Clitorodynia in the Dermatology Clinic: Differential Considerations and Current Management Strategies

Clitorodynia, a chronic pain condition affecting the clitoris, is often underrecognized in dermatology clinics despite its potential association with inflammatory, neuropathic, hormonal, and musculoskeletal disorders. Dermatologists frequently encounter patients with vulvar discomfort and are well-positioned to differentiate clitorodynia from conditions such as lichen sclerosus, erosive lichen planus, contact dermatitis, post-herpetic neuralgia, and pudendal neuralgia. A structured diagnostic approach includes a thorough history, dermatologic and neurologic examination, cotton swab testing, biopsy when indicated, and targeted laboratory or microbiologic assessments to rule out infections and hormonal imbalances. Effective management requires an etiology-specific approach, incorporating topical corticosteroids or calcineurin inhibitors for inflammatory dermatoses, neuromodulators such as gabapentin and amitriptyline for neuropathic pain, and hormone therapy for estrogen or androgen-related deficiencies. Emerging interventions, including platelet-rich plasma injections, botulinum toxin, and low-dose naltrexone, may relieve symptoms in refractory cases. A multidisciplinary treatment strategy involving pelvic floor physical therapists, gynecologists, and pain specialists is essential to addressing both peripheral and central pain mechanisms. Patient education on genital skincare, sexual health modifications, and cognitive behavioral therapy can further optimize clinical outcomes. Enhancing dermatologic awareness of clitorodynia and implementing standardized diagnostic and treatment protocols will improve early recognition and expand effective management options in dermatology practice

Research on the Architecture of Heliostat Field Control Systems for Solar Power Towers

With the development of solar power tower technology towards large-scale and high-efficiency, the selection of the network architecture for the heliostat field control system has become a critical factor affecting the overall performance of power plants. This paper systematically analyzes the technical characteristics, performance, and application scenarios of three mainstream control architectures: centralized, distributed, and hybrid. Comparative studies show that the centralized architecture is suitable for small to medium-sized demonstration projects, the distributed architecture shows advantages in ultra-large-scale power plants, and the hybrid architecture has become the mainstream choice for current commercial power plants due to its balanced performance. This paper further proposes a four-dimensional selection framework based on power plant scale, terrain conditions, investment strategy, and technical capability. Combined with emerging technology trends, it points out that cloud-edge-device collaboration, intelligent algorithm integration, and standardized design will become the core features of the next-generation architecture

Capitalist Globalization and World Market in the Perspective of Marxism

From a Marxist perspective, this study delves into the impact of capitalist globalization on the world market. It examines the historical development and characteristics of capitalist globalization, as well as its exacerbation of global inequality and environmental degradation. The research indicates that while capitalist globalization has facilitated the allocation of global resources and the spread of technology, it has also led to wealth concentration and environmental issues. Changes in global supply chains and international labor division have further intensified the conflict between labor and capital, and the environmental crisis reflects the inherent contradictions of the capitalist production model. Marxism offers a theoretical framework for sustainable development, emphasizing the importance of transforming production methods, fostering international cooperation, and ensuring social equity

Research on the Path to Enhance College Students' Deep Learning Ability in SPOC Blended Learning

In the current era of accelerating evolution of the information revolution and the knowledge-intensive social structure, how to shape new types of talents who can adapt to lifelong learning needs and cope with future complex challenges has become a core issue in the process of educational modernization transformation in our country. The shallow and fragmented knowledge imparting model is no longer able to meet the cutting-edge requirements of society for innovation and critical thinking skills, while the thinking integration, mental reconstruction and high-level cognitive development advocated by deep learning are becoming the key paths to lead the rise of educational quality and systematically cultivate learners' critical thinking, creative problem-solving and sustainable learning abilities. At the same time, with the deepening of the digitalization process of education, the purely traditional classroom teaching model is gradually showing limitations in supporting deep learning; while the increasingly mature blended learning model, through the organic integration of direct interaction in face-to-face teaching and flexible resources in online learning, constructs a multi-level, strong support and highly interactive learning ecosystem. This ecosystem not only provides a three-dimensional supporting system of scenario construction, technology empowerment, interpersonal collaboration, resource aggregation and process evaluation for the practice of deep learning, but also provides a promotable practical model for teaching reform in higher education and vocational training fields, and is increasingly highly valued and widely applied by the education community and learners. In the current educational technology development process, how to effectively evaluate the actual effectiveness of deep learning under the blended learning model and systematically explore strategies to enhance deep learning abilities has become an urgent and crucial issue. Building a scientific and comprehensive deep learning ability evaluation model and deeply researching the corresponding ability improvement paths not only has important guiding value for optimizing the teaching design of blended learning, but also has far-reaching significance for promoting learners to achieve high-quality and sustainable learning development

As an important part of China’s red culture system, Ganzi red culture contains rich revolutionary spirits, ethnic unity genes and family-country feelings, making it a high-quality resource for ideological and political education in the preparatory courses of colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas. The preparatory education of Sichuan Minzu College undertakes the important mission of cultivating ethnic minority students’ cultural identity, value identity and national identity. Based on the connotation and contemporary value of Ganzi red culture, combined with the particularity of preparatory education and the current situation of ideological and political education in Sichuan Minzu College, this paper explores the necessity and feasibility of integrating Ganzi red culture into preparatory ideological and political education, constructs a four-in-one integration model of “theoretical infiltration+ practical experience+cultural edification+digital empowerment”, and puts forward specific practical paths and guarantee mechanisms. It aims to provide practical reference for improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education in preparatory courses of colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas and forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation

