PENGARUH MARKET ORIENTATION, ENTREPRENEURIAL ORIENTATION TERHADAP KINERJA PERUSAHAAN DENGAN MEDIASI ABSORPTIVE CAPACITY
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation terhadap kinerja perusahaan melaui absorptive capacity. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pada Hotel Non Bintang di Kepulauan Riau. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square Structural Equation Market (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan program SmartPLS Versi 3. Sampel penelitian ini adalah manajer/direktur hotel non bintang di Kepulauan Riau. Hasil penelitian ini adalah mengungkapkan bahwa market orientation berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan dan absorptive capacity berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Hasil lainnya adalah market orientation berpengaruh positif berpengaruh positif terhadap inovasi, entrepreneurial orientation berpengaruh positif terhadap inovasi, market orientation berpengaruh positif terhadap absorptive capabsorptive capacity, entrepreneurial orientation berpengaruh positif terhadap absorptive capacity. Pada penelitian ini juga ditemukan bahwa market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan dengan mediasi absorptive capacit
PROSEDUR PROSES LAYANAN INDUSTRI KEUANGAN MENGGUNAKAN MODEL IDEF0
This research aims to provide an overview of the procedure of the financial comparison service process in the form of credit card comparisons and mortgage loan comparisons conducted digitally in Indonesia. This research used a qualitative method using the IDEF0 model. Current financial services have used digital technology. A large amount of financial services competition conducted by Fintech has been able to trim the existing process procedures. Credit card comparisons and mortgage loan comparisons can be done online. Innovations made by Fintech for financial services have cut downtime and a long process so far. The display of financial service process procedures in the IDEF0 model is expected to make it easier for consumers to understand the comparison process
APPLICABILITY OF SCOR-BASED DEA PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT IN SMALL MED-SIZE ENTERPRISES: A Case Study in Convenience Stores
This paper aims to test the applicability of a SCOR-based DEA benchmarking approach for SMEs in Indonesia, due to the increasing call for suitable supply chain performance measurement in the context of SMEs. An input-oriented DEA assuming both CRS and VRS was employed by deriving a set of metrics from the SCOR attributes. A sample of 16 SME convenience stores was selected for the illustration. Results show that the SCOR-based DEA provided a simple groundwork for supporting SME managerial decision making in terms of administering concise feedbacks and identifying directions to venture on. Moreover, analysis results alluded to a distinct, more comprehensive assessment of performances as opposed to that of traditional measurements that is prominent among SMEs. The distinct, comprehensive insights from the analysis may engage SMEs into taking up the more innovative performance measurement approach. Moreover, better awareness of supply chain metrics is foreseen. The SCOR-based DEA provided a unique approach to meet the conformance of Indonesian SMEs in regard to supply chain performance measurement.
 
ANALISIS ARUS KAS OPERASI DAN RETURN ON ASSET (ROA) TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM DENGAN LABA AKUNTANSI SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI
This study aims to examine the effect of operating cash flow and return on assets on stock returns with accounting profit as a moderating variable. The sample technique used purposive sampling on LQ 45 listed companies (IDX) for the period 2016-2018, because the samples were taken using certain criteria and obtained 20 companies as research samples. The data analysis method is multiple liner regression analysis. The result of the research shows that operating cash flow has a negative effect on stock returns, ROA negatively affects stock returns, and then accounting profit affects stock returns. Associated with path analysis, the results are obtained, firstly accounting profit weakens the relationship between cash flow and stock returns and secondly, accounting profit strengthens the relationship between ROA on stock returns
PERAN MODERASI PASSION ANTARA EFIKASI DIRI DAN INOVASI TERHADAP MINAT WIRAUSAHA
Recently, coffee is no longer a drink for parents. Many millennials are starting to enjoy drinking coffee. This can be seen from the growth of coffee shops in the Madiun City which continues to grow from time to time. This study aims to find empirical evidence of the reasons coffee shop owners are interested in entering the coffee business. This research is focused on aspects of self-efficacy, innovation, and passion. This research is a quantitative using a saturated sample technique, namely observing all populations. This research was conducted in Madiun City with sample size of 50 coffee shop entrepreneurs. The research instrument test used validity and reliability tests, while the data analysis technique used was MRA. The results are: self-efficacy has no significant effect on entrepreneurial interest, innovation has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial interest, and passion does not mediate the relationship between self-efficacy and innovation on entrepreneurial interest
