    Twitter Sentiment Analysis of Recession 2023: A Comparative Study of Machine Learning Approaches

    Sentiment Analysis helps understand public opinion on a particular topic. One recent topic that has attractedattention is the potential for a global recession in 2023. In this study, five different algorithms - BernoulliNaive Bayes (BNB), Support Vector Machine (SVM), Linear Regression, K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), andDecision Tree - were compared to determine which algorithm provided the most accurate sentiment analysisof Twitter data related to this topic. The results showed that the SVM algorithm had the highest accuracy,and most Twitter users had negative sentiments towards topics related to a potential recession in 2023, witha prediction rate of 81.7% compared to 16.3% for positive sentiments. The results of this study are expectedto be used to understand the general public's viewpoints regarding the predicted recession in 2023 and toprovide insights for developing policies and strategies to mitigate the economic downturn

    Distribution Network Design and Determination Point of Distribution Center Locations Medical Logistics Assistance Covid-19 in West Java

    The distribution of positive Covid-19 cases in Indonesia issued by DKI Jakarta was 3.097 people or45.82%, West Java was 747 people or 11.05%, and Est Java 590 people or 8,73%. Information by PB IDIthere were 24 doctors who died as of April 16, 2020 due to positive Covid-19, 8 from West Java. Problemin Gunung Jati Cirebon Hospital, APD from Health Office of West Java Province is not enough. If eachregion wants to quickly inventory fulfillment, you need a distribution strategy in a fast travel time. Thisstudy discusses the distribution of the network and determines the distribution center of Covid-19 medicallogistical assistance in West Java so that the travelling time for distribution is fast. This study includes thedistribution network design, logistics clustering, and point of distribution center every cluster. The methodused Selective Distribution Channel approach for distribution networks design, K-Means method forclustering, and Gravity Location Model for point placement of distribution center. Based on the result ofthe discussion that can be drawn the conclusion of getting a fast travel time, a distribution networks can bemade with 4 logistics klasters. Cluster 1 in Kasokandel Majalengka, Cluster 2 in Wanaherang GunungPutri, Cluster 3 in Cipendeuy Padalarang, Cluster 4 in Sukamulya Ciamis. The total efficiency of traveltime in cluster 1 is 11.02 hours/week, in cluster 3 is 2.57 hours/week, in cluster 4 os 24.23 hours/week, andin cluster 2 it is not recommended to make distribution center, so distribution on cluster 2 directly fromLanud Halim Perdana Kusumah

    PIECES Analysis and Effect of Fikri Karya Gemilang Website Design on Promotion System Using Waterfall Model

    Promotion is one type of communication that is often used by marketers, as one element of the promotionalmix. The promotion process carried out by CV Fikri Karya Gemilang is a traditional promotion model,with direct visits without other alteratives. The promotion system still does not provide optimalperformance for the company's revenue. Based on data from the company, there is a decrease in jobs thatare not in accordance with the company's target and unreachable regional segmentation. This study usesthe PIECES method by analyzing the company's promotion system. This research proposes a websitedesign using the waterfall model and usability testing on the website with a total score of 0.72 whichmeans good, and the application of online media as an internet-based promotion media. This study alsolooked at the effect of the adoption of a traditional promotion system and the adoption of an internet-basedproposed promotion system using paired sample t-tests. Based on the PIECES analysis, it is found thatthere is a level of customer satisfaction with the application of a manual promotion system that is less thanoptimal, and the application of the proposed promotion system provides an increase in consumersatisfaction. Based on paired sample t-test, it can be concluded that the Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.0000015means that there is a significant difference between the application of the traditional promotion system andthe internet-based proposal promotion system

    Prototype Design of Parallette Equipment for Callisthenic Sports with PLA (Polylactic Acid) Filament Material Using 3D Printer

    Nowadays, sport is not only a necessity but also a lifestyle. Sport is not only done outdoors but can also bedone independently indoors. One exercise that is easy to do independently is calisthenics. In general,calisthenics can be done with a tool called a parallette. Parallette equipment manufacturers currently stilluse wood materials and conventional production processes and do not have product variations. A potentialproduction process that can be adapted to make parallette equipment is additive manufacturing 3D printerswith PLA (Polylactic Acid) filament material. The process is carried out through several stages: 3D design,printing using a 3D printer, assembly, and finishing. The production process of a parallette tool with a 3Dprinter takes a standard time of 3123.02 minutes. The longest time occurs when printing with a 3D printerfor grip parts (2 parts) and parallette legs (4 parts). The gross production cost for a set of paralletteequipment is Rp. 101,327. Production of calisthenic equipment with PLA (Polylactic Acid) filamentmaterial using a 3D printer can be used as an alternative to replace wood-based parallette products withconventional manufacturing processes. Sports equipment manufacturers can also use this product as achoice and variety offered to customers

    Measuring Green Supply-Chain Performance Using the Green SCOR Approach at the IKM Gallery of Malang Regency

