    The Effect of the Covid-19 Pandemic on Bangka Belitung Province Small and Medium Industry using Descriptive Statistics – Correlation and Multiple Linear Regression

    This study discusses how the COVID-19 pandemic affects all industrial sectors in Bangka Belitung,especially Small and Medium Industry (IKM) actors. The prolonged pandemic condition has forced IKMBangka Belitung players to lose up to 70% of their income due to the decline in people's purchasing power.Further analysis is needed regarding the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on IKM Bangka Belitung,considering that this sector contributes 99% of all industrial sectors of the total business units totaling20,403 units, with a workforce absorption of 45,351 people. The sampling method was by distributingquestionnaires to 437 IKM actors in Bangka Belitung. The questionnaire was distributed to get the level ofimportance as primary data which was processed using descriptive statistics, pearson correlation and linearregression to see the contribution of each variable that could affect the performance of SMEs. The findingsfrom this study can be used as material for targeted and measurable policy making for the IKM BangkaBelitung Trustees agency, to formulate strategic steps in empowering IKM during the COVID-19pandemic

    Design of Game Attribute Development in Ikaan Studio Based on Consumer Preferences using Conjoint Analysis

    In updating or creating video games, developers must identify the preferences and attitudes of certain groupsof players towards the specifications and features available, ensuring the elements that make a game widelyplayed and get high ratings at the same time. Ikaan Studio is a developer company that develops the CitampiStories game, with problems with a lack of downloads and a rating that is not so high. The purpose of thisstudy is to develop game products at Ikaan Studio based on game attributes that match player preferences.This study uses conjoint analysis as a research method to find attributes that match the preferences of gameplayers. The first stage, begins with determining the important attributes and the level of game designattributes. Furthermore, the formation of a combination of stimuli using an orthogonal design. Finally, datafrom 209 samples were analyzed by conjoint analysis to determine player preferences. The results revealthat the "tutorial" attribute is the element that is considered the most important for players, followed by the"game mechanic" attribute with the same importance level. On the other hand, the attribute "object" isconsidered the least important. This study also shows that the preferences of players with different genderand age ranges which aims to provide insight to companies regarding preferences in the actual market

    Bubble Window Product Quality Control with New Seven Tools Method (Case Study: PT X)

    Quality control is needed to prevent material, time, and energy losses for the company PT. X. By doingquality control on bubble window production, it is expected to reduce the adverse impact on the company.PT. X itself is a company engaged in aircraft manufacturing. In producing each aircraft component, PT. Xrequires quality control to be able to guarantee the aircraft has good quality and meets the standards thathave been set. In bubble window production, defects are still found. Bubble window itself is one of thecomponents of the aircraft which is produced by PT. X. In an effort to reduce the number of defects thatoccur, quality control is carried out using the new seven tools method. From the processing results obtainedfive factors that cause defects in bubble window products at PT. X, namely the environment, humans,machines, methods, and materials. So three solutions are proposed,which are reviewing the operation of themachine, placing the SOP position in the work area, and periodic maintenance

    Improvement of PS-128 BIT Water Pump Production Process Using Six Sigma Method at PT Tirta Intimizu Nusantara

    Customer satisfaction is one of the company's benchmarks in maintaining product quality. One of the most demanded types of non-automatic pumps is the PS-128 BIT. Water pump problems that occur because the percentage of defects are still above the company's desired tolerance. The tolerance given by the company is 3%, but the percentage of defects received by the company is 5.93%. This percentage is obtained based on the average percentage of disability in five months (July – November 2021). Furthermore, the company needs to make improvements to the quality of the pump product. The purpose of the research is to minimize product defects to improve product quality and can meet customer satisfaction. The method used is six sigma. The results of the study identified that there are two types of defects that are dominant in pump products, namely leaking mseal and leaking o-ring. The calculation of value defect million per opportunity was obtained at 51,000 and converted into a sigma rate of 3.135 where this value can still be increased so that the level of defective products is reduced. Actions that can be taken to overcome leaky mseal include using a mseal part inspection checklist and leaky o-rings can be handled using tools such as air duster guns. This tool is used to help clean parts regularly to ensure that the part is clean and can be done to the next stage of the production process. This proposed improvement has been implemented with the final result of the sigma level increasing by 3.262

    Optimizing Freight Terminal Location in Sarbagita Region: a Decision Analysis Approach using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)

    Apart from serving regional freight transport, the availability of freight terminals is also urgently needed aspart of the urban transportation system. In providing a merchandise terminal, many considerations arerequired to create an effective and efficient transportation of merchandise in terms of connected cargo. Thepurpose of this research is to determine the location of the goods terminal so that logistics transportationservices in the Sarbagita area can run smoothly without being constrained by transportation problems. Thedata collection method was carried out by interviewing policy makers in the province of Bali and competenttransportation experts. Advanced analysis also uses Software Expert Choice which is a decision makingmethod, whose main tool is a hierarchy. After the data has been analyzed, conclusions are drawn using theAnalytic Hierarchy Process method. The results of the research on the criteria for the location of the freighttransport terminal include 6 variables including the suitability of RT/RW, traffic density, intermodalintegration, topographical conditions, accessibility and environmental impact. There are 4 suggestedalternatives, namely Mengwi, Soka Beach, Ubud, and Ida Bagus Mantra Gianyar. The choice of terminallocation obtained from the expert choice software on the 4 alternative location choices obtained that the bestlocation was the Mengwi area, Badung Regency (31.1%)

    Innovative Approach to Furniture Production: Ecobrick Chairs as a Sustainable Solution