ANALYSIS OF e-INVOICE IMPLEMENTATION IN INPUT TAX CONTROL: (Case Study at PT.TT Metals Indonesia)
The purpose of analyzing the application of e-invoice in controlling tax credit input of PT. TT Metals Indonesia, the obstacles that occur and how to overcome the obstacles in the implementation of Electronic Tax Invoice in control in an effort to prevent the issuance of fictitious tax invoices. Researcher method uses qualitative research with descriptive analysis. The results of this study are that PT. TT Metals Indonesia Karawang in the percentage that before the occurrence of tax invoices in 2013 amounted to 0.92% while after the Tax Invoice in 2015 amounted to 0.05% shows that experiencing a decrease in losses due to input tax correction before and after the application of e-invoice. Constraints that arise during the application of the Electronic Tax Invoice are dependence on the system and internet network connection, the inadequate level of ability and negligence of the Taxable Entrepreneur and the Taxable Entrepreneur computer facility, while the alternative way to overcome the obstacles that arise during the application of the Electronic Tax Invoice is through an increase the quality of the information system network, and appeals to Taxable Entrepreneurs to update the computer
STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN DAN ANALISIS SWOT PADA PT. GARUDA INDONESIA TBK
The purpose of this research is to plan a creative and workable strategy for PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk in an effort to respond to competition in the aviation market. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Methods of data collection using literature study and data analysis used is a SWOT analysis. Based on the analysis of the Cartesian diagram shows that PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk is included in quadrant II, which is supporting the Diversification strategy. The result of SO strategy analysis is that PT. Garuda Tbk must maximize the government's financial assistance program to restore the company's financial condition as well as to maintain the company's big name. The results of the ST strategy analysis are PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk must maintain excellent facilities and services in order to face other aviation competitors. The results of the WO strategy analysis, namely the existence of a financial assistance program from the government, can also be used to improve the competence of company human resources. The results of the WT strategy analysis, namely PT. Garuda Indonesia Tbk must reduce operational costs while maintaining quality in order to be able to compete in the world of aviation
TIMELINESS OF FINANCIAL REPORTING IN INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE
The aims of this research is to find out the empirical evidence of the factors affecting the financial reporting timeliness of food and beverage companies listed on Indonesia stock exchange. The factors tested in this research are profitability. The population of the research are 26 food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2019. Purposive sampling method were used to draw out the samples out of population. The hypotheses were tested using logistic regression at a 5 percent significance level. The results of the research indicated that the profitability, leverage and liquidity had no effect on the timeliness of financial reporting of the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange
INTEGRASI MENUJU INDUSTRI KREATIF YANG KUAT DAN DINAMIS
The purposes of this study are to determine the direct and indirect effects of market and entrepreneurial orientation on competitive advantage through dynamic capabilities and to prove the role of dynamic capabilities as an intervening variable. This research is a field research study on creative industries in Malang, Indonesia. A sample of 100 respondents was selected by accidental sampling technique. Data was obtained through questionnaire survey and processed with Partial Least Square analysis. The results showed that market and entrepreneurial orientation had a positive and significant direct effect on competitive advantage, it also had a indirectly effect through dynamic capabilities, and dynamic capabilities consisting is not able enough to mediate market and entrepreneurial orientation on the competitive advantage. An integration of market and entrepreneurial orientation to create high dynamic capabilities and strong competitive advantage is a must for creative industries. To become a strong industry that has high dynamic capabilities to compete, the creative industries should increase information acquisition so that products are more in line with customer expectations
FOMSUMERISM : MENGEMBANGKAN PERILAKU CONFORMITY CONSUMPTION DENGAN MEMANFAATKAN FEAR OF MISSING OUT KONSUMEN
This research is purposed to analyze the effect of FoMO to the conformity consumption behavior. Total samples used in this research is 150 respondents which comprised of 47 respondents with 5-7 times accessing social media and the rest of it more than 8 times accessing social media in a day. Using the convinience and purposive sampling technique, researcher gained 100%% response rate. All data are examined by multiple regression and provide significant effect of anxiety of isolation as the predictor of conformity consumption behavior
