Η Ένορκη διοικητική εξέταση (ΕΔΕ) στις ένοπλες δυνάμεις
No full textΗ πειθαρχική διαδικασία αποτελεί μία σύνθετη ενέργεια αποτελούμενη από επι μέρους διεργασίες. Σκοπός της πειθαρχικής διαδικασίας αποτελεί η σε βάθος διερεύνηση γεγονότων και συμβάντων, που γνωστοποιούνται στην Διοίκηση, με απώτερο σκοπό την απόδοση πειθαρχικών ευθυνών στους δημοσίους λειτουργούς και υπαλλήλους του δημοσίου τομέα. Η διαδικασία περιλαμβάνει διάφορα στάδια, ένα εκ των οποίων αποτελεί και η Ένορκη Διοικητική Εξέταση (ΕΔΕ). Ειδικότερα, στον θεσμό των Ενόπλων Δυνάμεων (ΕΔ) και όσον αφορά το πειθαρχικό δίκαιο, τέθηκε σε εφαρμογή τον Αύγουστο του 2022 το προεδρικό Διάταγμα υπ’ αριθ. 48 όπου καθορίζει επακριβώς τόσο τις διαδικασίες που ακολουθούνται στην πειθαρχική διαδικασία όσο και στην διενέργεια και διεκπεραίωση των διοικητικών πράξεων συμπεριλαμβανομένης και της ΕΔΕ. Στο παρόν άρθρο επισημαίνονται όλες οι ενέργειες που απαιτούνται από την έναρξη της Ένορκης Διοικητικής Εξέτασης μέχρι την ολοκλήρωσή της. Ειδικότερα, στις ενότητες που ακολουθούν, επιχειρείται η απόδοση του ορισμού της ΕΔΕ, γιατί αυτή η διοικητική πράξη είναι σημαντική, σε ποιες περιπτώσεις και από ποιους διενεργείται ΕΔΕ στις Ένοπλες Δυνάμεις και με ποιον τρόπο ολοκληρώνεται.
LINC01433 is a prognostic biomarker and associated with immune infiltrates in glioblastoma
No full textAlthough long intergenic noncoding 01433 (LINC01433) has been demonstrated as an oncogene in several cancers, its impact on glioblastoma (GBM) is unknown. This study aimed to explore LINC01433 prognostic roles and its relationship to immune infiltrates, as well as to identify its prognostic roles in GBM patients. Logistic regression was used for evaluating the correlation between LINC01433 and clinicopathological characters. Gene Ontology (GO) term analysis, and Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) were performed to explore the enrichmental pathways and functions as well as quantify the extent of immune cells infiltration for LINC01433. LINC01433 up-regulation was significantly related to tumor WHO grade, IDH status, 1p/19q co-deletion, and primary treatment outcome (p 0.05). According to nomogram-based calibration plots and C-index, our constructed nomogram achieved high prediction performance for GBM. Based on GSEA, LINC01433 up-regulation might influence neutrophil degranulation, and interferon signaling, exhibiting a positive relationship to innate immunocytes (such as macrophages and eosinophils) levels. A high level of LINC01433 expression was observed in tumor tissues. LINC01433 expression was significantly correlated with poor survival and immune infiltrations in GBM, and it might be a promising prognostic biomarker in GBM

No full textParallel text corpora have been used since the 1980s in language and translation teaching. Students need to get familiar with the specific features of different textual genres and registers, learn how to conduct effective documentary research and, finally, use reliable sources that they can exploit autonomously. This exploratory study aims to investigate how the creation of a trilingual corpus consisting of popularised parallel European texts (French, English, Greek) on psychiatric drugs could contribute to terminology management by students in a specialised French-Greek translation class. On the basis of a triple theoretical framework (discourse analysis, text linguistics and skopos theory) and by means of a technological tool, we will check the accuracy and completeness of interlanguage transfers between the languages studied. Focusing on the results, we will briefly discuss if students can get familiar with scientific discourse by means of a corpus of popularised parallel texts in specialised translation classe

