Correlation Between Digital Literacy Ability and Learning Achievement in Physics Learning During Covid-19 Pandemic
Get PDFThis study aims to: (1) describe students' digital literacy skills in physics learning during the Covid-19 pandemic and (2) describe the correlation between digital literacy skills and learning achievement in physics learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is using correlation research. The subjects in this study were students of class X at SMKN 4 Singkawang City. The data collection instruments in this study were digital literacy questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study were quantitative descriptive and Product Moment correlation equations. The results showed that: (1) the students' digital literacy skills at SMKN 4 Singkawang were in the high category of 90 students with an average percentage of 69% and an average score is 79 and (2) there was a correlation between digital literacy skills and student achievement in physics learning during the Covid-19 pandemic with a correlation coefficient of 0.664 in the strong category

Community Partnership Program for Elementary School Teachers in Sungai Kakap District to Developing Higher-Level Thinking Test Instruments
Get PDFImproving the quality of education is inseparable from the application of assessments that can accurately measure the final results of a learning process so that accurate, careful and objective assessment instruments are needed. Based on the results of an analysis of a number of findings based on the results of in-depth discussions with elementary school teachers in Kakap District, the problems that arose related to the making of learning outcomes test instruments that have been tested for reliability, include there are still many elementary school teachers in Kakap District, District Kubu Raya has not carried out the procedures for making learning achievement test instruments, especially appropriate higher order thinking tests, and there are still many teachers who do not know about the existence of software that can be used to analyze the reliability of learning achievement tests. This community partnership program activity aims to enable elementary school teachers in Kakap District to develop high-level thinking test instruments using available software so as to encourage teacher competency improvement in making reliable learning outcomes test instruments. The mechanism for implementing community partnership program activities for teachers in partner schools is carried out in 4 (four) stages, namely the planning, action, observation and evaluation, and reflection stages. The training participants consisted of 30 elementary school teachers in Kakap District. Enhancement of Economic Independence and Introduction of Indonesian Culture for PIDs in the Philippines Through Indonesian Food
Get PDFThe life of the people of Indonesian descent (PIDs) in Glan, Philippines is still far from prosperous. Illegal citizenship status and poverty are the causes of the poor PIDs in Glan. Therefore, many of the PIDs in Glan end up working in the informal sector and earning below the standards of the local Filipino community. The International Community Service Team (KKNI) Glan from Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta was then empowered by holding a cooking class for traditional Indonesian snacks. The snacks that are taught are pisang gapit from East Kalimantan and dadar gulung from West Java. The main target of this program is PIDs who are members of the United Church of Christ of The Philippines (UCCTP) church in Glan. This program aims to reintroduce Indonesian culture through food and encourage the economic independence of PIDs in Glan. The methods used in this empowerment are program socialization, cooking training conducted with demonstrations, and mentoring carried out by inviting participants to practice directly. The material presented in this cooking class program can be a business opportunity for PIDs in Glan to improve their economy by utilizing local natural resources and also get to know Indonesian culture again. The result of this activity is that the PIDs in Glan have the opportunity to improve the Indonesian culinary business in the form of pisang gapit and dadar gulung, and the PIDs can preserve Indonesian culture even though they don't live in Indonesia

Tak jarang tokoh-tokoh ternama yang sudah terbiasa memberikan pidatonya dan berhadapan langsung dengan keramaian mengalami hal tersebut. Ada beberapa faktor penyebab terjadinya, yaitu grogi, tergesa-gesa, berhati-hati dalam pengucapan kata, dan juga tidak fokus. Ini membuktikan bahwa senyapan dan kilir lidah adalah suatu ketidaksengajaan yang secara refleks terjadi begitu saja. LECTURERS’ STRATEGIES ON STUDENTS' DISCIPLINE IN CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT DURING ONLINE LEARNING
Get PDFThis study aims to provide an overview of the strategies used by two lecturers at the Catholic University of St. Augustine Hippo in their online classroom management, particularly in disciplining students. The trend of online classes on the St. Augustine Hippo Catholic University campus continues even though the pandemic is over. Online lectures are still being held for several meetings, although not in full. In providing online teaching, lecturers have specific strategies to ensure that the teaching and learning process goes well, one of the criteria is student discipline during the process. The method used to obtain data is in-depth interviews. The results of the in-depth interviews of the two lecturers showed that the challenges in online teaching were bad internet connection, students’ inadequate internet quota, and students’ inactiveness. While the strategies that were used by them in dealing with those problems were giving good example, giving firmness, giving attention, being kind, being affective, and being attentive towards students

Synergy can be built when parents are able to communicate well with the school, but with the various activities that parents have, regular meetings are difficult to hold so that a common understanding of parenting is difficult to develop, besides that with advances in technology parents are freeing their children to use digital technology, in this case Android . Parents allow their children to use Android without restrictions and considering the impacts that will arise, inappropriate use of technology can result in addiction to devices, pornography, health hazards and radiation. Techno parenting is a digital parenting program design through an Android application about how to educate children in the digital era in utilizing technology. Apart from that, Techno parenting is a strategy that can be used to build effective communication between schools and parents through digital technology to increase awareness/mindfulness in educate. Mindful parenting is a concept in parenting that emphasizes the process of parenting with full awareness (awareness). Therefore, the objectives of this research are 1) collaborating on technological advances in parenting education, 2) synergy between parents and schools in building the same perception regarding children's education, 3) developing a technology parenting model in increasing parental awareness (playfulness) in parenting, and 4) knowing The effectiveness of the techno parenting model in increasing mindfulness in parenting. The research method used is development research with stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation where each stage is used to produce Techno Parenting Model products. Hasil penelitian adalah Nilai karakter Religius tradisi ngemblok pertama Bersyukur hanya kepada Allah yang di dalamnya masyarakat ber Do’a hanya kepada Allah. Kedua, cinta damai apabila ada yang dapat ngemblok seserahan di bagikan tetangga dan kerabat terdekat sehingga menjalin silaturahmi dan kerukunan. Ketiga, bentuk harapan dan keinginan terhindar dari perbuatan zina. Keempat bentuk upaya melestarikan leluhur penuh arti yang di dalamnya banyak nilai kearifan lokal. Development of Video Tutorial for Pencak Silat Learning at State Junior High School 16 Pontianak
Get PDFThe main objective of this research is to develop a video tutorial for Physical Education learning and to produce and disseminate a video tutorial for pencak silat learning. Then it is expected that the video tutorial can make it easier for students to learn pencak silat independently. This research uses the 4D model by Thiagarajan. The steps of the model are defined, designed, developed, and disseminated. The participants in this study were teachers and students of State Junior High School 16 Pontianak. Data collection techniques in this study refer to the interview list guidelines, namely questionnaires. The data collection tools are learning outcomes and questionnaire sheets. This pencak silat learning tutorial video was developed according to the needs and characteristics of students. Based on the data analysis of the experts' validation, the average of the design aspect is 3.87, the material aspect is 3.95, and the media aspect is 3.83. Including very valid criteria. The test of students' responses to the video tutorial for pencak silat learning obtained an average of 94.34%. Thus the video tutorial is very feasible to use in learning pencak silat class VII can be used on students by watching gadgets or other media. The purpose of this multimedia is so that students can understand and develop skill abilities in independent learning with video tutorials effectively

The objective of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Haji Aman's Dry Noodle Restaurant. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, collecting data through questionnaires with a sample of 100 respondents. The research results show that product quality and service quality have a positive impact on customer satisfaction at Haji Aman's Dry Noodle Restaurant
