Über einige Prosodes-Arten aus Mittelasien (Coleoptera: Tenebrionidae).
No full textIm Ergebnis der Untersuchung einiger im ehemaligen Deutschen Entomologischen Institut aufbewahrten Typen der Gattung Prosodes, in der Hauptsache von Kraatz aus Mittelasien beschrieben, werden die Ansichten des Autors zur Etikettierung der Typen und Typenserien dargelegt. Es wird die Synonymie einiger untersuchter Arten angeführt sowie einige neue Arten und intraspezifische Formen beschrieben. No full textBei der Untersuchung der Distribution der Laufkäfer auf Feldmonokulturen in zwei Lokalitäten wurden folgende Ergebnisse erzielt: Die Häufigkeit des Vorkommens von Laufkäfern in Monokulturen wird in hohem Maße von mikroklimatischen Bedingungen (Dichte des Pflanzenwuchses, Terrainkonfiguration) beeinflusst. Die ökologischen Ansprüche sind bei den Arten Pterostichus vulgaris, P. cupreus und Harpalus rufipes sehr ähnlich, sie weichen bei Bembidion lampros davon ab. Es konnte beobachet werden dass Pterostichus vulgaris häufig seinen Standort wechselt.A study of the distrubution of the ground beetles in field monocultures made in two localities brought the following results: The frequency of the occurrence of ground beetles in monocultures is greatly influenced by microclimatic conditions (density of plant growth, configuration of the ground). The ecological requirements of the species Pterostichus vulgaris, P. cupreus and Harpalus rufipes are very similar, while those of Bembidion lampros are different. It was observed that Pterostichus vulgaris frequently changes its habitat

Untersuchungen über die Chrysopiden des Bezirkes Scheibbs (Niederösterreich). Beitrag zur Kenntnis der Ökologie, Phänologie und Verbreitung der Chrysopiden Mitteleuropas (Neuroptera: Planipennia).
Get PDFIn etwa zehnjähriger Sammeltätigkeit wurden im Bezirk Scheibbs (Niederösterreich) 4048 Chrysopiden gesammelt, die sich auf 17 Spezies verteilen: Nothochrysa fulviceps, N. capitata, Hypochrysa nobilis, Chrysopa perla, C. dorsalis, C. septempunctata, C. phyllochroma, Anisochrysa flavifrons, A. ventralis, A. prasina, A. carnea, A. albolineata, Tjederina gracilis, Nineta flava, N. vittata, N. pallida und Chrysotropia ciliata. Basierend auf morphologischen, phänologischen und ökologischen Fakten, spricht alles dafür, dass die in letzter Zeit als Subspezies aufgefaßten Formen Anisochrysa prasina als eigenständige Spezies anzusehen sind. Die Aufsammlungsergebnisse werden in Tabellen und Diagrammen übersichtlich dargelegt. Jede einzelne Art wird in der Diskussion in ökologisch-phänologischer Blickrichtung besprochen.During a period of about ten years 4048 specimes of the neuropterous family Chrysopidae were collected in the region of Scheibbs (Lower Austria). The material comprises 17 species, namely Nothochrysa fulviceps, N. capitata, Hypochrysa nobilis, Chrysopa perla, C. dorsalis, C. septempunctata, C. phyllochroma, Anisochrysa flavifrons, A. ventralis, A. prasina, A. carnea, A. albolineata, Tjederina gracilis, Nineta flava, N. vittata, N. pallida and Chrysotropia ciliata. On the basis of ecological results Anisochrysa ventralis and Anisochrysa prasina appear to be two clearly distinct forms thus confirming the assumption of other authors that they represent to valis species. The results of collections are shown in tables and diagrams. The ecology and seasonal dispersion as well as the vertical and horizontal distribution of each species are discussed in detail

No full textIn der Fortsetzung des 73. Beitrages dieser Publikationsserie über die Cantharidae exklusive der Malthinini von C. Moscardini wird eine Bearbeitung der Gattung Malthodes vorgelegt. Die Ausbeute der Expedition des ehemaligen DEI umfaßte 105 Exemplare dieser Gattung. Darunter fanden sich 85 Exemplare einer für die Wissenschaft neuen Art, die als Malthodes carinatopygus beschrieben wird. 2 Weibchen sind gegenwärtig nicht bis zur Art bestimmbar. Eine Bearbeitung der restlichen 12 Malthinini der Ausbeute muss bis zum Vorliegen einer Revision der Gattungen Malchinus und Malthinus zurückgestellt werden. Moscardini, a revision of the genus Malthodes is presented. The expedition made by DEI had yielded 105 individuals of this genus. Of these, 85 individuals belonged to a new species, which is described as Malthodes carinatopygus. Two femalis can not yet be determined as to their species. No full textBearbeitet wurden die Erotylidae der Albanien-Expedition des Deutschen Entomologischen Institutes. Das Material, das durch zwei Exemplare von A. Bischoff ergänzt wurde, umfasst sieben Exemplare in vier Arten. Alle vier Arten stellen Erstnachweise für Albanien dar; frühere oder weitere Fundmeldungen von Erotyliden aus diesem Gebiet sind den Verfassern nicht bekannt geworden. Die beigegebene Verbreitungsübersicht verzeichnet von der Balkanhalbinsel 22 Arten der Familie.The Erotylidae collected by the expedition to Albania by Deutsches Entomologisches Institut were evaluated the material, which was supplemented by 2 individuals collected by A. Bischoff, included 7 individuals of 4 species. All 4 species were first finds in Albania; no previous or additional finds of Erotylidae on this territory have come to the author\u27s knowledge. A survey of their distribution is given which lists 22 species of this family on the Balkan peninsula