No full textFew research results have looked at the hepatic artery anastomosis through the lens of computational fluid dynamics (CFD). This study examines the hepatic artery anastomosis, specifically considering three cases with different geometric properties (e.g., diameters) of the actual anastomosis as well as the afferent and efferent arteries. For normal hepatic pulsatile flows, a Carreau model for blood rheology is implemented. A commercial CFD program (i.e., ANSYS Fluent) suitable for complex geometries, is used to provide solutions for turbulent and unsteady laminar flow. Five blood flow pulses are used to acquire the fluid flow fields and the related stressess. Previous literature studies have associated thrombosis and atherosclerosis with two variables: i) Wall shear stress; and ii) Blood velocity. From the obtained CFD results and regarding the stagnant flow the simulations revealed that Case 3 is the most prone to thrombosis and Case 1 is the least prone to thrombosis. Furthermore, regarding the wall shear stress, all the simulations showed areas with low wall shear stress (i.e., 1 Pa). In addition, wall shear stress 7 Pa was observed in all three cases in the afferent artery and also in Case 1 in the efferent artery. Finally, taking into consideration the wall shear stress, Case 2 has the largest area between the healthy range 1-7 Pa
Security, Accessibility and Politicization in the Public Space of a Square: Discursive Constructions and Negotiation of Place Identity
No full textΣτόχο της παρούσας έρευνας αποτελεί η διερεύνηση των ρητορικών κατασκευών της ταυτότητας χώρου και της πολιτειότητας στο πλαίσιο συζητήσεων για τη σχέση των συμμετεχόντων/ουσών με τον δημόσιο χώρο της πλατείας Καλλιθέας στην Άνω Πόλη της Θεσσαλονίκης. Για τον λόγο αυτό διενεργήθηκαν insitu, ομαδικές και ατομικές συνεντεύξεις στον χώρο της πλατείας με 14 νέα άτομα, που καθημερινά σχετίζονται με αυτή, δηλαδή είτε μένουν είτε συχνάζουν στην πλατεία και στη γειτονιά. Βάση για την ανάλυση αποτέλεσαν οι αρχές της κριτικής κοινωνικής λογοψυχολογίας. Από την ανάλυση προέκυψαν τέσσερις επιχειρηματολογικές γραμμές, οι οποίες λειτουργώντας ως δυνάμει αντιθετικές κατασκευές της πλατείας την συνθέτουν ως χώρο συγκρούσεων και αντικρουόμενων συμφερόντων. Οι δύο πρώτες γραμμές, που συνέθεσαν το πρώτο αντιθετικό σχήμα, αφορούσαν κατασκευές του χώρου της πλατείας ως ανοιχτού και προσβάσιμου, άμεσα συσχετισμένου με αισθήματα ανήκειν και ασφάλειας. Στην ταυτότητα του χώρου ως οικείου και ασφαλή αντιπαρατίθενται γραμμές επιχειρηματολογίας μέσα από τις οποίες η πλατεία κατασκευάστηκε ως ένα περιβάλλον έντασης και όχλησης από κοινωνικά ανεπιθύμητες συμπεριφορές. Το δεύτερο αντιθετικό σχήμα, που περιλάμβανε τις δύο τελευταίες γραμμές επιχειρηματολογίας, αφορούσε την κατασκευή της πλατείας ως χώρου πολιτικοποίησης τον οποίο οικειοποιούνται οι κοινωνικοί δράστες, διεκδικώντας ελευθερία έκφρασης και ορατότητα, ή ως παραμελημένου χώρου που χρειάζεται εξευγενισμό και αλλαγή. Συμπερασματικά, η έρευνα τονίζει τους τρόπους με τους οποίους οι διάφορες νοηματοδοτήσεις των συλλογικών εμπειριών φέρνουν στο φως ιδεολογικές αντιπαραθέσεις και διλήμματα που σχετίζονται με διαφορετικές όψεις της πολιτειότητας και του αισθήματος «ανήκειν» στο δημόσιο χώρο στην μετά-COVID εποχή.The aim of the present study is to examine the rhetorical constructions of place identity and citizenship within the context of young people’s discourse around the public space of Kalithea Square in Ano Poli, Thessaloniki. To achieve this, in-situ, group and individual interviews were conducted with 14 young individuals