Application of Uniform Design in Optimization Computations for Chemical Engineering

Uniform design is an efficient experimental design method for space filling, with the core goal of rapidly exploring the global optimal solution in chemical and chemical multi parameter complex systems with the minimum number of experiments. This method collects representative data through uniformly dispersed experimental points, effectively supporting the construction of process models and optimization of process parameters. Practical applications have shown that uniform design significantly reduces experimental or computational costs, demonstrating strong practicality in optimizing reaction conditions, developing new material formulations, and analyzing reaction mechanisms. It provides a reliable computational experimental foundation for precise design and intelligent upgrading of chemical processes

Research on the Impact of Innovation Factor Agglomeration on the Development of Provincial Digital Economy

In the context of the rapid development of digital China, data has become a key element of production, and new generation technologies such as artificial intelligence and computing networks have accelerated integration and innovation. However, there is a significant “provincial gap” in the development of our country’s digital economy, and the gap between the east coast and the inland in the central and western regions is obvious, which is closely related to the spatial imbalance of innovation elements such as high-end talents, R&D capital, key technologies and data resources. Therefore, this paper selects 30 provinces in China as the research objects, and uses entropy to synthesize the aggregation level (Ino) of innovation factors in 30 provinces from 2011 to 2022, covering three dimensions: talent, technology and capital. From the perspectives of digital infrastructure, digital industry development and digital financial inclusion, the comprehensive value (De) of the digital development level of each region from 2011 to 2022 is obtained, and control variables such as technology market development, urbanization level, government intervention, openness, employment density and regional financial development intensity are included, and the two-way fixed effect is selected as the benchmark regression model. Finally, through empirical research, the aggregation of innovation factors can significantly promote the development of the regional digital economy, and the robustness test of innovation factor aggregation has been postponed for a period of time, and the positive promotion results are still significantly improved, and finally the corresponding policy conclusions are given

Purpose: the paper aims to investigate if the countries that conduct cross border investments and trade are transferring their own culture to the host countries. Methodology: culture was represented by book collections’ data selected by the digital library LibraryThing. In total 2,569 book-titles that represent the 50 top books of 52 country-groups have been used as the study’s sample. Author’s Nationality was set as the country of influence. Statistical analysis was employed to measure if the book collections of LT users were of foreigner-driven or homoethnic-driven authorship. Findings: the most industrialized countries and the best exporting countries were the best performers in culture transferring. Statistical significance with the amount of the books traded abroad was found to (i) the outward FDIs in millions of (p=0.004),(ii)thestockofoutwardFDIsinmillionsof (p=0.004), (ii) the stock of outward FDIs in millions of (p<0.001), (iii) the outward FDIs as GDP percentage (p=0.004), and (v) the export volume index (p=0.011). Regression analysis showed that outward FDIs in mil. (p=0.016)andoutwardFDIsstockinmil. (p=0.016) and outward FDIs stock in mil. (p<0.001) were significant predictors of a country’s success to transfer its own cultural product abroad. Originality/value: this research is addressed to a tangible cultural output, books, issuing the objectiveness in measurements

Research on the Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Dust Diffusion from Highway Construction Sites in Guanzhong Region

To reveal the diffusion patterns of dust generated by vehicles during highway construction in the Guanzhong region, this paper, based on a highway construction project in the Guanzhong region, systematically studied the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of line-source dust under different vehicle speeds using on-site monitoring methods. The results show that the dust concentration generated by construction vehicles increases significantly with increasing vehicle speed, and the peak concentrations of PM2.5 and PM10 are positively correlated with vehicle speed. Dust diffusion exhibits obvious spatiotemporal attenuation characteristics, with high peak concentrations and rapid attenuation at nearby monitoring points. Due to the influence of meteorological conditions in the Guanzhong region, dust is mainly concentrated within a 50m downwind radius. This research can provide a scientific basis for the precise control of dust during highway construction

Who is lying? Wittgenstein or Gödel?

Gödel’s Incompleteness Theorem was a major discovery in modern logic that has consistently attracted the attention of scientific and philosophical circles. However, since Gödel’s Incompleteness Theorem was put forward, the scientific and philosophical significance of its proof has been questioned, especially Wittgenstein, who strongly criticized it. Wittgenstein’s main argument against this theorem was that he believed Gödel sentence was a logical contradiction, that there was no such thing as a true and unprovable proposition at all, that it was a self-referential and self-contradictory concept, and that we should abandon the natural language explanation of this proposition. The author points out that Gödel sentence is a logically invalid formula constructed outside the domain of the principle of representability and lacks recursion; this contradiction stems from the abuse of formalization in language. At the same time, the author discovered a paradox in the proof of Gödel’s Incompleteness Theorem, that is, Gödel sentence itself is a kind of Russell’s Paradox. The author believes that the philosophical root of Russell’s Paradox and Gödel sentence lies in adhering to the idea of actual infinity, while the Infinite Exchange Paradox overturns the Cantor’s diagonal argument, which shakes the foundation of the idea of actual infinity. The above findings strongly support Wittgenstein’s view. Therefore, the conclusion of this paper is that Wittgenstein’s questioning of Gödel sentence is completely correct, the proof of Gödel’s Incompleteness Theorem is based on a logically invalid formula, and the contradiction of the proof originates from Gödel sentence itself, thus it cannot be attributed to the incompleteness of the system, so the proof is wrong
