Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian Smartphone Samsung
Pada masa kini, aktivitas manusia tidak lepas dari yang namanya Smartphone. Smartphone sudah seperti kebutuhan pokok bagi masyarakat saat ini khususnya bagi para remaja. Smartphone dirancang untuk memudahkan hidup. Saat ini banyak sekali bermunculan merek smartphone dengan berbagai model, desain, kualitas dan harga yang cukup bersaing. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan dari variabel persepsi harga, citra merek, kesadaran merek dan kepercayaan merek terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Samsung.
Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non probabilitas dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrument kuesioner dan data valid yang berhasil dikumpulkan sebanyak 100 responden. Alat bantu pengujian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SPSS versi 24.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel citra merek, kesadaran merek dan kepercayaan merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Samsung dan variabel persepsi harga secara parsial tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Samsung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan seluruh variabel bebas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Samsung
Pengaruh Indikator Kesehatan Bank Metode RGEC Terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan Perbankan Golongan KBMI 4 Periode 2013-2022
Industri perbankan berperan penting pada perekonomian Indonesia, sehingga bank harus senantiasa menjaga kepercayaan pemangku kepentingan dengan melakukan penilaian kesehatan bank. Tingkat kesehatan bank memengaruhi peningkatan dan penurunan harga saham, artinya semakin sehat suatu bank maka investor tertarik untuk membeli saham perusahaan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh indikator kesehatan bank yaitu Risk Profile (NPL), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Earnings (ROA), dan Capital (CAR) terhadap harga saham perusahaan perbankan golongan KBMI 4 periode 2013-2022. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder, penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh empat perusahaan yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu Analisis Statistik Deskriptif, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji F, Uji t, dan Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Risk Profile (NPL), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Earnings (ROA), dan Capital (CAR) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap harga saham. Secara parsial, Risk Profile (NPL) dan Capital (CAR) berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, sedangkan Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Earnings (ROA) tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Variabel yang paling dominan atau yang memiliki kontribusi paling besar dalam menjelaskan harga saham bank KBMI 4 adalah Capital Adequacy Ratio
Studi Etnofarmasi dan Identifikasi Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Penggunaan Tumbuhan Obat sebagai Terapi Hipertensi pada Masyarakat Desa Poka, Kecamatan Teluk Ambon, Kota Ambon, Provinsi Maluku: Ethnopharmacy Study and Identification Of Factors Affecting The Use Of Medicinal Plants As Hypertension Therapy in The Community Of Poka Village, Teluk Ambon District, Ambon City, Maluku Province
Ethnopharmacy is an approach used to explore the traditional use of medicinal plants within communities, which holds potential for the development of modern medicines. Hypertension is one of the non-communicable diseases that continues to pose a global health threat and requires proper management. This study aims to identify the types of plants used by the community for hypertension therapy, their processing methods, and the factors influencing their use. The method applied was observational with a cross-sectional design, conducted through questionnaires and interviews. Plant samples mentioned by the community were collected as herbarium specimens and analyzed for their chemical compound groups. The research conducted in Poka Village revealed 10 types of plants used for managing hypertension, including cat’s whiskers, Phyllanthus niruri, moringa, African leaf, basil, celery, lemongrass, pandan, soursop, and gotu kola. The three most commonly used plants were cat’s whiskers (17.5%), Phyllanthus niruri (15%), and moringa (15%). Information regarding their use was primarily obtained from family traditions (40%). Usage was irregular and typically applied only when necessary, with the most common preparation method being boiling (51%). The main factors influencing the use of herbal therapy included: natural ingredients (22.5%), easy availability (20%), family traditions (15%), fewer side effects (12.5%), and beliefs in their effectiveness and affordability. These findings highlight the need for government-led education and outreach to ensure the safe and optimal use of herbal medicine
