Определение макро- и микроэлементов в биологических стандартных образцах растительного и животного происхождения методом масс-спектрометрии с индуктивно связанной плазмой
Abundances of 56 major and trace elements have been determined by ICP-MS for ten reference materials of different composition plants and fish tissues created at the National Institutes of China, Russia, Canada, Poland and Austria. Application of high-resolution instrument ELEMENT 2 allowed any interference to be excluded using the modes of medium and high resolution, sensitivity signal which is sufficient for measuring small and ultra abundances ofmost analytes in study samples. Real detection limits of determined elements were obtained by ICP-MS routine analysis with the autoclave preparation of samples. The obtained СИСП-МС data, complementing the elemental characteristics of RMs may be employed as the indicative values when analyzing biological materials.Для десяти стандартных образцов растений и тканей рыб различного состава, созданных в национальных институтах Китая, России, Канады, Польши и Австрии, представлены установленные методом ИСП-МС содержания 56 макро- и микроэлементов. Применение прибора высокого разрешения ELEMENT 2 позволило исключить интерференции за счет использования режимов среднего и высокого разрешений, чувствительность сигналов которых достаточна для определения малых содержаний большинства аналитов в пробах. Полнота вскрытия образцов обеспечивалась применением автоклавного разложения проб с помощью аналитической установки (НПВФ АНКОН-АТ). Полученные данные методом ИСП-МС, дополняющие элементную характеристику исследуемых СО, могут быть полезны в аналитической практике как опорные при проверке правильности результатов анализа биологических материалов

Разработка государственного вторичного эталона и стандартных образцов состава на основе жидкостной и газовой хроматографии
The article is devoted to the development of the state secondary measurement standard of mass fraction units and mass (molar) concentration of organic components in liquid and solid substances and materials based on gas and liquid chromatography. The composition of the state secondary measurement standard, as well as the results of evaluating metrological characteristics have been considered. The problem of ensuring the traceability of measurement results to SI units is given in the article. Two approaches are proposed for obtaining a unit from the state primary standard of mass (molar) fraction units and mass (molar) concentration of organic components in liquid and solid substances and materials based on liquid and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry with isotopic dilution and gravimetry GET 208-2014: by comparing and using transfer standards. Examples of implementing the indicated approaches used during the development of reference materials of toxic substances, namely a certified reference material for composition of p,p-DDT (p,p-DDT, CRM of UNIIM) and a certified reference material for composition of benz(a)pyrene solution in acetonitrile (C20H12, CRM of UNIIM) are given. Results of determining metrological characteristics of reference materials including standard uncertainty due to characterization and standard uncertainties due to inhomogeneity, short and long-term instabilities are described
Сравнительная характеристика единиц концентрации применительно к стандартным образцам для газохроматографического анализа углеводородных проб
Application of a method of absolute calibration relating to gas chromatography analysis of liquid hydrocarbon samples is considered. It is shown for this task that both from theoretical, and practical points of view the optimum concentration unit is mass (not molar) fraction. Information on average molar mass of the analyzed sample is necessary for the determination of analytes in liquid hydrocarbon samples in terms of mole fraction. Meanwhile, the normative documents of rather high rank (ASTM, ISO, GOST, GOST R) concerning methods of the determination of average molar weight of samples of such a kind are absent.Рассмотрено применение метода абсолютной градуировки применительно к анализу жидкого углеводородного сырья и продукции методом газовой хроматографии. Показано, что как с теоретической, так и с практической точки зрения при решении данной задачи оптимальными единицами концентраций являются массовые (а не молярные) доли. Для определения содержания компонентов в жидком углеводородном сырье и продукции в единицах молярной доли необходима информация о средней молярной массе анализируемого образца. Между тем нормативные документы достаточно высокого ранга (ASTM, ISO, ГОСТ, ГОСТ Р), регламентирующие методики определения средней молярной массы, отсутствуют
Определение элементного состава стандартных образцов железомарганцевых образований методом масс-спектрометрии с индуктивно связанной плазмой
Contents of 41 elements in the Russian standard samples of ferromanganese nodules OOPE 601, OOPE 602, OOPE 603 and ore crust OOPE 604 were identified by mass-spectrometry with inductively-coupled plasma. Content of W was firstly presented in the sample OOPE-603. Relative standard deviation for most elements was in the range of 3-10%. A description of ICP-MS technique including sample preparation procedure and other instrumental parameters were given as well as analysis of ferromanganese nodules standard samples NOD-A-1 and NOD-P-1 of U.S. Geological Survey was demonstrated for validation. Normalized to chondrite distribution curves of REE in the studied samples were shown as an indicator of the internal consistency offound concentrations. The available literature data on the content of a wide range of elements and its comparison with the matter obtained by us was produced. Measured contents of elements in the established CRM may be useful in the analytical practice to evaluate precision of results. There is a lack of relevant information on a variety of geochemically important elements in the Russian standard samples of OOPE series and the new data can be taken into account in their certification
СИСТЕМА СТАНДАРТНЫХ ОБРАЗЦОВ НАУЧНОГО МЕТОДИЧЕСКОГО ЦЕНТРА ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОЙ СЛУЖБЫ СТАНДАРТНЫХ ОБРАЗЦОВ СОСТАВА И СВОЙСТВ ВЕЩЕСТВ И МАТЕРИАЛОВ ФГУП «УНИИМ»
Since 1960s UNIIM performs research in the field of needs in reference materials of composition and properties of substances and materials (RM) as well as develops it. During the research UNIIM has developed 757 types of RMs for metrological measurement assurance of factors of composition and properties of substance and materials for test laboratories of chemical, pharmaceutical, fuel, food industry, agriculture, metallurgy and ecological monitoring laboratories. List ofRMs enlarges thanks to development of UNIIM standards and transmission measurement facility from State standards of units. Taking into account the actual requirements in the field of measurements, the UNIIM's key destination is to assure the accuracy and the metrological traceability of measurements. The present-day system of RMs to be developed in UNIIM includes RMs of composition of inorganic and organic compounds and their solutions, fuels, stable isotopic materials, water, grounds, food products, biomaterials, nanomaterials, metals, alloys and other materials offerrous and non-ferrous industry, RMs of properties (thermodynamic, magnetic, physical-chemical, technical) of substances and materials. The present article considers history of RMs list development which were created by UNIIM and the strategy of this direction
