Berkaitan dengan permodalan, modal Bank Syariah tidak boleh berasal dari sumber yang diharamkan secara Syariah, sebab perihal itu nanti hendak menimbulkan bercampurnya suatu yang haram dengan yang halal. Get PDFThe Joint Business Group (KUBE) is one of the fishing community institutions that has a role in developing fisheries and empowerment businesses. KUBE as a non governmental organization to improve the insight and competence of its members in preparing planning, management, and financial arrangements to increase fishermen's income. The purpose of the study was to determine the role of the joint business group (KUBE) in empowering fishing communities in building awareness of the Alu Naga village community. The study used descriptive qualitative research types, observational data collection techniques, interviews. Technical data analysis, data presentation, data verification, and conclusion. The results showed that KUBE provided financial assistance, socialization, training, bout assistance. open opportunities in running a business, increase knowledge and skills in catching fish and so on. Meanwhile, efforts to increase awareness of the fishing community are to make regular extension activities and optimize the capacity of potential fishermen groups to be developed, form fishermen institutions, care for the coastal ecosystem environment, training on the use of fishing technology tools, create new livelihoods as a form of increasing the income of the Alu Naga village communit

Get PDFKelapa Coconut has a central role in the lives of the people of Citeluk Village especially in Ciparay, even being a high commodity, considering that the plantation sector is a leading asset in the community Citeluk Village. Since a long time ago, this village was known as the largest coconut producer in Pandeglang Regency until it was dubbed as Citelukalapa Village, but the people in Citeluk Village were still not able to maximize the potential of the coconut properly. Along with the development of community initiatives, the people of Citeluk Village began to process coconuts to be more varied, one of which was processing coconuts into copra and the waste from the coconut fruit was used to make charcoal. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of community empowerment through processing coconut into copra and charcoal. The method used in this research is qualitative. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The result of this research is that the empowerment of the community in Citeluk Village in processing coconut into copra and charcoal can increase welfare (income)
Transformation of Meaning by Implemented Fragments of The Hizb Gazali Version of The Qur’an
Get PDFThe Qur'an is the holy scripture that was preserved in Ottoman manuscripts and has since undergone a change to become hizb gazali. According to history, the Qur'an has started to change since the time of its companions. One example is the partition of the juz by the good friends into 1/2, 1/3, and 1/5, which is employed as a method of recitation to make the Qur'an simpler to learn. Then, during the reign of Al-Hajaj bin Yusuf Ats-Tsaqofi, phrases and other signs were added to the Qur'an. The Qur'an was changed up to the Middle Ages, making it a means of defense against those who opposed it, such as Hizb Gazali.The Qur’an verses, at least, have undergone significant functional alterations in Hizb Gazali. The Qur'an is no longer concerned with this because it has altered from its initial purpose as a warning or piece of counsel for those who read it. The researchers came across two issues here. The first was, "What is the history behind the conception and growth of Hizb Gazali?" Second, how does the interpretation of the Qur'anic verses used by Hizb Gazali change? This study falls under the category of library research, which means that books, dictionaries, or articles were used to collect the qualitative data.Because of the descriptive-analytical methodology employed, the debate will explain the understanding, history, and practice of Hizb Gazali. The researchers then went on to analyze the Hizb Gazali after obtaining a thorough overview of the organization. The William A. Haviland theory of transformation or change is the one employed.The outcomes show that Hizb Gazali has undergone a change. While Hizb Gazali does not pay much attention to the stories in the Qur'an because they just partially quote the verse, which obliterates the content contained, the Qur'an is actually very concerned with stories so that they might be taught by reading them. Additionally, instead of beginning with the letter al-Fatihah and concluding with the letter an-Nas as in the Ottoman manuscripts, the verses that were collated begin with the letter al-Fatihah, are followed by the letters al-an'am: 1, as-safat: 98, and end with surah al-Buruj: 22.Additionally, it has a prayer insert. Hizb ghazali reading requires the reader to follow certain rituals, such as fasting for seven days straight and reading hizb ghazali while they are fasting. Repeat if you are unable to complete it
PEMAKSAAN HUBUNGAN SEKSUAL SUAMI TERHADAP ISTRI (MARITAL RAPE) (STUDI KOMPARATIF HUKUM POSITIF DAN HUKUM ISLAM)
