    Penelitian terdahulu mengenai alat promosi penjualan telah dilakukan dengan hasil yang menyatakan bahwa live streaming berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Akan tetapi penelitian mengenai voucher gratis ongkir menunjukkan tidak ada pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh live streaming dan voucher gratis ongkos kirim terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen marketplace TikTok Shop di Depok. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) mengunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh live streaming terhadap keputusan pembelian memiliki hubungan yang positif sebesar 0,210, dan signifikan dengan nilai T statistik 2,329 1,96 dan P value 0,020 0,05. Begitupun pengaruh voucher gratis ongkir terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian memiliki hubungan yang positif sebesar 0,650, dan signifikan dengan nilai T statistik 7,478 1,96 dan P value 0,00 0,05

    Studi komparasi Regulasi Sertifikasi Produk Halal Antara Indonesia dan Malaysia

    This study aims to determine the history of halal certification regulations in Indonesia and Malaysia and to compare the regulations of the two countries related to halal product certification. The method used in this research is normative juridical method with a comparative approach. The results of the study explain first the history of halal product certification regulations in Indonesia and Malaysia marks legal changes to ensure compliance with Islamic halal principles. Indonesia, through the JPH Law and the establishment of BPJPH, adopts an integrated approach, while Malaysia uses a layered approach with APD 2011, involving external agencies such as JAKIM and HDC. The halal certification processes in Indonesia and Malaysia differ in approach, regulatory structure, and institutions involved. Indonesia applies an integrated approach through BPJPH, while Malaysia uses a layered approach with APD 2011. Although different, both have similar objectives in ensuring compliance with Islamic halal principles and protection of Muslim consumers, as well as efforts to be in line with recognized international standards

    The Effect of Bandwagon Effect on Clothing Consumption Patterns (Study on Muslim Community in Tanete Riattang Sub-District)

    Humans carry out consumption activities to meet their needs. There are two types of behavior in consumers, namely rational and irrational consumer behavior. This research aims to determine the effect of bandwagon effect on clothing consumption patterns in Muslim communities in Tanete Riattang District. The research method used is quantitative. The data collection technique was carried out by giving questionnaires to 100 respondents. The analysis technique carried out is a statistical test through a simple linear regression test, t test, and coefficient of determination (R2). Before statistical tests are carried out, research instrument tests are carried out, namely validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests consisting of normality tests and linearity tests. Data management in this study used SPPS 29 software. The results showed that the bandwagon effect had a positive and significant effect on clothing consumption patterns in the Muslim community in Tanete Riattang sub-district. Based on the results of the t test, it is known that t_value (8.275) t_table (1.984) and the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than the established probability ꭤ which is 0.05 which means that a person's clothing consumption pattern is based on a tendency to buy or recognize trends because many other people also do it

    Islamic Financial Institutions’ Perceptions on financing for Public-Private Partnership Projects in Indonesia

    Purpose – This paper aims to contribute to the body of knowledge about Islamic Financial Institutions’ (IFIs) intention on financing PPP projects in an Indonesia context, and to offer substantial support to the government to facilitate the implementation of appropriate policies or enact reforms that will encourage increased IFIs financing in PPP projects.Design/methodology/approach – This study developed a theoretical model using the theory of planned behavior (TPB) and subsequently validated it using empirical data gathered from Islamic Financial Institutions in Indonesia. The model was tested using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM).Findings – The findings revealed that “subjective norms” and “perceived control behavior” were the significant latent variables impacting IFIs' intention to finance PPP projects. Moreover, the most crucial observable variables affecting the private sector’s intention were “positive attitudes of experienced IFIs,” and “good relationship with PPP implementing company.”Originality – This study highlights a significant deficiency in the existing body of literature. Although there have been several studies on Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) in existing literature, there is a scarcity of study focused on examining the key elements that influence the Islamic Financial Institutions' willingness to finance PPP projects

    Online arisan has become popular in Indonesia, but the lack of understanding of sharia principles in this practice is a concern. The purpose of this study is to understand the implementation mechanisms and regulations in online arisan and identify relevant muamalah jurisprudence concepts, such as the validity of contracts and management transparency. This research method uses a qualitative approach through literature studies and field studies with researchers directly involved in the research location, namely the online social gathering activity Awrisan Mbabel 88. The results show that this social gathering is in accordance with the muamalah principle if the management of fine fees is not considered as the admin's personal income. Awrisan Mbabel 88 has implemented a qardh contract that is free from elements of riba or exploitation, although it is difficult to prove legally, this arisan focuses on the principles of help and kinship