PENGARUH PUPUK NPK DAN PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR KOTORAN SAPI PADA PERTUMBUHAN BIBIT KELAPA SAWIT (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) FASE MAIN NURSERY
Bibit kelapa sawit yang berkualitas dapat terpenuhi apabila dalam proses pembibitan dilakukan pemeliharaan yang berkelanjutan. Upaya berkelanjutan tersebut salah satunya dapat diterapkan melalui pengurangan dosis pupuk anorganik dan diimbangi dengan penambahan pupuk organik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh dosis pupuk NPK dan pupuk organik cair kotoran sapi terbaik, serta interaksi keduanya dalam mengoptimalkan pertumbuhan bibit kelapa sawit di main nursery. Penelitian akan dilaksanakan di Usaha Pembibitan Kelapa Sawit, Politeknik Negeri Lampung. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) pola faktorial 3 x 3 dengan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah dosis NPK dengan taraf dosis 0 g, 2.5 g, dan 5 g. Faktor kedua adalah dosis pupuk organik cair (POC) kotoran sapi dengan taraf dosis 0; 100; dan 200 ml polibag-1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan NPK 5 g polibag-1 sekali dalam dua minggu efektif dalam meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, diameter bonggol bibit, jumlah pelepah daun, dan tingkat kehijauan daun pada 16 minggu setelah aplikasi perlakuan pertama. Penggunan POC kotoran sapi dengan dosis 200 ml polibag-1 hanya mampu meningkatkan diameter bonggol bibit kelapa sawit. Tidak ada interaksi antara perlakuan NPK dan POC kotoran sapi
PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN LOBAK PUTIH (Raphanus sativus L.) DENGAN PUPUK KANDANG SAPI DAN NPK PADA SISTEM IRIGASI TETES
Penggunaan pupuk anorganik yang terus menerus secara tunggal dapat menurunkan produktivitas tanah dan tanaman. Penggunaan pupuk anorganik yang dikombinasikan dengan pupuk organik dapat meningkatkan efektivitas serta meningkatkan produktivitas tanah dan hasil tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik tumbuh dan bobot hasil panen tanaman lobak putih (Raphanus sativus L.) dengan pupuk NPK dan pupuk kandang sapi pada sistem irigasi tetes. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Kelompok Lengkap Teracak 2 faktor. Faktor pertama pupuk NPK terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu (N0) kontrol, (N1) pupuk NPK 400 kg/ha, (N2) pupuk NPK 700 kg/ha. Faktor kedua pupuk kandang sapi terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu (P0) kontrol, (P1) pukan sapi 15 ton/ha, (P2) pukan sapi 30 ton/ha. Parameter yang diamati yaitu tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), intensitas serangan hama (%), bobot segar tanaman (g) dan bobot umbi (g) lobak. Data yang diperoleh berasal dari program aplikasi pengolahan data yaitu SAS (Statistical Analysis System) dan uji lanjut DMRT (Duncаn Multiple Rаnge Test) pаdа α = 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan yang terbaik yaitu pupuk NPK N1 = 400 kg/ha5.6 g dan pupuk kandang sapi P1 = 15 ton/ha pada parameter tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot umbi dan bobot segar tanama
Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Walking Log dalam Penghitungan Jumlah Langkah untuk Pembakaran Kalori Tubuh
Walking is a light physical activity that has a positive impact on health. A pedometer can be used to count the number of steps taken while walking. However, these devices usually have limited features and seem impractical to use. Current mobile technology developments, especially smartphones, can be used as an alternative to using a pedometer. The Walking Log application was created as an application to count the number of steps walked and the body\u27s calorie burn. This application was created through several stages including planning, design, coding, and testing. In the planning stage, information will be collected regarding the number of steps, calorie burn, the sensors used, and the process of creating an Android application. At the design stage, a navigation structure, display design and file structure for storing historical data will be created.. In the coding stage, the application will be created using Android Studio. This research produced an Android application file named walking-log.apk with a size of 3,023 kilobytes. The walking log application consists of six menus: the main screen, track menu, settings menu, history menu, and about menu. Based on the results of the trial process, the application can run well on several devices that have met the minimum requirements to be able to run this application, namely Android smartphones with a minimum Android operating system. Deteksi Kerusakan Modul Surya Menggunakan Faster R-CNN ResNet-50
