No full textフィンランドの地域保健施設ネウボラの専門職である保健師と臨床心理士のインタビュー内容を報告し、ネウボラの支援内容と心理相談の機能、保健師と臨床心理士の協働、虐待予防について、日本の子育て支援との比較の視点を持って検討することを目的とした。ネウボラでは、父親への子育て支援と夫婦関係に関する相談、子どもが生まれる前からの親の被養育経験を話題にして援助する関わり、保健師と臨床心理士が支援の視点に関する共通認識を持って協働する体制が示された。日本においては、妊娠期から母親・父親の幼少期の養育環境に触れ、ネガティブな被養育経験がある場合は話を聴いて継続的にサポートしていくこと、父親への支援と夫婦関係に関する相談のハードルを下げること、妊娠期から子育て期におけるハイリスクケースにおいては心理職の関わりが有効であり、多職種協働での産後うつや子ども虐待を予防する支援体制の重要性が示唆された。departmental bulletin pape
Career Support by Labor Unions: The Significance and Issues Based on career counseling
No full textThis study examined career support provided by labor unions, particularly individual career counseling, and to explore their significance and associated challenges. We conducted semi-structured interviews with 17 participants to examine the career interview measures offered by labor unions from multiple perspectives. These included two individuals involved in planning the support measures, who were affiliated with a private consulting company. Additionally, we interviewed five labor union officers from five organizations who promoted career support in collaboration with the planners. Finally, we interviewed 10 career counselors from the same organizations who conducted the career counseling. The interview results were analyzed using the KJ method. The planners were classified into 14 sub-categories and six medium-level categories, the supporters into 19 sub-categories and five medium-level categories, and the labor union officers into 18 subcategories and five medium-level categories. No full text村田沙耶香の『コンビニ人間』の主人公である古倉恵子は、大学生時代から36 歳の現在までコンビニエンスストアで非正規で働く人物で、常識と通念が支配する「こちら側」から疎外された人間だが、コンビニのマニュアルに従って働くことによって、自分が「世界の部品」になった気がし、生きている実感を得ることができる。これまで自己を失うような労働に従事する人間を描く文学作品は、それが非人間的な状況であることを訴える趣旨をもつことが多かったが、『コンビニ人間』の恵子はむしろマニュアルという行動の型に自分を押し込めることで、自己を身体的に活性化している。それはきわめて現代的な状況を描いているように見えるが、反面受け継がれた型に自分をあてはめることで行動の指針を得るというのは、日本においては伝統的な文化をなしており、その点ではこの作品は日本人の生き方の一つの類型を示しているともいえるのである。departmental bulletin pape
The Relationship between Per Hour Labor Productivity and Profitability: An Analysis of Four Industries in Japan
No full text本稿は、COVID-19前、禍、後の８年間の労働時間生産性と収益性の関係を分析した。先行研究では、筆者の過去の研究を除き、労働時間を加味した生産性と収益性の関係分析は見られなかった。続いて週刊東洋経済臨時増刊『CSR企業総覧（雇用・人材活用編）』の2017～23年度版に掲載の８年間の平均年間給与、総労働時間、従業員数と『会社財務カルテ』『会社四季報』に掲載されている同期間の営業利益、ROE、ROAを用い、労働時間生産性の代理変数との相関と因果関係を医薬品（サンプル数168）、化学（サンプル数556）、繊維製品（サンプル数91）、鉄鋼（サンプル数67）の４業種で分析した。かつてCOVID-19前と禍の６年間にわたり全産業29業種の分析をした結果、相関関係が高くサンプル数が十分に得られた４業種を本稿の研究対象として絞り込みCOVID-19収束後の２年間も加えた８年間で分析した。結果、医薬品産業、繊維製品産業、鉄鋼産業でROE、ROAとの相関、化学産業でROAとの相関が高かった。departmental bulletin pape