    This research aims to find out and review how muamalah jurisprudence applies to the practice of buying and selling seaweed in Lontar Village, Tirtayasa District, Serang Regency. The type of research carried out by the author is field research and uses a qualitative approach, while the data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that the contract used in buying and selling seaweed in Lontar Village is included in the Salam contract. In terms of harmony and conditions, it is in accordance with the form of buying and selling greetings. After analyzing from the perspective of the Muamalah Fiqh Review, the practice of buying and selling seaweed in Lontar village does not meet the terms and conditions of the salam contract, due to the inconsistency of the goods and delays in the time when the goods are given, this is caused by technical factors (weather) that cannot be predicted, So there is no element of intent in it, and both parties are mutually happy in responding to this problem, so that buying and selling seaweed in the Lontar village is legal.     This research aims to analyze the implementation of negotiations in these negotiations, analyze the implementation of student internship activities, and determine the satisfaction of Conventional Financial Institutions with the Performance of Student Interns. This research is a Mix Method. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The research results show that the negotiation strategy and planning carried out by the IAIN Curup Sharia Banking Study Program was carried out with a win-win strategy with planning carried out through discussions among Sharia Banking lecturers and the formation of an internship committee. The implementation of negotiations in negotiations takes place through the stages of exchanging information, bargaining and commitment. The implementation of internship activities is carried out in three parts, namely the opening in the form of a briefing preparing intern students for work. Carrying out internship activities helps serve customers and assists the work of other employees. Meanwhile, closing is to evaluate the service activities provided on that day. The satisfaction of conventional financial institutions with the performance of Islamic Banking Study Program intern students at IAIN Curup is in the range of 80-100% with statements of very satisfaction

    This study aims to construct a performance measurement of Maqasid Sharia for Islamic organizations both profit-oriented and non-profit. This study used content analysis to construct performance measurement, which is to find the appropriate Maqasid Sharia concept and then describe the Maqasid Sharia concept into dimensions and elements. This research construct 5 ideal goals based on Al-Ghazali's concept: preservation of religion, life/soul, reason, heredity, and wealth. Furthermore, describe the ideal goals into 12 dimensions, 20 elements, and 74 items of disclosure. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sebuah pengukuran kinerja Maqasid Syariah bagi organisasi Islam baik yang berorientasi profit dan non-profit. Penelitian ini menggunakan konten analisis untuk mencari beragam literatur yang berkaitan dengan Maqasid Syariah dan kemudian membangun pengukuran kinerja. Penelitian ini mencari konsep Maqasid Syariah yang sesuai dan kemudian menjabarkan konsep maqasid Syariah ke dimensi dan elemen.     Business Resilience Amidst The Covid-19 Pandemic

    The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on various sectors of life, not only the health sector, the economic and business sectors are also experiencing a serious impact. At this time, many business actors experience various problems such as declining sales, lack of capital, hampered sales distribution and difficulties in raw materials. Therefore, a resilience is needed in order to continue to run in the midst of this difficult situation. The object of this research is UD. salacca. This research method is using a qualitative approach and then analyzed using SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that the results obtained from the SWOT matrix table, there are several alternative strategies for UD. Salacca to survive in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic: (a) Alternative strategies for SO to maximize the use of digital technology to market processed salak products more widely which have guaranteed halalness, maintain cooperative relationships with distributors so that they have the opportunity to expand distribution networks outside the city and abroad, utilize social media to promote the location of business locations to attract customers and utilize digital technology to improve HR skills for the better. (b) Alternative ST strategy to reduce the number of employees so that UD. Salacca was able to survive because of the social distancing policy in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, declining market demand, so it had to reduce the amount of production and increase cooperation with suppliers of raw materials in order to increase the amount of production. (c) Alternative WO strategies utilize technological developments to make bookkeeping using a computer system and increase the use of technology and information to expand market share. (d) The alternative WT strategy is to utilize digital technology to increase sales turnover and utilize technology and information to establish communication with salak suppliers from various regions in order to continue to produce salak processed products

    penelitian ini membahas mengenai Industri makanan dan minuman di Indonesia telah menunjukkan pertumbuhan yang signifikan, menjadi kontributor penting terhadap PDB industri pengolahan. Pertumbuhan ini sejalan dengan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya konsumsi makanan dan minuman halal, terutama dengan tren global yang mengedepankan gaya hidup halal dan thayibban. Sertifikasi halal menjadi krusial dalam memenuhi tuntutan konsumen yang semakin peduli terhadap kehalalan produk. Sertifikasi ini memberikan jaminan bahwa produk telah memenuhi standar kehalalan dan kualitas, menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas, dan memperoleh kepercayaan konsumen. Namun, masih ada tantangan dalam penerapan sertifikasi halal secara menyeluruh, terutama terkait kurangnya kesadaran dan kepatuhan pelaku bisnis. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sertifikasi halal memiliki implikasi dalam manajemen bisnis, termasuk pengaruhnya terhadap strategi pemasaran, akses pasar global, dan efisiensi operasional. Manajemen bisnis syariah menjadi relevan dalam konteks ini, mengatur operasi bisnis berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip syariah untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap aturan dan prinsip yang ditetapkan Islam. Dengan memperkuat manajemen bisnis yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah dan memanfaatkan sertifikasi halal, pelaku bisnis dapat meningkatkan daya saing, memperluas pasar, dan memperoleh kepercayaan konsumen, mendukung pertumbuhan industri makanan dan minuman halal di Indonesia dan secara global. Ditemukan bahwa sertifikasi halal memiliki dampak strategis dalam pemasaran produk, memberikan akses pasar global, dan memperkuat posisi pelaku bisnis. Implementasi manajemen bisnis syariah juga penting dalam memastikan kepatuhan terhadap prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam operasi bisnis. Dengan demikian, sertifikasi halal menjadi kunci untuk memasuki pasar yang lebih luas dan mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif dalam industri makanan dan minuman.Top of FormBottom of Form
