLS. Penelitian ini menggunakan data cross section dari 113 kabupaten dan kota di Pulau Jawa pada tahun 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan angka kesakitan sebagai variabel dependen, pengeluaran per kapita dan alokasi dana kesehatan sebagai variabel independen. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan data cross section OLS mengestimasi pengeluaran per kapita mempunyai pengaruh yang negatif dan signifikan terhadap angka kesakitan. Data Cross section OLS mengestimasi alokasi dana kesehatan mempunyai pengaruh yang negatif.dan tidak signifikan terhadap angka kesakitan di kabupaten dan kota di pulau Jawa
ANALISIS REKRUTMEN BERBASIS KETERAMPILAN DAN DAMPAKNYA PADA NILAI SEKOLAH DI MASYARAKAT INDUSTRI
Proses rekrutmen adalah langkah pertama bagi perusahaan untuk mendapatkan tenaga kerja atau karyawan berkualitas yang dibutuhkan perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui model rekrutmen perusahaan berbasis keterampilan di masyarakat industri Jepara Penelitian survei ini mengambil populasi anak putus sekolah yang sudah masuk di perusahaan. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling yaitu mengambil secara keseluruhan dari jumlah responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan cara dokumentasi berupa catatan-catatan monografi perusahaan, yang meliputi data jumlah karyawan, pendidikan karyawan dan tahapan rekrutmen dan angket berupa berupa angket tertutup. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif model interaktif (interactive model) Miles dan Hubberman dengan tahapan analisis reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Tahapan penelitian meliputi tahap observasi, tahap analisis masalah dan analisis kebutuhan, dan tahap anasisis data penelitian Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model rekrutmen dilakukan dengan dua cara yaitu secara internal dengan merekrut karyawan yang sudah ada untuk mengisi kekosongan jabatan dan rekrutmen secara eksternal dengan membuka lowongan pekerjaan di media cetak serta situs web lowongan kerja
Peran Sistem Informasi Pemasaran, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Entrepreneurial marketing serta Kepuasan Terhadap Loyalitas Generasi Milenial Berkunjung ke Tempat Wisata
The diversity of tourist attractions in the Jatim Park Group is inseparable from entrepreneurial marketing that is applied by companies with the use of mature market research and in order to support Batu City to become an International Destination City. This study illustrates the influence of marketing information systems, service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. East Java park group with 6 reservoirs is the location of the study with a total sample of 120 people, with characteristics of millennial age samples (aged between 15-34 years). The results of the research show that the marketing information system does not directly influence loyalty but the marketing information system influences loyalty through the marketing information system, as well as the results of service quality which directly or indirectly affect customer loyalty. The entrepreneurial marketing also has a direct or non-slim influence on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. This shows the existence of tourist attractions is very necessary the existence of product innovation and differentiation as well as informing customers with an updated marketing information system and still continuing to maintain services if visitors are already in the tourist attractions.

ANALISIS PENGARUH FAKTOR-FAKTOR FUNDAMENTAL KINERJA BANK DAN MAKRO EKONOMI TERHADAP STABILITAS PERBANKAN DI INDONESIA
This study aimed to analyze the influence of fundamental factors and macro-economic performance of the bank to the stability of banks in Indonesia during the period 2011-2017. Fundamental factors indicated by the LDR, NPL and CAR. Meanwhile, macroeconomic factors indicated by variable Bi rate and inflation. Banking stability is reflected by the banking stability index. This study uses a quantitative approach to the panel regression analysis model data by using the tools of the computer program eviews 10. The results of these empirically demonstrated that simultaneous, variable factors of fundamental and macroeconomic factors have a significant influence on the stability of perbankan. While partially, the results of this study indicate that the variable LDR, NPL, Bi rate and inflation significant influence on the stability of the banking and CAR variables not significant effect on the stability of the banking system
PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN SITUASIONAL DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI
The principal should have caring to improving the quality of education. Such caring should be demonstrated with the will and ability to develop themselves optimally, so the teachers and education personnel can improve their performance. The teacher's performance is influenced by several factors are situational leadership style, work motivation and job satisfaction.The purpose of this research is to know and analyse the influence of situational leadership style, job motivation, and job satisfaction on the teacher's performance, the influence of situasional leadership style and job motivation to the performance of teachers moderated in job satisfaction. The population of this research is the teachers of accredited pre-primary school in Singaraja Cit Bali. The data collection techniques in this research are the observation and distribution of questionnaires. This research uses data analysis methods using SmartPLS software. The results showed that the situational leadership style, job motivation, and job satisfaction affects the teacher’s performance of the accredited pre-primary schools in Singaraja City Bali, and the situational leadership style, and job motivation have no effect the teacher’s performance who are moderated job satisfaction at the pre-primary school accredited in Singaraja City Bali
