ANALISIS KEUANGAN TERHADAP DIVIDEN DAN NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERBANKAN DOMESTIK KOMERSIAL MALAYSIA
Loss of investor confidence means lost opportunity to develop, therefore increasing company value is the answer. This research aims to analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity, and solvability on dividend and its impact on company value. The population in this research as many as 8 companies listed in Bursa Malaysia period 2011-2015. By using saturated sampling method then 8 companies will be used as research sample. Eviews 9.0 statistical test is done by using regression test of panel data of random effect model. The research method used is quantitative descriptive by doing the activity of collecting secondary data from company annual report. The results showed that simultaneously, profitability/return on asset, liquidity/current ratio, and solvability/debt to equity ratio have significant effect on dividend/debt to equity ratio. Partially, profitability/return on asset and liquidity/current ratio variables significantly positive influence dividend/debt to equity ratio but solvability/debt to equity ratio have negative significant effect on dividend/debt to equity ratio. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business processes also learning and growth perspective on the company performance either partially or simultaneously of PT. JJ-LAPP CABLE SMI - Tangerang. The research method uses quantitative, analysis uses regression, explanation uses descriptive, and discussion uses verification. The object of research is PT. JJ-Lapp Cable SMI, sampling technique using simple random sampling, and data collection techniques using questionnaires. THE EFFECT OF WORKLOADS AND COMPENSATION ON WORK MOTIVATION IN SASMITA JAYA FOUNDATION
The complexity of motivational problems has always been an obstacle to employee performance. Therefore, it is important to do research on the causal factors. To answer this problem, quantitative approaches and regression analysis are used. The population in this study were 70 employees of Sasmita Jaya Foundation and the sample technique used was census. The results prove that workload has a significant effect on work motivation with a regression coefficient of 0.569. Compensation has a significant effect on work motivation with a regression coefficient of 0.478. Simultaneous analysis prove that workload and compensation have a significant effect on work motivation with a determination coefficient of 72.5%, while the remaining 27.5% is explained by other variables outside of this stud
ANALISIS NILAI PERUSAHAAN: ROE, IO, IOS, FS, CF, DR DAN DPR
Difficult expansion, influenced by the lack of working capital, and sources from investors. To overcome this problem, the company should increase its value. This study aims to analyze company value factors through the assessment of financial performance. Research method, using quantitative with secondary data, through BEI publication data. The sampling technique uses purposive, as many as 13 companies are listed on IDX. In the analysis, linear regression is used. The results showed that ROE has positive and significant effect on the DPR. IOS has negative and significant effect on the DPR. Size, debt ratio, insider ownership has no significant effect on DPR. DPR has a significant effect on company value. While the cash flow has a negative significant effect. Simultaneously ROE, insider ownership, investment opportunity set, size, cash flow, and debt ratio has a significant effect on DPR with contribution value of 53.7

The purpose of the organization is profit, and employee performance is the answer. Therefore, companies work together to develop HR, through training, education, rotation, promotion, compensation, career paths, facilities, and others. On this basis, this study was conducted to analyze the determinants of work performance. To test this research, several methods were carried out including the quantitative approach method, using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument with a Likert scale as a parameter, using multiple linear regression analysis method which includes descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, partial test, simultaneous test, and coefficient of determination test. The fundamental factors used in this research are net interest margin, return on assets capital adequacy ratio, loan to deposit ratio and and systematic risk by using beta coefficient. For companies going public, getting investor confidence is a must, because that's the main reason listed on stock exchange, and company should to provide benefits (dividends). Therefore, this study was conducted to analyze the devident policy in property and real estate companies in Indonesia. The property and real estate companies listed in ISSI Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2007-2016, as many as 60 samples. The method of this research is the type of this research is descriptive quantitative. In this study the population is a property and real estate companies that have joined in ISSI in 2012 until 2016 amounted to 51 companies. Sampling is done based on purposive sampling method, with the method then that meets the criteria is PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk, PT. Gowa Makassar Tourism Development Tbk, PT. Jaya Real Property Tbk, PT. Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk, PT. Summarecon Agung Tbk, PT. Total Bangun Persada Tbk. This research uses the test of panel data regression model, hypothesis test (t-statistic test and Determination Coefficient test (R2) using Eviews 9 program. Based on hypothesis testing showed that Quick Ratio, Debt to Total Asset, Return On Asset simultaneously have 40,9% influence to profit growth, and Profit growth have influence 50,9% to Dividend Payout Ratio
