The Operational Status and Optimization Paths of the Sojourn Elderly Care Model in plateau Areas from the Perspective of Cultural Embeddedness
With the deepening population aging and the booming sojourn elderly care industry, plateau areas, boasting unique cultural and ecological resources, have become key carriers for model innovation. Guided by cultural embeddedness theory, this study focuses on Maoxian County’s sojourn elderly care model, examining cultural embedding across government institutions, natural health preservation, characteristic medicine, and cultural immersion. It identifies practical dilemmas: cultural identity conflicts, mismatched service supply, limited participants, and talent shortages. Corresponding optimization paths are proposed: optimizing government governance, enhancing natural health preservation, promoting characteristic medicine inheritance, and breaking cultural immersion barriers. The research reveals that cultural embedding in Maoxian’s model essentially reflects the symbiosis of ethnic culture and the elderly care industry. Successful practice requires adhering to "local adaptation, multi-stakeholder collaboration, innovation-driven empowerment, and inheritance activation," providing the elderly with "health preservation + culture" dual-value experience while offering practical and theoretical references for cultural resource activation, rural revitalization, and elderly care development in plateau areas

Research on the Impact of China’s Accession to CPTPP on Service Trade under the Background of RCEP
Against the backdrop of the accelerated development of the global digital economy and the deepening of regional economic integration, service trade has become an important engine for the high-quality development of China’s economy. Based on the reality that RCEP has already come into effect, this paper constructs a GTAP model containing both traditional and digital service sectors to simulate and assess the potential impact of China’s further accession to the CPTPP on service trade. The simulation results show that joining the CPTPP on the basis of RCEP will generate a significant “superposition effect,” with major macroeconomic indicators and social welfare outperforming the scenario of implementing RCEP alone. With the elevation of opening-up standards, the scale of China’s service trade will expand significantly, and the export growth potential of the digital service trade sector is higher than that of the traditional service sector, presenting obvious industry heterogeneity
The Impact of Institutional Investors’ Shareholding on the New Quality Productivity of “Specialized, Refined, Special, and New” Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises
Based on the data of Chinese A-share listed “Specialized, Refined, Special, and New” (SRSN) small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from 2011 to 2023, this study examines the relationship and mechanism between institutional investors’ shareholding and enterprises’ new quality productivity through theoretical analysis and empirical research. The results show that institutional investors’ shareholding significantly promotes the new quality productivity of SRSN SMEs, and this effect is achieved by alleviating enterprises’ financing constraints. Finally, this paper puts forward policy suggestions including optimizing the financial support system, strengthening institutional investors’ sense of responsibility, and promoting regional coordinated development.
AI Positioning and Navigation, Robot Operation, Precise Intervention of Chemotherapy Drugs into the Osteolytic Destruction Area of the Distal Femoral Metaphysis, Implementing Direct Chemotherapy within the Solid Tumor of Osteosarcoma
MAP regimen is a classic chemotherapy protocol for osteosarcoma. On the basis of MAP reginen, we have made three adjustments and ultimately developed an innovative regimen for direct chemotherapy in the solid tumor of osteosarcoma specifically tailored for this patient:1). Adjust the drug supply method from intravenous infusion to static pulse injection pump micro-volume slow push2). By AI positioning navigation, robot operation, static pulse injection pump micro-volume slow push, the chemotherapy drugs are accurately involved into the osteolytic destruction area of osteosarcoma, and implementing direct chemotherapy in the solid tumor of osteosarcoma. 3). Combined with autologous leukocyte implantation The patient successfully completed the direct chemotherapy in the solid tumor of osteosarcoma, combined with autologous leukocyte implantation for 4 cycles before operation, the tumor volume was reduced by about 50%, tumor was sensitive to chemotherapy, with a tumor necrosis rate of over 90%, the clinical stage has been downstaged from IIA to a potentially resectable status, with clear boundaries and no distant metastasis, providing a favorable condition for surgical resection. Compared to targeted therapy and nanotechnology, this is a more direct and more precise approach to intratumoral chemotherapy. It indeed can increase the concentration of chemotherapeutic drugs within tumors by focusing drug delivery to the tumor site, enhancing the direct killing effect on tumor targets while potentially reducing systemic side effects. The next step in the research plan is to implement direct chemotherapy in the solid tumor of malignant bone tumor while combining it with animal leukocyte transplantation, fully utilizing the particularity of immune rejection under the condition of confined space in a solid tumor to destroy the tumor microenvironment
Research on the Mechanism and Path of Sci-Tech Finance Empowering the Sustainable Development of Animal Husbandry
