Flexicurity strategies on the economic crisis background
The flexicurity concept – a combination of flexibility and security strategies, specific to each country – is a successful outcome[1] of the 2010 Lisbon Strategy. Ever since 2000, this concept has been implemented for continuing the European labour markets reform. The conclusion of the Mission for Flexicurity[2] is that the European labour markets challenges have not changed, therefore flexicurity is the strategy to be further implemented in order to align to the new competition requirements, providing also the necessary social protection, especially on the current economic crisis background. The paper addresses the flexicurity concept development, the implications of the flexicurity strategies and of the steps taken on the European Union Member States labour markets, on the economic crisis background.

Under these circumstances, there are economic, social, technological and environmental reasons for which investments in the IT&C and R&D fields must be prioritized under the anti-crisis strategies in Romania. The main argument in favour of is mainly based on the economic and social efficiency, on the technological progress on short, medium and long terms. At the same time, we are pointing out the main ways, instruments and mechanisms through which efficiency could be obtained for IT&C and R&D investments efforts in Romania during the post-crisis economic recovery

The importance of informatics systems for the sustainable development
One of the fields whose importance has been surging lately is the durable development, which is impossible to achieve unless humankind gives up gradually to the fossil energy sources and switches to the exploitation of the renewable energy sources. This shift is mainly due to the fact that the traditional energy sources are limited, pricier and pricier and have a negative and irreversible effect upon the environment. In the durable development area, particularly the renewable energies, there are informatics systems used in a wide range of activities, from investments management and energy sources to the operation itself of their exploitation systems. Such informatics systems may be integrated at a higher level, as the national weather forecast system or other specific systems.

This is seen in the fact that there is the obligativity of using the exclusive distribution system, because the carriers do not have selling right to the final users. In the pharmaceutical domain, the logistic channels may be represented by a system of vertical marketing, made from producers, en-gross sellers and en-detail sellers that action in the frame of an unified system in which a member of the channel may detain property right over the other members the vertical marketing system may be corporative or contractual. In Romania the medicine producers adopted both marketing systems. Organising and distributing medicine from the specialised unities (pharmaceutical deposit, close circuit pharmacy or comunitary pharmacy) are settled through laws thjat are specific to the pharmaceutical domain. In these conditions the mission of the company is to give medicine with a balance between price – quality – asureness – eficacity, for giving accesibility to different treatments. The role of the state is significant, reason for an interdisciplinary approaching that may drive to ideas, oppinions that may be aplied.
The joint commercial operations as a tool of avoiding of liquidities in the current crisis context
AbstractThe main joint commercial operations are counterpart, re-export and switch operations. Regardless of the evolution of barter, these arrangements may be made at the firm level, as well as at the governmental one. Delivery in counterpart has extended relatively a lot in the contemporary international trade and it implies the elimination or the reduction of the traditional paying tools and its replacement with the exchange of goods and services normally sustained by financial deals. The counterpart operations are mainly based on the oldest form of trade – the barter (exchanging goods for goods) which precedes the use of money. The barter as an arrangement between Governments of different countries has some specific features such as: the high value level of the occasional barter exchanges, the long-term convention, an agreement regarding different safeguarding stipulations.