Solar modules play a crucial role in photovoltaic power generation systems, yet their performance can degrade due to physical and electrical damage. Therefore, automatic inspection is required to improve maintenance efficiency and prevent long-term performance loss. This study aims to implement an object detection approach for identifying solar module defects from visible RGB images using Faster R-CNN with a ResNet-50 backbone. The dataset was obtained from the Kaggle platform and manually annotated into PASCAL VOC format with two defect classes, namely physical damage and electrical damage, and expanded through data augmentation. The model was trained under several training configurations and evaluated using mean Average Precision (mAP), precision, recall, F1-score, and accuracy. The best performance was achieved using a batch size of 8, learning rate of 0.0001, and 30 epochs, resulting in 89% accuracy and 93% mAP. The results indicate that the model consistently detects both defect types and demonstrates potential for automated solar module inspection
Optimasi Formula Serum Wajah Menggunakan Ekstrak Etanol Daun Kelor (Moringa oleifera L.) sebagai Pelembap Kulit: Optimization of Face Serum Formula Using Ethanol Extract from Kelor Leaves (Moringa oleifera L.) as a Skin Moisturizer
Moringa (Moringa oleifera L.) is a member of the Moringaceae family that is rich in flavonoids and phenolics, especially in the leaves, with potential as an antioxidant and skin moisturizer. Serum is a preparation made with low viscosity so that it can deliver a thin film of active substances to the skin surface and has a high water content so that it can hydrate the skin. This study aims to optimize the formula of a face serum based on ethanol extract of moringa leaves. The extract was obtained using the maceration method and tested at concentrations of 2%, 4%, and 6%. The highest antioxidant activity was shown at a concentration of 6%, which was used as the optimal concentration in formulations with variations of 5%, 10%, and 15% glycerin. Antioxidant activity was tested in vitro using the DPPH method with UV-Vis spectrophotometry, while skin moisture was tested using a moisture skin analyzer. The results showed that all formulations met physical quality standards and had moderate to strong antioxidant activity with IC₅₀ values of F0 (36,772 ppm), F1 (26,966 ppm), F2 (25,300 ppm), and F3 (23,591 ppm). Increased concentrations of extract and glycerin were associated with decreased IC₅₀ values and increased moisturizing effects, with formula 4 producing the most optimal performance
THE INFLUENCE OF BRAND AWARENESS, BRAND IMAGE AND E-SERVICE QUALITY ON PURCHASING DECISIONS IN LAZADA E-COMMERCE THROUGH PURCHASE INTENTION AS AN INTERVENING VARIABLE
The increasingly rapid advances in technology and the internet have influenced various human activities and activities, including electronic commerce or e-commerce transactions. This research aims to determine and analyze the direct and indirect influence of brand awareness, brand image, and e-service quality on decisions through purchasing intention in Lazada e-commerce. This research uses primary data obtained from an online questionnaire in the form of a Google form, which was distributed to 150 respondents. Respondents are Lazada e-commerce users who are over 17 years old and live in the Jabodetabek area. This research uses PLS-SEM analysis, which consists of a measurement model (outer model), a structural model (inner model), and a model goodness-of-fit test (model fit). The results of this research show that brand awareness, brand image, and e-service quality have a direct and indirect influence on purchasing decisions through purchase intention in Lazada e-commerce
WORK STRESS AS A MEDIATOR OF WORKLOAD, WORK ENVIRONMENT, AND TURNOVER INTENTION IN GENERATION Z EMPLOYEES
Turnover intention is the tendency of employees to leave their jobs voluntarily. This study aims to analyze the role of work stress in mediating workload and work environment on turnover intention in Generation Z employees in Jakarta. The sample in this study is Generation Z workers who have worked for at least 6 months in various business sectors in Jakarta, especially technology, creative, and banking. The results show that workload and work environment have a significant effect on work stress; Workload has a significant positive effect on turnover intention, while the work environment has a significant negative effect. Work stress has been proven to play a role as an intervening variable. The results of the study provide novelty about the phenomenon of generation, characteristics of Generation Z who are more sensitive to stress, workload and work environment. The main contribution of this research is to enrich research related to employees from Gen Z, provide a theoretical basis for who Gen Z is in the workplace and identify factors that influence Gen Z\u27s job retention and loyalty, which are different from previous generations
