DISTRIBUTION AND CONSERVATION STATUS OF FISH SPECIES IN RIVER SERLUI IN MIZORAM: PIONEERING DETAILED TAXONOMIC STUDY AND REPORT
Get PDFIchthyofaubnal surveys conducted in the River Serlui at different locations and on different dates in the province of Mizoram, done as a pioneering work (since updated), revealed the occurrence of 18 species of fishes belonging to 17 genera, 4 sub-families, 10 families and 4 orders during the entire period of study. These included 9 species under Cypriniformes. 7 species under Siluriformes; and, 1 species each under Beloniformes and Anabantiformes. Distrubution and Conservation status and of each fish species have been discussed in the present communication

Digital Economy and Innovation Efficiency of High-tech Enterprises—On the Moderating Effect of Business Environment
Get PDFAs the key driving force of digital-real integration, whether high-tech enterprises can seize the opportunity brought by digital economy and improve innovation efficiency is of great significance to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and achieve high-quality economic development. Based on the data of China’s digital economy and listed high-tech enterprises from 2015 to 2022, this paper discusses the impact of digital economy on the innovation efficiency of high-tech enterprises and its mechanism. We find that digital economy has a significant effect on the innovation efficiency of high-tech enterprises, and this conclusion is still valid after a series of robustness tests. Heterogeneity analysis shows that the digital economy has a more significant effect on improving the innovation efficiency of high-tech enterprises in non-state-owned, competitive industries and the eastern region. Mechanism analysis shows that digital economy can improve the innovation efficiency of high-tech enterprises by reducing enterprise costs and optimizing resource allocation. Finally, using the moderating effect model, we find that business environment plays a positive moderating role in the relationship between digital economy and innovation efficiency of high-tech enterprises

For novices, the scientific arrangement of training frequency is a critical pedagogical challenge for efficiently mastering foundational techniques, which are characterized by their complexity and reliance on fine proprioception. This paper investigates the differential effectiveness of various training frequencies—specifically contrasting high-frequency, short-duration sessions with low-frequency, long-duration sessions—on the acquisition of basic skills in traditional Chinese archery. Grounded in the principles of exercise physiology, motor skill learning theory, and cognitive neuroscience, it provides a granular analysis of their respective advantages in neural pathway development, skill consolidation, and mental focus, alongside potential drawbacks such as injury risk and psychological burnout. The paper culminates in proposing an optimized hybrid training model that strategically integrates high-frequency deliberate practice, periodic immersive sessions, "offline" mental visualization, and deep cultural immersion. This model is designed to transition skill acquisition from simple muscular repetition to a cultivated, holistic discipline. Systematic recommendations for teaching practice are offered, emphasizing thematic training, individualized feedback, and the nurturing of intrinsic motivation through philosophical engagement

Research on Cultivating Agricultural Sentiment among University Students in Agricultural Colleges from the Perspective of Practical Skill Development—A Study Based on Questionnaire Survey and Counselor Perspectives at Qingdao Agricultural University
Get PDFAgainst the backdrop of comprehensively advancing rural revitalization and accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas, counselors in agricultural colleges shoulder the crucial responsibilities of ideological guidance and practical education. This paper adopts the counselor’s work perspective and uses practical skill development as a starting point. Through a questionnaire survey of 669 students at Qingdao Agricultural University, it analyzes the current status and practical challenges of cultivating students’ sentiment of “knowing, loving, and promoting agriculture” from three dimensions: agricultural cognition, labor experience, and curriculum practice. The findings reveal that while students generally have a basic interest in agriculture, their understanding is shallow; labor practice can effectively strengthen emotional identification, yet the existing practice system suffers from weak integration with students’ majors, monotonous formats, and insufficient depth of student participation. Based on the survey results and the nine core responsibilities of counselors, this paper proposes a three-dimensional “thought-practice-mechanism” pathway for sentiment cultivation, covering ideological value guidance, practice platform construction, integration of academic atmosphere and practice, and career planning guidance. The proposed pathway aims to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political work in agricultural colleges and provide grassroots references for serving the rural revitalization strategy
