    EFFECTIVE METHODS FOR REDUCING PREGNANCY-RELATED ANXIETY IN THE THIRD TRIMESTER: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW

    During pregnancy, mothers often feel fear, worry, and anxiety. This anxiety can have adverse effects on both the mother and the baby, such as increased maternal mortality, preterm birth, and cognitive issues. To address this, a study was conducted to identify ways to reduce anxiety in third-trimester pregnant women. This study used a systematic review method to find the most effective health interventions, as obtained from several articles. Through a systematic review of various health interventions following PRISMA 2020 guidelines, 11 articles were analyzed. The findings suggest that methods like prenatal yoga, virtual reality, and music can effectively alleviate anxiety during childbirth. Overall, the study concludes that there are several effective ways to help pregnant women in their third trimester manage anxiety related to labor.     In channeling electrical energy from the power plant to the customers, a distribution system called the Electric Power Distribution System is required. The Electric Power Distribution System consists of high voltage lines, medium voltage lines, and low voltage lines. In the medium voltage system, the electrical network is designed in such a way to achieve reliability and good voltage quality when it reaches the customers. The aim of this journal is to analyze the operating pattern of the medium voltage network at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Kuala Simpang at the Terban Grounding Substation, by synchronizing 2 incoming feeders, namely feeder TC05 and TC12, through the coupling cubicle of the Terban Grounding Substation.     PT PLN (Persero) is a state electricity company that plays a crucial role in the distribution of electricity for the needs of the community, including supporting transportation activities, electronic devices at home/office/school/hospital, and, of course, electricity for a better life. In the current era, the challenges and demands for service and the reliability of electricity supply from customers are very high. In such conditions, the speed of handling during power disturbances becomes a benchmark, so both preventive and corrective work needs to be improved to maintain the reliability of the electricity supply, considering the values of SAIDI-SAIFI, Recovery Time, and ENS in electrical disturbances. In the distribution of electrical energy to consumers, there is a protective device called FCO (Fuse Cut Out). According to SPLN 64:1985 and SPLN D3.026:2017, FCO is a protective device that operates when there is an excess current disturbance. This device will disconnect one electrical circuit from another when the current passing through exceeds its working capacity. The working principle of FCO is to melt the fuse link inside the FCO tube, causing the FCO to detach. FCO is installed in the 20 kV distribution network, serving as protection for distribution transformers and network protection at branching points.

    Abstract  A manual hydraulic press machine with a capacity of 20 tons is a production tool that functions to press or press thick-layered workpieces with the help of a hydraulic pump. The aim of this research is to determine the process of making a manual hydraulic press machine with a capacity of 20 tons. In this research, the research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method, because this research will only explain the process of making a 20 ton capacity manual hydraulic press machine, therefore research activities are only limited to finding out about tools and materials. what is needed in the process of making the machine and also about the process of making the machine. Based on research, the appropriate materials used in the process of making a 20 ton capacity manual hydraulic press machine are materials that have been well tested, such as UNP ST 37 iron material which produces a maximum tensile strength of 481,559 N/nm2 with a loading force of 77, 5000 kN. and in testing assental iron with a diameter of 16mm and a length of 24cm, it produces a bending test of 17.6044 kgf/mm2 with a loading force of 3,575.06 kgf, has a yield load of 56.4063 kN and a tensile load of 350.490 N/nm2. Apart from that, in making a manual hydraulic press machine with a capacity of 20 tons, there are several processes, namely design, measuring, cutting, welding, smoothing, assembling, punching, and painting and tensile testing on ST 37 steel plates

    The use of Smart Helmet Cabinet in helmet storage based on Mobile QR Code has been implemented as an innovative solution to overcome the problem of safe and efficient helmet storage. By utilizing QR Code technology, authentication on the system facilitates users in the process of helmet storage and retrieval, as well as ensuring storage security. In addition, several challenges such as the need for reliable access authentication and reduction of access delay are the main focus to improve the effectiveness and reliability of the system. This research discusses the implementation of the Smart Helmet Cabinet by highlighting the benefits as well as potential future developments in improving user experience and security of stored helmets. The ESP32-CAM is used to scan the QR Code to authenticate user access, while the ESP32 NodeMCU controls the relay to open the door of the locker. The test results show that the average delay time for adding locker access is about 4.73 seconds, while access authentication using QR Code takes about 5.99 seconds. The implemented Smart Helmet Cabinet system is able to determine which lockers are given access and identify users by using QR Code as access authentication on the locker