Get PDFThis paper is a forced sexual relationship of husband against wife (marital rape) (comparative study of positive law and Islamic law). Conjugal sexual intercourse is a natural need that must be fulfilled by both parties but without coercion in it that causes one of them to be hurt. In practice, this is not the case, sometimes husbands ask to have sex at inappropriate times such as when the wife is not good physically, hormonally or psychologically, and generally husbands do not understand the condition of the wife and lead to coercion or even violence in sexual intercourse which results in one of them being harmed because with this condition the wife cannot enjoy it but hurt her. So how positive law and Islamic law address the problem. This paper aims to understand marital rape law in positive law and Islamic law. Based on the qualitative method of library research with a comparative descriptive approach, it can be concluded that domestic rape is an unnatural thing done by the husband to the wife because it can hurt the wife because it does not pay attention to the physical and psychological condition of the wife. Whereas in Islamic law if the coercion by the husband against the wife is still within reasonable limits, then it is not a problem. However, if coercion is accompanied, threats and violence while the physical and psychological conditions and conditions of the wife are not possible to serve her husband such as being sick, menstruating, tired, and other shari'i old age that is considered appropriate, then the husband can be categorized as marital rape and the perpetrator is subject to ta'zir whose punishment is determined by a judge.Tulisan ini merupakan pemaksaan hubungan seksual suami terhadap istri (marital rape) (studi komparatif hukum positif dan hukum islam). Hubungan seksual suami istri merupakan kebutuhan alamiah yang harus terpenuhi oleh kedua belah pihak namun dengan tanpa paksaan di dalamnya yang menyebabkan salah satu diantaranya tersakiti. Pada praktiknya tidak demikian terkadang suami meminta untuk berhubungan seksual pada waktu yang kurang tepat seperti ketika istri sedang tidak baik secara fisik, hormonal ataupun psikologis dan umumnya para suami kurang memahami kondisi istri tersebut dan berujung pada pemaksaan atau bahkan dengan kekerasan dalam melakukan hubungan seksual yang mengakibatkan salah satu diantaranya dirugikan karena dengan kondisi tersebut istri tidak dapat menikmatinya melainkan menyakitinya. Lantas bagaimana hukum positif dan hukum islam membahas permasalahn tersebut. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk memahami hukum marital rape dalam hukum positif dan hukum islam. Berdasarkan metode kualitatif studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan deskriptif komparatif dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemerkosaan dalam rumah tangga merupakan hal yang tidak wajar dilakukan oleh suami terhadap istri karena hal tersebut dapat menyakiti istri karena tidak memperhatikan kondisi fisik dan psikologis istri. Sedangkan dalam hukum Islam apabila pemaksaan yang dilakukan suami terhadap istri masih dalam batas wajar, maka tidak menjadi masalah. Namun, jika pemaksaan yang disertai, ancaman dan kekerasan sedangkan keadaan dan kondisi fisik dan psikis istri sedang tidak memungkinkan untuk melayani suaminya seperti sedang sakit, haid, capek, dan uzur syar’i lainnya yang dianggap layak, maka suami dapat dikategorikan sebagai perbuatan marital rape dan pelakunya dikenakan ta’zir yang hukumannya ditentukan oleh seorang hakim

This phenomenon makes relationships between individuals and groups almost limitless. In line with these developments, there is often unethical behavior that even violates norms - to be fatal to the growth and development of students. The Community Service Team is carried out collaboratively with 3 lecturers in Palembang City, the main focus is to provide information so that students understand every behavior or action carried out categorized as bullying or violence. The goal is that they can be careful in communicating either orally or through media (Instagram, watchApp). The methods provided through lectures, questions and answers and video playbacks, pictures about toxic forms and their impact on psychology.Abstrak
Perkembangan teknologi 15 tahun terakhir berkembang pesat, komunikasi tidak lagi terikat oleh ruang dan waktu. Fenomena ini membuat hubungan antar individu dan kelompok hampir tidak berbatas. Sejalan dengan perkembangan tersebut seringkali terjadi perilaku yang tidak beretika bahkan melanggar norma- hingga berakibat fatal bagi pertumbuhan dan perkebangan peserta didik. Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dilakukan secara kolaboratif dengan 3 dosen di Kota Palembang fokus utamanya adalah memberikan informasi agar peserta didik memahami setiap perilaku atau tindakan yang dilakukan terkategori bulying atau kekerasan. Tujuannya agar mereka dapat berhati- hati dalam berkomunikasi baik lisan atau melalui media (instagram, watchApp). Metode yang diberikan melalui ceramah, tanya jawab dan pemutaran video, gambar tentang bentuk toxic dan dampaknya terhadap psikologis. 