    Measurable supply chain management is a method to improve supply chain performance in Small andMedium Industries (IKM). This research was conducted through field observations to discover theproblems of the supply chain system in the IKM Gallery Kab. Malang. Using the Green SCORmeasurement concept, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are determined which will be used as the basisfor measuring supply chain performance. The three main components in the IKM Gallery used asmeasurement indicators are (1) Deliver, consisting of Deliver Quantity Accuracy, Shipping DocumentAccuracy, and Deliver Cycle Time; (2) Return, consisting of Percent of Complaint Regarding MissingEnvironmental Requirements from Product and Percent of Error-Free Return Ship; and (3) Enable,consisting of Percent of Employee Educated in Environmental Requirements. KPI is used to calculate theSNORM normalization value which indicates the performance level. The calculation results show that thefinal performance value of all components is 79.16 which is classified in the "Good" category

    The Design of Skynesia Adventure Mobile Game Application Using Game Development Life Cycle Method as an Alternative Learning Media for High School Students

    Skynesia Adventure is a mobile-based gaming application designed to make the learning process moreenjoyable and interactive, while also generating revenue for the startup Skynesia. The results of thequestionnaire indicate that, on average, potential users prefer educational games that focus on science orSTEM subjects, and some users believe that educational games can enhance their knowledge of science orSTEM while having fun. This research utilized the game development life cycle theory in the developmentof the gaming application, and questionnaires were used as a method for designing and testing the applicationto ensure its usability by users. After the completion of the gaming application design, it went through twophases of testing and evaluation: alpha testing through Unit Testing, and beta testing through the UserExperience Questionnaire - Short Version. The results of these tests indicated that Skynesia Adventureachieved a score of 2.29 for both pragmatic and hedonic qualities. Therefore, the Skynesia Adventure gamingapplication can be considered to provide users with a highly satisfactory user experience. The benefits ofSkynesia Adventure include providing a more enjoyable and interactive learning experience by combininggaming elements with scientific or STEM knowledge

    The role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is very important for a region, especially asone of the drivers of economic growth in the region. In order to create efficiency, wider market reach,attract more customers and better business opportunities, MSMEs must enter the digital businessecosystem. Rumah BUMN (RB) is an initiative program of BUMN and the Ministry of BUMN tostrengthen Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Rumah BUMN Bandung is one of the activeRumah BUMN and there are many activities under the auspices of Bank BRI. As the digital businessecosystem develops, more and more MSMEs are joining Rumah BUMN Bandung. Implementation ofdocumentation at Rumah BUMN Bandung only reached 12.5%, mainly focused on training programs outof a total of 8 existing programs. The reason is that there is no comprehensive implementation of qualitydocument control standards at Rumah BUMN Bandung. As a result, Rumah BUMN Bandung employeesoften have difficulty finding documents, sometimes documents that have expired are still being used, andthey make mistakes in providing documents to fellow employees. This research aims to describedocuments that need to be controlled, design SOPs for quality document control, and create use casediagrams.     In building a system, it was needed a quality guarantee. A system could be stated wellqualified, if it met the user needs. The quality could be measured from various points of views.One point of views to measure the software quality was focusing on user satisfaction (userbased). To know the quality of a system, it was needed a quality analysis of its system. Therewas a lack of service when online warehouse administration system used to manage thewarehouse material inventory in PT. PLN (Persero) Duri Rayon was used. This research aimedat finding proposed improvements for increasing the service quality percentage of onlinewarehouse administration system based on ISO/IEC 9126 standard. The methods of collectingthe data were using interview and questionnaire to know user complaints to the user. MaturityModel and Delay approaches were used to process the data. In testing the reliability level,online warehouse administration system was on the first level (the system was computerized,but it was not standardized yet). In testing the delay, all the delays in input were on goodcategory and it could be understandable. Based on the levels of maturity and delay, the testshowed that there was a need to improve and maintenance the online warehouse administration system to increase the performance of system service quality for users, so that the existence ofrepairs and maintenance systems can increase 26% to 41% the percentage of the quality of aninformation technology system.&nbsp

    Analysis and Evaluation of File Storage and Back Up of Disaster Risk in Diskominfo Data Center

    Disaster is a very damaging and unpredictable event when it happens, threatening the facilities of computersystems and the environment, such as telecommunications systems and data storage. According to theNational Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) Indonesia is very vulnerable to disasters because of thegeographical characteristics. Indonesia current position is between three active plates and a ring of fire.Indonesia's reputation as a disaster-prone country is also noted in the report of The Atlas of the HumanPlanet 2017. The data shows that the threat of natural disasters has doubled in the last 40 years, in line withthe population growth. Diskominfo West Java is an agency that is tasked with carrying out regionalgovernment affairs in West Java in the field of communication and information technology based on theprinciples of autonomy, deconcentrating and co-administration. Diskomifo has a data center that is usefulfor the benefit of the information itself and the Regional Work Unit (SKPD) of the West Java provincialgovernment. A data center must be designed as best as possible to avoid disruption due to disasters,disturbances or errors that can cause damage to the data center itself, therefore it must be avoided orminimized from the impact of the risks that occur and guarantee the availability of the organization'sbusiness continuity if interference or disaster is occurred. In this study, an analysis was carried out relatedto the assessment of risk occurrence, to determine the level of the threats. In addition, in this document abusiness impact analysis is also carried out to determine the priorities of the information system owned bythe organization, so that the organization can prioritize which information system is in the top prioritywhen disruptions occurred