    This research aims to create eco-friendly chairs using Ecobrick bottles as a base material. The excessiveuse of plastic causes a negative impact from increasing plastic waste which harms the environment andeven affects human health, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic which has led to an increase in theuse of plastic in several countries. That is the reason for the need for action to reduce plastic waste, one ofwhich is creating products made from plastic waste. The method used in this study has several stages inIdeate, Determining Customer Needs, Making Designs, Selection of Final Designs, DeterminingErgonomic Chairs, Calculation of Analysis Structures, Design Experiments and Testing, DesignRefinements, and Final Designs. From this research, it is hoped that the chairs created will be able to meetcustomer needs by having ergonomic dimensions, being environmentally friendly, and safe to use. Thisapproach is expected to provide a solution to the problem of excessive use of plastic, by turning plasticwaste into useful products and reducing the negative impact on the environment

    Supply Chain Performance Measurement at Batik Industry MTO Type Using SCOR 12.0 and AHP

    Batik Kraton SME is one of the industries in Pekalongan that has been producing batik for 20 years. TheSME has never conducted supply chain measurements before, even though the industry has been aroundfor a long time. Quick-change in customer behavior become the obstacle for the industry. Supply chainperformance measurement will be carried out to determine whether the industry is superior or not inmanaging their supply chain and what improvements must be conducted in order to compete in the market.Performance measurement will involve supply chain processes and indicator metrics. The methods used inthis research are SCOR 12.0 Model and Analytical Hierarchy Process which for make to order type ofproduction process. The results of the supply chain performance measurement show an average score of69.39 which is included in the average or medium category. Each performance score of the core processesfor plan, source, make, deliver, return, and enable are 87.05; 94.25; 68.13; 79.79; 75.47; 11.66. It isacknowledged that the highest score of process performance is “source” and the lowest score is “enable”.These indicators inform that the supply chain process at Batik Kraton SME still needs improvement inseveral sectors

    Prima Sari is a culinary industry in Pekanbaru which is engaged in bakery. Founded in 2003 and hasbranches outside the city. The problem faced is that the sale of Prima Sari Bakery is done manually. So far,the sales system is still relying on the media interaction with consumers using the invoice bookkeepingsystem, receipt. Prima Sari as a supplier of bakery products in the store experienced bookkeeping sales canbe calculated fully after a week of delivering bakery products to the store. The marketing coverage is notcomprehensive because it relies on the factory driver's pallets in delivering bread to outlets that contributeto the distribution of Prima Sari Bakery bakery products. The purpose of this research is to design a web ecommerce to increase sales and assist the process of overseeing sales activities in the bakery industry andexpanding the area of market share and media promotion through e-commerce web access. Using theWaterfall Method with black box tasting and user acceptance test (UAT) testing. The results of this studyare a website system that can be accessed by General Users to view products and information, UserMembers or Customers can access the Prima Sari Bakery product order process, Admin Users who canprocess website systems related to sales data, customer data and User Leaders which can access salesreport data at the Prima Sari Bakery factor

    Comparison of Moving Average, Single Exponential Smoothing, and Trend Analysis Forecasting Methods on Art Board Production Demand (Case Study of PT Pindo Deli Pulp and Paper Mills 1)

    One of the companies engaged in the manufacturing industry is PT Pindo Deli Pulp and Mills 1, whichproduces various kinds of paper and tissue. Art Board is a type of paper produced by PT Pindo Deli Pulpand Mills 1, and is quite attractive to customers. However, customer demand for Art Board products oftenfluctuates. Product demand is an important aspect to be evaluated, because if the company does not planproperly the company will experience financial losses. Forecasting can be used as a support for companydecision making. Moving Average, Single Exponential Smoothing, and Trend Analysis are the methodsused to support forecasting in this study, where the next step is to analyze the accuracy of the forecastingmethod with the parameter values of MAD, MSE, standard error, bias, and forecasting for the next period.Based on data collection and analysis, it is found that the period 1 moving average method is the bestmethod for forecasting production demand for Art Board products with forecasting for the next period of19410 units, MAD of 3186,182, MSE of 16001250, and a bias of 634,546 meanwhile the standard error is4422,339

    Feasibility Comparative Analysis of Providing Earthquake Sensor Services and Video on Demand by Utilizing Frequency License 3.3 GHz and Bandwidth 12.5 MHz

    several companies. One of the license holders is a telecommunications company located in Bandung andJakarta. This 3.3 GHz frequency, in the map for the performance of 5G telecommunication services,includes candidates for the medium class working frequency which is predicted to be auctioned by thegovernment to become the working frequency for 5G performances. Several companies have an interest inidentifying the use of 3.3 GHz and 12.5 MHz BW licenses outside the stand-alone performance of 5Gtechnology-based broadband telecommunications services. Initial identification and studies show that thereare two services that have the potential to be deployed by utilizing the frequency range and BW, namelyearthquake sensor network services and Video on Demand (VoD) in DKI Jakarta. To ensure the feasibilityof performing these two services based on the technology owned by the telecommunications company,further studies are needed by analyzing them from the market aspect, technical aspect, and financial aspect.This research was conducted using a techno-economic approach and analysis. The novelty in this research is the implementation of new 5G technology licensed with 3.3 GHz frequency and 12.5 MHz bandwidth inthe new case, namely the earthquake sensor network compared to other services, namely video on demand.The next process is the comparison of the performance feasibility parameters (NPV, IRR, and PaybackPeriod) based on the results of a study of the two services that can be carried out to determine the priorityservice candidates to be provided by the telecommunications company. The results show that in terms ofoperational and financial aspects, the earthquake sensor project will be more profitable for the companybecause the effort spent is not too large
