Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Perilaku Keuangan Pribadi pada Generasi Z
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku keuangan pribadi pada Generasi Z di Indonesia. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode deskriptif korelasional, penelitian ini menggunakan data dari 43 responden yang berasal dari kalangan Generasi Z. Variabel independen yang diteliti meliputi literasi keuangan, sikap terhadap uang, gaya hidup konsumtif, dan perencanaan keuangan, sementara variabel dependen adalah perilaku keuangan pribadi. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi keuangan responden tergolong tinggi, sikap terhadap uang cukup baik, dan gaya hidup konsumtif relatif rendah. Analisis korelasi Pearson menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel independen memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap perilaku keuangan pribadi, dengan koefisien tertinggi ditunjukkan oleh literasi keuangan (r = 0.628) dan perencanaan keuangan (r = 0.611). Temuan ini memperkuat literatur yang menyatakan bahwa perilaku keuangan individu dipengaruhi secara simultan oleh pengetahuan, sikap, gaya hidup, dan kebiasaan perencanaan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami perilaku finansial generasi muda serta memberikan implikasi bagi pengembangan pendidikan keuangan yang relevan di era digital
The Effect of Macroeconomics Indicators on Collection of Zakat Infak Sedekah (ZIS) at The National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS) Java Area in 2013-2020
Indonesia is the largest Muslim country in the world with a Muslim population of 229 million people and ZIS collection institutions such as BAZNAS and LAZIS have spread throughout the archipelago. This research aims to determine how much influence the variables have in increasing the collection of Zakat, Infaq and Alms (ZIS) in BAZNAS throughout the Province of Java. The variables used to explain the effect of macroeconomic variables on the collection of Zakat, Infaq and Alms at BAZNAS are Regional Minimum Wages, Inflation, Per capita Income and Unemployment by using secondary data collection techniques or directly on the BAZNAS official website per year. This study uses the Commont Effect Model (CEM) analysis model on panel data regression using time series and cross section data for the years 2013-2020.The results of this study indicate that of all independent variables that can affect ZIS income, only inflation and per capita income variables, while the Provincial Minimum Wage and Unemployment variables have no effect on the dependent variable
Relevansi Aplikasi Peer To Peer (P2P) Lending Student Loan pada Mahasiswa dalam Lingkup Hukum Islam
Advances in financial services technology in the form of Peer to Peer (P2P) Lending have had an impact on facilitating the public in financing activities and have penetrated all sectors, one of which is the education financing sector in tertiary institutions in the form of Student Loans. This study aims to analyze the contracts contained in P2P Lending Student Loans. This study uses qualitative methods by reviewing previous literature. The results of this study are that the credit agreement on P2P Lending Student Loans has a Qardh contract in it. However, in the Qardh contract, there are conditions for the addition of both additional loan principal and late fees that are given if the borrower cannot repay the loan in accordance with the agreement which is prohibited by Islamic law
Pengaruh Pariwisata Halal terhadap Pendapatan Ekonomi Masyarakat (Studi Kasus di Kebun Buah Mangunan, Masjid Agung Kauman, dan Taman Sari Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pariwisata halal, Lokasi wisata, dan Infrastruktur yang ada pada destinasi wisata terhadap pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat di sekitar desa wisata. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tiga objek wisata di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yaitu Kebun Buah Mangunan, Masjid Agung Kauman, dan Taman Sari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yakni analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 25. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 135 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pariwisata halal, lokasi wisata, dan infrastruktur secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat desa wisata tersebut
Pengaruh Jumlah Penduduk, Proporsi Perempuan dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Terhadap Pengangguran di Provinsi Sumatera Utara
The study aims to analyze the impact of the population, the proportion of women, and economic growth on the unemployment rates in the province of North Sumatra during 2018–2021. The research data used secondary data from the Central Statistical Authority (BPS) of North Sumatra. The research method used the best model selection estimate test and processed the fixed-effect model (FEM), and the analysis technique used the regression analysis of panel data. The results show that the variable of the proportion of women has a negative influence on the number of dismissals. The results of this study can provide a basis for supporting policies that encourage women\u27s economic participation. This may involve efforts to improve access to education and training for women and create better employment opportunities, while the population and economic growth have no influence on the unemployment rate in the province of North Sumatra in 2018–2021. The research can make a positive contribution to addressing the unemployment problem in the Province of North Sumatra and fostering sustainable development
Is Islamic Banking Social Performance Able to Maintain Stock Price Stabilization by Exploring the Role of Profitability As An Intervening Variable?