As an important part of agriculture, animal husbandry plays a crucial role in ensuring national food security, promoting rural economic development, and safeguarding the ecological environment. However, the traditional development model of animal husbandry is characterized by high resource consumption and heavy environmental pressure, facing multiple constraints such as insufficient sustainable development level, inadequate scientific and technological investment, and backward financial services. As an important support system integrating technological innovation and financial resources, sci-tech finance has the potential to help animal husbandry transform and upgrade, enhance green production capacity, and strengthen risk prevention and control capabilities. Starting from the connotations of sci-tech finance and the sustainable development of animal husbandry, this paper sorts out the interactive relationship between the two, and based on multiple theoretical foundations such as innovation theory, financial development theory, and sustainable development theory, deeply analyzes the operational mechanisms through which sci-tech finance empowers the sustainable development of animal husbandry in terms of resource allocation, risk management and control, and technological innovation. On this basis, it proposes path choices such as improving sci-tech finance policies, innovating financial product services, constructing a collaborative ecological system, and strengthening talent guarantee. The purpose is to provide theoretical support and practical ideas for improving the high-quality development level of animal husbandry, promoting agricultural modernization and ecological civilization construction
Cognitive Control in Low Proficient and High Proficient Younger and Older Bilinguals
Executive functions include basic cognitive processes such as attentional control, cognitive inhibition, inhibitory control, working memory, and cognitive flexibility. Executive function is reported to be advantageous in bilinguals when compared to monolinguals. The present study investigates the cognitive control in low and high proficient younger and older bilinguals. Kannada-English bilingual adults in the age range of 18-30 years and 55-70 years were recruited. Bilinguals were further divided into subgroups of high and low proficient bilinguals based on a self-rating proficiency questionnaire; LEAP-Q. Three tasks assessing different domains of cognitive control i.e. Simon’s task, Stroop task, and Conditioned naming task were administered on all the subjects. Reaction time and accuracy scores were computed. It was found that bilingual advantage of cognitive control was seen for both reaction time and accuracy scores in young and high proficient bilinguals. However, high proficient bilinguals were able to persist this advantage with increasing age
Research on the Impact of DIP Reform on the Service Efficiency of Medical Institutions: A Case Study of H City, Hubei Province
Objective: To evaluate the impact of the Diagnosis-Intervention Packet (DIP) payment policy on the service efficiency of medical institutions and provide evidence for the reform of medical insurance payment methods. Methods: Based on quarterly data from 37 medical institutions in H City, Hubei Province, from 2020 to 2024, a common frontier Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and an Interrupted Time Series (ITS) model were employed to quantitatively analyze changes in efficiency before and after the implementation of DIP. Results: The DIP policy significantly improved medical service efficiency, driving efficiency values closer to the optimal frontier while effectively controlling medical costs. However, three issues were identified:(1) Only a few institutions achieved the optimal Technology Gap Ratio (TGR);(2) Cost control exhibited a "U-shaped" pattern, initially decreasing and then rising;(3) There were significant differences in responses among medical institutions of different levels. Conclusion: It is recommended to enhance the policy effectiveness by improving supporting mechanisms, deepening internal refined management, and optimizing differentiated reform pathways, thereby providing a reference for further payment reforms

The digital transformation of education, propelled by technologies like AI and big data, has led to a proliferation of online learning platforms. However, abundant digital resources has arouse the challenges of low learning engagement and insufficient personalized learning. To address the challenges, this study proposes the construction and application of knowledge graph empowered POA (Production-Oriented Approach) teaching model to provide personalized learning for English listening course. By constructing knowledge graph empowered POA teaching model and and apply it into empirical study, it is to provide students with knowledge they need and optimize their personalized learning paths so as to ensure their learning engagement. Specifically, in this study, knowledge graph about English numbers in listening teaching is constructed, by implementing POA model embedded in UMOOCs and Chaoxing Xue Xitong, learning data are collected in pre-class, in-class, and post-class activities. Relying on the collection and analysis of dynamic data, students’ learning profiles are generated to reflect their learning status and ability levels. In the knowledge graph-empowered POA teaching model, students can personalize their learning according to their status by choosing the knowledge they need, thus improving learning engagement. This approach optimizes the allocation of teaching resources, drives personalized learning, and effectively improves teaching quality
Research on the Reform and Evaluation of the Comprehensive Experimental Teaching Mode of Soil Mechanics under the OBE Concept
A soil mechanics experiment is an important hands-on class for civil engineering students. It helps them understand how soil behaves under different conditions and prepares them for real-world construction work. The old way of teaching has clear problems: even though students know how to use the tools well, but they do not have much experience applying them in real engineering situations. The experimental part does not connect well with real engineering work, and the way we check things is not varied enough. Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and the student-centered idea shows where teaching should change, but most of the important practices inside the country are still not deep enough. We looked at three organized new ideas, which are called the “technology-institution co-evolution” at the theory level, a plan for natural language processing a model for analyzing text sentiment in terms of methods, and one that can be repeated an index system for evaluating the innovation environment in a region when putting it into use At this level, the study brings in critical thinking and uses two main ideas together. builds the system for the experiment again, makes teaching better, and creates an evaluation system that includes five parts. From our teaching experience, we have seen that this mode can help students plan their experiments better, make better decisions about the data, and helps students learn how to solve engineering problems, and gives a model that can be used again changing courses that are similar