    Efficient Weather Classification Using DenseNet and EfficientNet

    Classifying images of weather conditions using deep learning models is a challenging task due to the computational intensity and resource requirements. To deploy AI models on resource-constrained devices like smartphones and IoT devices, compact and computationally lightweight models are necessary. Efficient deep learning models for weather classification are essential to reduce energy consumption and costs, making AI more accessible and sustainable. To the best of our knowledge, there are limited studies comparing MobileNet, DenseNet, and EfficientNet as efficient models and did not report any hyperparameter optimization. Our study contributes by investigating efficient models with hyperparameter optimization. Firstly, we measured the inference speed of 14 models, namely MobileNet, MobileNetV2, MobileNetV3, EfficientNetB0, EfficientNetV2B0, NASNetMobile, DenseNet121, VGG16, Xception, InceptionV3, ResNet50, ResNet50V2, ConvNeXtTiny, and InceptionResNetV2. Then, the top-7 fast models, which are MobileNet, MobileNetV2, MobileNetV3, EfficientNetB0, EfficientNetV2B0, NASNetMobile, and DenseNet121, were benchmarked for their accuracy. The models were compared by a small dataset having four classes: cloudy, rain, shine, and sunrise. Batch size and learning rate for each model were optimized by grid search method. It turns out that DenseNet121 achieved the best and the most balanced validation and testing accuracy, 0.9821 and 0.9837, followed by EfficientNetB0 with 0.9821 and 0.9740 respectively.     Perkembangan zaman menuntut berbagai kecakapan yang harus dimiliki seseorang agar dapat bertahan dan mampu menghadapi berbagai persoalan masa depan. Ada 4 kecakapan yang harus dimiliki generasi abad 21 yaitu kemampuan 4C terdiri dari Critical Thinking, Creativity, Communication dan Collaboration. Melalui kegiatan pelatihan media pembelajaran berbasis digital diharapkan dapat mengasah keterampilan tersebut. Mahasiswa Pendidikan geografi universitas pattimura masih seringkali mengalami kendala menyusun tugas bahan presentasi yang baik. Kegiatan pengabdian dengan metode daring, ceramah, tutorial, dan praktek terbimbing. Mahasiswa menyusun media pembelajaran harus berfikir kritis menyajikan materi berkualitas dari sumber kredibel, kreatif mendesain media menarik dan informatif. Mahasiswa juga harus mampu berkomunikasi, menyajikan materi audio visual serta kerjasama menyelesaikan tugas. Berdasar hasil observasi terdapat perubahan sikap positif menunjukkan kemampuan 4C mahasiswa. Rerata skor critical thinking 80, creativity 85, communication 86, collaboration 80, rata-rata naik 13.1%. Hasil angket respon peserta terhadap kegiatan pelatihan menyatakan materi mudah dipahami, menambah wawasan, menarik dan memberikan tantangan lebih kreatif dengan skor rerata 85. Tutorial pelatihan dapat diikuti dengan baik, memberikan keleluasaan peserta bertanya skor rerata 86.5. Kebermanfaatan pelatihan melatih kemampuan berfikir logis dan kritis, melatih kerjasama skor rerata 88.6. Sedangkan hasil evaluasi penilaian tugas pembuatan media pembelajaran 100% peserta dinyatakan lulus, 16 % peserta dengan skor 71-80, 84% peserta.dengan skor 81-100

    Upaya Peningkatan Pengetahuan Masyarakat Tentang Pencegahan Hipertensi di Puskesmas Kalumata Kota Ternate

    Hipertensi merupakan isu serius dalam masyarakat karena meskipun tidak menampakkan gejala yang jelas pada penderitanya, namun diakui sebagai faktor utama penyebab penyakit seperti stroke, gagal jantung, jantung coroner, hingga kematian. Sehingga menjadikannya sebagai masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang sangat berbahaya. Berdasarkan studi Ternate Sehat Indonesia (TENSI) yang melibatkan 146 penduduk di kelurahan Kalumata, ditemukan sekitar 26% dari penduduk yang diteliti didiagnosis mengalami hipertensi, dan sebanyak 17.4% dari mereka yang sebelumnya mengklaim tidak mengidap hipertensi ternyata pada pemeriksaan memiliki kondisi hipertensi. Temuan-temuan ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang prevalensi dan karakteristik hipertensi di kelurahan Kalumata, Ternate, dan menyoroti pentingnya pendekatan pencegahan serta upaya edukasi mengenai faktor-faktor risiko tersebut dalam rangka mengatasi masalah hipertensi. Pencegahan sangat penting karena hipertensi bukan hanya sebagai penyebab utama kematian dini, tetapi juga menyebabkan sejumlah komplikasi yang memiliki tingkat kematian yang signifikan. Top of FormOleh karena tantangan yang dihadapi, isu hipertensi diangkat dalam rangka kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat di Puskesmas Kalumata, Kota Ternate. Tujuan utamanya adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran, pengetahuan, dan kapasitas masyarakat yang berada di wilayah layanan Puskesmas Kalumata, Kota Ternate, dalam menjalani gaya hidup sehat dan untuk meningkatkan tingkat kesehatan yang optimal. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah penyampaian ceramah dan distribusi leaflet.     Kelompok UPPKA Desa Wonoroto didirikan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga akseptor sehingga mampu mengurangi dan mencegah kenaikan stunting. Sementara, kelompok ini baru dibentuk pada Bulan Juli 2024. Tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan masyarakat dalam manajemen keuangan masih rendah. Banyak keluarga dengan pendapatan menengah ke bawah belum menyadari pentingnya merencanakan keuangan untuk mengatur pendidikan dan kesehatan anak-anak. Akibatnya, anak-anak sering mengalami masalah gizi dan tidak mampu melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas Kelompok UPPKA Desa Wonoroto dalam melakukan manajemen keuangan. Program dilaksanakan dengan skema pelatihan menggunakan metode ceramah dan diskusi dengan narasumber Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Magelang. Post-test dilakukan untuk mengukur keberhasilan program dalam meningkatkan kemampuan manajemen keuangan. Program pelatihan diikuti oleh 21 anggota Kelompok UPPKA. Hasil pasca pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kehadiran peserta adalah 100% dan peserta berpartisipasi aktif selama program pengabdian berlangsung. Hasil evaluasi program menunjukkan bahwa program pengabdian yang dilaksanakan mampu meningkatkan kapasitas (pengetahuan dan pemahaman) anggota UPPKA dalam melakukan manajemen keuangan. Kapasitas ini dapat menurunkan potensi tidak terpenuhinya asupan gizi akibat kesulitan keuangan yang dialami masyarakat