This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability as an intervening variable on the Islamic and social performance of Islamic Banking in order to maintain earnings per share. The purpose of maintaining earnings per share is to attract investors to invest in Islamic bank issuers. Therefore, this study also endeavors to forecast Islamic banking stock price volatility for companies listed on IDX and propose a framework for its mitigation. This framework considers the role of social performance in enhancing profitability, utilizing the path analysis method. This study focused on 3 Islamic banking companies (PNBS, BRIS, and BTPS) as a sample, using quarterly data specifically for the period of 2017 to 2021 with a purposive sampling method. In addition, Data sources include financial statements encompassing profit-sharing ratio, distribution of zakat, and distribution of qard al-hasan. Furthermore, this study employed an ARIMA regression model, subsequently adjusted using ARCH (Autoregressive Conditional Heteroscedasticity) and GARCH (Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroscedasticity) as an analysis method for data forecasting. Based on the path diagram, it indicatedd that all hypotheses are accepted except for qard al-hasan, which has a significant and negative effect on profitability and stock prices. Therefore, based on these findings, this study contributes to expanding the scope of knowledge in the field of Sharia finance, as well as offers valuable guidance to Islamic finance industries on maximizing Islamic and social instruments to increase profitability, ultimately leading to a positive effect on stock price volatility
Intention of Generation Z to Visit Halal Tourism Destination in West Java
Indonesia has great potential in the tourism sector, including halal tourism, such as in West Java. Technological developments and digitalization permeating various sectors can influence people\u27s interest in traveling, including Generation Z. This study aims to analyze the factors affecting Generation Z\u27s desire to visit halal tourism destinations in West Java. This study investigates the factors according to the Theory of Perceived Behavior or TPB (subjective norms, attitude towards behavior, and perceived behavioral control), spiritual considerations (religiosity), and digital promotion (electronic word-of-mouth). Furthermore, the study incorporates halal literacy as a moderating variable, assessing its impact on the TPB\u27s influence on tourist intention to visit halal tourism destinations. This study employed an online questionnaire, collecting data from 219 respondents. The gathered data was subsequently analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that perceived behavioral control, electronic world-of-mouth, and halal literacy have a significant and positive effect on Generation Z\u27s interest in visiting halal tourism destinations in West Java. However, subjective norms, attitudes toward behavior, and religiosity did not have a significant effect. Moreover, halal literacy also failed to moderate the relationship between TPB and behavioral intention in this study. A strategy is needed to develop halal literacy combined with online media tools to promote halal tourism in West Java
An Analysis of Mosque Financial Transparency through Announcement of Infaqand Sodaqohwith Mosque Toa at Friday Prayers
Purpose: to analyse mosque financial transparency practices focusing on announcing the receipt and use of infaq and sadaqah to Friday prayer congregations using mosque toa.
Methodology: This research uses a type of qualitative method with a descriptive approach to explore and understand the practice of mosque financial transparency through the announcement of infaq and sadaqah to Friday prayer congregations at the Jami\u27 Al Huda Mosque Banjarejo Gunungsari District Umbulsari Jember Regency. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis.
Findings: This practice of announcing management and infaq and sadaqah not only increases the accountability of mosque administrators but also strengthens the congregation\u27s trust in fund management, which is carried out openly and clearly. Apart from building trust, financial report announcements also positively impact congregational solidarity. Congregants feel more involved and have a sense of shared responsibility, reflected in increased financial contributions and participation in religious activities. However, challenges such as time constraints were noted.
Novelty: This study contributes to the literature by explicitly examining the role of sound reinforcement or toa in increasing mosque financial transparency and cultural factors in encouraging financial transparency
The Role Foreign Direct Invesment, Financial Development and Institutions Quality of Economic Growth Empirical Evidence From WANA Countries
Research Aims: The study investigates the impact of foreign direct investment, financial development, and institution quality on economic growth in nations located in western Asia and North Africa
Methodology: This study methodology employs a panel data regression model using a fixed effect model (FEM) strategy. The study data is collected using the information that was available between the years 2000 and 2022. The WANA nations include Saudi Arabia, Iran, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Morocco, Egypt, Oman, Qatar, Tunisia, and the United Arab Emirates.
Research Findings: The findings indicated that foreign direct investment (FDI), financial development (FD), and intellectual quotient (IQ) had an impact on economic growth. Specifically, foreign direct investment (FDI) has a beneficial and statistically substantial impact on economic development, but the quality of institutions has an adverse and statistically substantial impact on economic growth. However, financial development does not affect economic growth.
Originality: The grand theory used in this research Economic Growth, Foreign Direct Investment, Institutions Quality, Financial Development, and Export and population growth variables are controlled. variables in this study by testing three variables consisting of independent variables, dependent variables and control variables.
Research limitation and implication: The findings in this study suggest that policies implemented by governments, public institutions and academics aimed at increasing FDI, FD, and institutional quality can help improve economic growth in WANA countries
A Study on the Antecedents of Cardless Withdrawal Adoption at Bank Syariah Indonesia from the Perspective of Generation Z in Yogyakarta Special Region

Background: The development and growth of technology in the banking sector, especially in sharia banking services, has a significant impact on consumer behavior, especially among the younger generation/generation Z
Objectives: This research aims to determine the factors that influence adoption cardless withdrawal Indonesian sharia bank through the perspective of generation Z D.I.Yogyakarta through approach Technology Acceptance Model 3 (TAM 3).
Novelty: The novelty in this research lies in the development of a more comprehensive and specific technology acceptance evaluation model, namely by application Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in context Cardless Withdrawal on the BSI application mobile banking
Research Methodology / Design: In designing this study, the approach applied was a quantitative method. This research was distributed using an online questionnaire in the form of Google Form to 168 respondents who are Generation Z users of the cash withdrawal feature without a BSI card Mobile banking. The data collected was then processed using the SmartPLS 3.0 application for statistical analysis.
Findings: The research results show that seven of the eight variables have a positive influence on the adoption of the cardless cash withdrawal feature, while one variable, namely computer anxiety, has a negative influence on the perception of ease of use. These findings indicate that although these features are generally well received by users, certain factors such as technology anxiety remain barriers that need to be overcome.
Implication: Theoretically, this research enriches the literature on technology adoption in the Islamic banking sector with empirical evidence regarding the effectiveness of the cardless cash withdrawal feature. Practically, these results can be used by Bank Syariah Indonesia and other financial institutions to improve marketing and product development strategies, as well as to overcome obstacles faced by users in adopting this technology. Thus, this research helps encourage wider and more effective adoption of digital banking technology