The Development Of Web-Based Islamic Law E-Book Library Application in Sharia Faculty UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to develop a web-based e-book library application that can be accessed through a website application platform as a digital literacy activity service so that the literacy of the academic community of the Faculty of Sharia can be accommodated properly, which focuses on a collection of digital ebooks about Islamic law, so that it can mediate the excavation of knowledge about Islamic law anytime and anywhere without being hindered by space and time that focuses on Collection of digital e-books on Islamic law. This research uses the Research Development method or also known as Research and Development (R&D), the results showed that there was an increase compared to the first validation there was an increase in the average value and criteria with a percentage value of 81%, the average score obtained was 4.05 with very good criteria compared to the initial validation which only got a percentage value of 78% of the average value obtained is 3.9Pengetahuan tentang hukum islam bagi Civitas Akademika merupakan sebuah keniscayaan. Pencapaian kompetensi khususnya pengetahuan tentang hukum islam melalui kegiatan literasi dapat dicapai dengan ketersediannya sebuah media perpustakaan, Perpustakaan adalah salah satu tempat untuk memediasi kegiatan berliterasi, Fakultas Syariah UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten memiliki perpustakaan dengan sistem konvensional dan masih memiliki koleksi buku-buku yang terbatas oleh ruang dan waktu baik dari segi koleksi hingga segi aksesnya, sehingga untuk melayani kebutuhan literasi civitas akademikanya masih terbatas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi perpustakaan ebook berbasis web yang dapat diakses melalui melalui platform aplikasi website sebagai layanan kegiatan literasi digital agar ghiroh berliterasi civitas akademika Fakultas Syariah dapat terakomodir dengan baik, yang berfokuskan pada koleksi ebook digital tentang hukum islam, sehingga bisa memediasi penggalian pengetahuan tentang hukum islam kapanpun dan dimanapun tanpa terhalang ruang dan waktu yang berfokuskan pada koleksi ebook digital tentang hukum islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Pengembangan atau juga dikenal dengan istilah Research and Development (R&D), Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat menunjukkan bahwa mendapatkan peningkatan dibandingkan dengan validasi pertama terdapat peningkatan nilai rata-rata dan kriteria dengan nilai presentase 81%, rata-rata nilai yang diperoleh 4,05 dengan kriteria sangat baik dibandingkan dengan validasi awal yang hanya mendapat nilai presentase 78 % rata-rata nilai yang diperoleh adalah 3,9

No full textSawi hijau (Brassica juncea [L.] Czern.) merupakan salah satu jenis sayuran yang bernilai ekonomi tinggi dan terkenal di Indonesia. Tanaman ini memiliki kandungan senyawa nutrisi, di antaranya kalori, protein, vitamin, dan mineral. Selain itu, sawi hijau memiliki manfaat bagi kesehatan, seperti menurunkan risiko penyakit kanker. Penggunaan fitohormon alami dari tumbuhan, seperti bawang merah, terbukti mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan produksi pada berbagai jenis tanaman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ekstrak umbi bawang merah terhadap pertumbuhan sawi hijau serta menentukan konsentrasi ekstrak umbi bawang merah yang optimal meningkatkan pertumbuhan sawi hijau. Pada penelitian ini digunakan metode eksperimental dengan desain penelitian berupa rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan lima perlakuan dan empat ulangan. Taraf konsentrasi ekstrak umbi bawang merah yang digunakan terdiri dari 0%, 10%, 20%, 30%, dan 40%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan di antara kelima kelompok perlakuan ekstrak umbi bawang merah terhadap berbagai parameter pertumbuhan sawi hijau. Ekstrak umbi bawang merah pada konsentrasi 40% mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman sawi hijau, seperti panjang daun, tinggi tanaman, lebar daun, dan bobot basah tanaman

One of the factors that influence and determine the success of the learning process is the environment, not to mention the language environment. Quality language environment is something very important to the success of someone who is learning a second language, in this case Arabic. Bi’ah Arabiyyah is an environment where every activity is done with colored or Arabic. This method is very helpful in learning a foreign language because the students will apply and practice the language they have learned with no feeling nervous or embarrassed. Forming ability to speak Arabic and then enhance these capabilities is not easy, as the native language and the Arabic language has a lot of difference in terms of both linguistic and nonlinguistic. Training is needed to support the ability to speak Arabic. The exercises can be performed with the maximum if the language has created a conducive environment
