No full text自然界において,ミツバチは野山に生息し,その訪花活動により媒介される植物の受粉を介して生態系の維持に重要な役割を担っている.一方で,日本の在来種であるニホンミツバチは蜂蜜生産のための養蜂に用いられる外来種のセイヨウミツバチに追いやられ,人間の生活圏へ侵入した結果,しばしば駆除の対象となっている.自然環境におけるニホンミツバチの重要性を明確にするためには,その訪花嗜好性を知る必要があるが,これまで本種の生態はよく調べられているものの,収集する花粉源となる植物種についての知見は限定されている.本稿では,ミツバチの生態や養蜂,およびミツバチの訪花嗜好性解析の取り組みに関して,最近の知見を含めて解説する

No full text早くは小学校時代から英語授業に対する絶望感を感じ続けてきた者が学年の大半を占めている理系学科の学生を対象に、週1回の授業を通して動機付けをし直し、英語でコミュニケーションする姿勢を培ったり、専門領域での英語運用へと導いたりすることは教師にとっても大きな挑戦である。週に90分しかない授業時間をベースとし「いつでも、どこからでも」学習ができる語学環境とICTとをブレンドすることで、最小限の授業時間を最大限の学習のきっかけとし、学生の英語習得への意欲を向上させる教育実践は可能であろうか。本稿では、1つの理系学科での取り組みを例として、教材の選択、教材の最適化、アクティビティプランニング等における教師の役割に焦点を当てながら、英語学習者の学習意欲向上を実現しようとする授業実践について報告する。Utilizing a blend of traditional, e-learning, and supplementary materials in a technology enhanced language learning (TELL) environment, the Center for Languages and Cultures at Chubu University is now in the fourth year of its blended learning curriculum. The authors have been seeking ways to adapt course materials, both online and face-to-face, in order to adequately match students\u27 language aptitude and scaffold intake and output. With a focus on the selection of learning materials, the adaptation of materials, designing engaging activities, and the roles of teachers, this paper will discuss how learner motivation can be enhanced despite the limitations of only having 90 minutes of face-to-face class time per week
Long-Term Effects of <Self Motivational Development< in Career Education by Full-Time Teachers - The Comparison Between Career Education Expert and Non-Expert Teachers -
No full text本研究では,キャリア教育を専門としない専任教員によるキャリア教育科目「自己開拓」の長期的教育効果の検討を行った。「自己開拓」を受講していない学生と比較すると、キャリア教育を専門とする教員による授業を受講した学生と同様、キャリア教育を専門としない教員による授業を受講した学生は、キャリア支援課が3年次に実施した就職ガイダンスへの参加率が高く、進路選択行動を積極的に行っていることが明らかとなった。しかし、卒業時点の進路決定状況については、キャリア教育を専門としない教員による授業を受講した学生は、キャリア教育を専門とする教員による授業を受講した学生と同水準では進路を決定できていなかった。この結果は、「自己開拓」の授業内容の専門性の高さやアクティブ・ラーニング型の授業形式の困難さによって、学生のキャリア形成を十分に促すことができなかったためと考えられる。今後、全学共通教育科目であるキャリア教育科目「自己開拓」の担当は、主にキャリア教育を専門としない教員へと移行していくため、専門家を配置したり研修を行ったりすることの重要性が指摘された。This study investigated the long-term effects of “Self motivational development< in career education by career education non-expert career teachers. The result revealed that students who attended “Self motivational development< class participated career guidance for 3rd graders by career support division more than who did not attend the class. In addition, the students who attended the class took career selection behavior more actively than who did not attend the class. Moreover, the students in the non-expert teachers\u27 class showed high in participation rates of the career guidance and the active career selection behavior as the students in the expert teachers\u27 class. However, the rate of career decision at the time of graduation was low in the students in non-expert teachers\u27 class as in the students in expert teachers\u27 class. This result might be affected by the highly professional contents of “Self motivational development< and the difficulty of teaching method in active learning.
