All of the participants in this study were Padang residents. Random sampling was used as the sampling method. Primary data and Likert scale measurements were used. The data processing technique used the SEM method based on Partial Least Square (PLS.). The results of this study stated that financial literacy had a significant positive effect on retirement savings behavior. Future perspective had a significant positive effect on financial literacy and retirement savings behavior. The risk tolerance variable had a significant positive effect on financial literacy. Conversely, risk tolerance did not affect retirement savings behavior. Full text link
This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and stakeholders on community-based tourism and its impact on sustainable village development. Quantitative research was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The research method used is path analysis. The research location is in the Borobudur Tourism Village area. The objects of this research are community groups, business actors and local governments. The population in this study was 9,826 people. Meanwhile, the sample based on the Slovin formula was 385 people. Research findings show that a transactional leadership style focusing on supervision and direction increases community involvement in developing tourist villages. In addition, although stakeholders do not directly influence CBT, they still play an essential role in supporting infrastructure development and improving community skills through CSR funds. The development of sustainable tourism villages is more influenced by community collaboration, understanding of sustainability principles, and diversification of tourism products other than culinary. This research implies the need for tourism village managers to increase community involvement in every stage of development, diversify tourism products, and strengthen collaboration between government, the private sector and the community. Then, the use of technology and social media can expand market reach. At the same time, the community must play an active role in preserving culture and the environment to support the sustainability of tourist villages

This study examines the mediating and moderating effects of collaborative culture on the relationship between leadership behavior and team performance in modern organizations, specifically focusing on how collaborative culture elements such as knowledge sharing, skill exchange, interpersonal relationships, and synergistic attitudes can serve as strategies for enhancing team performance. Employing a quantitative methodology, data was collected through online questionnaires from 121 employees of government institutions in Jambi and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings revealed that leadership behavior significantly and positively influences both team performance and collaborative culture, while collaborative culture, though showing no direct significant effect on team performance, functions as both a mediator and moderator in the leadership behavior-team performance relationship. Although the study's generalizability may be limited due to its specific focus on public sector institutions, this study strengthens the research gap on the dual role of collaborative culture which is still rarely discussed in the context of the Indonesian public sector. The practical implications of this finding can be a reference for organizational leaders to develop team effectiveness and achieve strategic goals through strengthening collaborative culture in public sector management.

    No full text
This study seeks to evaluate the impact of disclosing comprehensive income, including net income and other comprehensive income, on financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2023. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with panel data regression analysis through SmartPLS on 62 samples selected using purposive sampling technique. The analytical results indicate that net income does not influence earnings management within the banking sector listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange; in this context, net income as a predictor of earnings management appears to be constrained to certain circumstances.  Conversely, other comprehensive income substantially influences earnings management within the financial industry listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Enhancing the openness of Other Comprehensive Income reporting can mitigate excessive profit management tactics, thereby increasing the reliability of financial information for stakeholders and strengthening corporate governance
