This study aims to analyze the effect of poverty rate, unemployment rate, and education level on the Human Development Index (HDI) in Sragen Regency. Using annual time series data from 2015 to 2024 obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics, the study applies multiple linear regression with the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method. The results show that the education variable has a positive influence on HDI and is nearly significant, while poverty and unemployment have negative but insignificant effects. Despite the lack of statistical significance, the direction of the relationship aligns with theoretical expectations. The classical assumption tests indicate that the model is free from multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation, and the residuals are normally distributed. These findings suggest that improving education should remain a development priority, while poverty and unemployment need continuous attention to support human development in Sragen

The surge in housing demand has exacerbated challenges in Malaysia\u27s property market, notably the widespread issue of abandoned housing projects (AHPs). Despite the government and banking sector\u27s continuous efforts to facilitate financing for affordable housing, the increasing number of AHPs indicates economic inefficiencies. Literature identifies developers\u27 financing constraints as a key driver of project abandonment. To address this, our study proposes the "Integrated Abandoned Housing Project Crowdfunding Model (IAHPCM)" as a viable alternative financing solution for developers. This framework aims to mitigate financial barriers and enhance housing project completion rates. The findings contribute to the growing body of literature on crowdfunding while offering practical implications for developers and broader economic sustainability

The current development of banking has become a benchmark in determining Indonesia\u27s economic growth. The benchmark for determining the development of banking can be seen from several conditions of the bank\u27s financial performance. In maintaining its business activities, Islamic banks are required to uphold the stability of their institutions. This study examines and analyzes the influence of financing, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and audit committees on the financial stability of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. The method used in this study is quantitative-descriptive. The sample in this study used purposive sampling with samples from 2015-2022 in Indonesia. Thus, a sample of 56 data points was obtained. Based on the findings of this study, financing has a positive effect on the financial stability of Islamic commercial banks. This is because sound financing practices serve as a key mechanism for Islamic banks to generate profits and maintain financial stability. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) also has a positive impact on financial stability, as the implementation of CSR initiatives enhances the bank\u27s public image and builds customer trust, thereby encouraging customers to choose Islamic banks. Furthermore, the audit committee significantly influences financial stability due to its crucial role in ensuring that the bank’s operations comply with prevailing regulations and governance standards

    No full text
In the digital era, information technology has fundamentally changed the marketing patterns of SMEs. Conventional marketing has transformed into digital marketing, enabling real-time global transactions. Although SMEs play a strategic role in the national economy (absorbing labor and increasing community income), digital market penetration among SMEs remains low; for example, only around 19% of SMEs actively utilized digital marketing in 2022. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach based on a literature review. The findings indicate that digital marketing strategies that integrate Islamic economic principles (such as fairness, transparency, and halal certification) can increase sales and empower SMEs. For example, strategic actions such as improving product quality according to SNI standards, attractive packaging, utilizing marketplaces and social media, developing digital brands, and implementing halal labels have provcen effective. Furthermore, attention must be paid to Sharia ethics in online marketing to avoid practices such as ghabn (excessive mark-ups), fraud, or data security risks. The synergy between digitalization and Sharia principles can ultimately create sustainable, ethical, and highly competitive SMEs