who have daily connections to the square, either by residing in the area or frequenting it. The analysis was grounded in the principles of Critical Discursive Social Psychology (CDSP). The analysis indicated four argumentative lines which involved potentially competing constructions of the square, representing it as a space of conflict and contested interests. The first two lines, which formed the first dichotomy, were related to constructions of the square as an open and accessible space directly associated with feelings of belonging and safety. In contrast to the identity of the square as familiar and safe, other argumentative lines portrayed it as an environment of tension and disturbance due to socially undesirable behaviors. The second dichotomy, which included the last two argumentative lines, concerned the construction of the square as a space of politicization, appropriated by social actors advocating for freedom of expression and visibility, or as a neglected space in need of urban interventions/ gentrification and change. In conclusion, the research highlighted how various meanings derived from collective experiences shed light on ideological conflicts and dilemmas related to different aspects of politicization and the sense of belonging in the public space within the post-COVID era

No full textΣτο πλαίσιο μιας ευρύτερης πρωτοβουλίας του ΕΣΠΔ, η Αρχή έκανε ελέγχους για την εφαρμογή του Γενικού Κανονισμού από τις δημόσιες αρχές και στο πλαίσιο αυτό, ένα ενιαίο ερωτηματολόγιο σχετικά με τον ορισμό και τη θέση του Υπευθύνου Προστασίας Δεδομένων (ΥΠΔ) σε επιλεγμένους φορείς του δημοσίου, όπως εν προκειμένω, το το Υπουργείο Κλιματικής Κρίσης και Πολιτικής Προστασίας. Η Αρχή διαπίστωσε ότι ο υπεύθυνος επεξεργασίας δεν είχε ορίσει ΥΠΔ από την ίδρυσή του, ενώ μετά την κλήση του στην Αρχή, ο υπεύθυνος επεξεργασίας όρισε ΥΠΔ για το σύνολο της Γενικής Γραμματείας αναφέροντας παράλληλα την ύπαρξη του ορισμένου ΥΠΔ για το ΠΣ, χωρίς ωστόσο να έχει γνωστοποιήσει τα στοιχεία τους στην Αρχή, αλλά ούτε να έχει αναρτήσει στην ιστοσελίδα τις σχετικές απαραίτητες πληροφορίες επικοινωνίας, ενώ δεν είχε οριστεί ΥΠΔ για το Υπουργείο συνολικά ως υπεύθυνο επεξεργασίας. Επιπλέον, δεν είχε προβεί από τη στιγμή της σύστασής του σε συμμόρφωση με τον ΓΚΠΔ. Ως εκ τούτου, η Αρχή προέβη σε επιβολή διοικητικού προστίμου για τις παραλείψεις αυτές, συνολικού ύψους 50.000 ευρώ.Η απόφαση αυτή τεκμηριώνει αυτό που είναι ευρέως γνωστό, ότι δηλ. υπάρχει καθυστέρηση του δημοσίου και του ιδιωτικού τομέα στη συμμόρφωση με τον ΓΚΠΔ, γεγονός που καθιστά επιβεβλημένη τη διενέργεια ευρύτερων ελέγχων.

No full textThe role of the Vicar Bishop Dositheos (Stojković, 1906-1981) in the “Ecclesiastical Macedonian Question”One of the thorny problems that the Serbian Church agonized over in the middle of the 20th century was certainly the secession of its Southern provinces and the creation of the self- proclaimed "Macedonian Church". The political, historical, ecclesiastical and socio-ideological circumstances under which this church was formed, are the subject of this lesson. The aim of this study of this ecclesiastical-political issue is the clarification of the involvement and the formation of what was Yugoslavia at that time and its politics and the role they played in the formation and support of this schismatic church.A key role in the development and shaping of the ecclesiastical status of this ecclesiastical community (“Macedonian church”) was played by the Vicar Bishop of the Serbian Patriarchate, Dositheos Stojković (1906-1981), who,through his ecclesiastical policy, became the first metropolitan of Skopje and Prefect of this schismatic church.
