PENGARUH LOKASI DAN HARGA TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN RUMAH PADA PT. RIZKY ADRI PERKASA
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of location and price on the decision to buy a house at PT. Rizky Adri Perkasa. The research methodology used is the Associative method. The population in this study were all home buyers at PT. Rizky Adri Perkasa using the Slovin formula obtained a sample of 166 respondents. The data analysis method used simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression, and correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, partial t test and simultaneous F test. The results showed that: (1) There was an influence of location on the decision to buy a house at PT. Rizky Adri Perkasa this can be proven from a simple linear regression equation Y=26,151+0,420X1. The correlation value is 0.656 (strong). The value of the coefficient of determination is 43%. The value of tcount 11.118 > ttable 1.974 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. (2) There is an influence between the price on the decision to buy a house at PT. Rizky Adri Perkasa, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y=23,155+0,484X2. The correlation value is 0.709 (strong). The value of the coefficient of determination is 50.2%. The tcount is 12.867 > ttable 1.974 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. (3) There is an influence between location and price on the decision to buy a house at PT. Rizky Adri Perkasa, this can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y=21,722+0,192X1+0,336X2. The correlation value is 0.738 (Strong). The value of the coefficient of determination is 54.5%.F value calculated is 97.583 > Ftable 3.90 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05

Even in achieving research and service performance, it is not enough just to be able, but it is necessary to have a spirit of service in order to encourage change and prosperity for the surrounding community. Therefore, this research seeks to describe what things enable performance to be achieved in lecturers. The research method uses quantitative, where research data is obtained through questionnaires and interviews. While the data analysis used regression with descriptive narrative technique. The object of research is Pamulang University lecturer with the criteria of doctoral education and having a minimum functional position of Lector. The results of the research obtained information, that the greatest enthusiasm of lecturers in achieving performance is actualization. This is confirmed in the results of interviews, that the attachment of a lecturer's title fosters a spirit of wanting to show knowledge and capacity as a university teaching staff. Thus, various things are done, and no matter how big the sacrifices are made

In this regard, this study aims to analyze and explain the possible influence of leadership and work motivation on improving performance. Methodologically, this research is quantitative based using multiple linear regression statistics. In collecting data, a questionnaire method was used, so that the answer scale was obtained. The results showed that the partial and simultaneous statistical results were in the significant category. That is, a good leader can encourage the creation of a productive work environment, an environment that breeds enthusiasm for work, and has a strong desire to give the best results. Likewise, work motivation has a real influence on the psychological state of employees, namely a self-motivation to be able to contribute to the interests of the company

Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of management information systems, communication and work motivation on the performance of employees of the Bima City Social Service. This research is a causal research (cause-effect), meaning that this research is a quantitative study to analyze the causal effect between Management Information Systems, Communication and Motivation on Employee Performance at the Bima City Social Service. The sample of this study were 71 civil servants and non-civil servants who served at the Bima City Social Service. The research instrument is a questionnaire that uses a Likert scale. Then the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis explain that the implementation of the Management Information System (MIS) is classified as good, which means that it supports the implementation of tasks, as well as regarding communication that the average respondent has a good communication pattern, not to mention the average work motivation is high and employee performance is high. as expected. The results of the regression analysis show that (1) the Management Information System has a positive and significant influence on employee performance; (2) Communication has a positive and significant influence on employee performance; (3) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; and (4) Management information system (MIS), communication and work motivation simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of the Bima City Social Service employee. Therefore, to improve employee performance, it is necessary to jointly improve the SIM variable, good communication, and increase work motivation

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of Current Assets (CR), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) on Price to Book Value (PBV) at PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk for period 2012-2021. In this study the authors used causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression with the help of computer software, namely Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) Version 26. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method with certain criteria and obtained a sample of 10 financial statements of Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk 2012-2021 period. The results of the t test show that CR, DAR and DER variables have no effect on PBV, while ROA and ROE variables have a positive effect on PBV. However, from the results of the F test together (simultaneously) CR, DAR, DER, ROA and ROE variables there is a significant effect on PBV variable. And the results of the R2 Determination Coefficient Test obtained a correlation coefficient value of 0.0947 or equal to 94.7%, which means that the relationship between CR, DAR, DER, ROA and ROE variables to PBV variable is in a very strong category, namely by 94.7% while 5.3% was influenced by other factors outside this model

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of taxpayer understanding, taxpayer awareness, application of e-filling, and tax socialization on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Cimanggis. This research is causal comparative by using a quantitative approach. The population in this study are individual taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Cimanggis. Sampling using simple random sampling technique with a total sample of 100 respondents. Methods of collecting data with a questionnaire. Data were taken in April 2021. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, prerequisite test, multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the understanding of taxpayers does not have a positive and significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Cimanggis. Taxpayer awareness has no positive and significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Cimanggis. The application of E-filling has no positive and significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Cimanggis. Tax socialization has a positive and significant effect on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Prtama Cimanggis. Understanding of Taxpayers, Taxpayer Awareness, Implementation of E-filling, and Taxation Socialization have a positive and significant effect together

With good service, it is hoped that satisfaction will be achieved. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the resulting quality. The quality or quality of a good product will lead to satisfaction. PT. Lotte Indonesia is a company engaged in the supervision of snacks that is well known by the people in Indonesia, especially in the Greater Jakarta area. The sample used in this study were 80 customers. The analysis used in this study includes descriptive techniques used to describe the object of research, how the profile of PT. Lotte Indonesia describes the tabulation results, and the technique of inferential statistical analysis is carried out using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis is useful in estimating the value of the dependent variable by using more than one independent variable and using the help of computer analysis tools through the IBM SPSS 21 program. Simultaneously, the variables of product quality and brand equity have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. This is evidenced by the F-count (F-Statistics) of 5.860 with a significance level (probability number) of 0.032 <0.05. while the F-Table with df1 = 2 and df2 = 7 at the 0.05 level is 4.74, thus F-Calculate (5,860) > F-Table (4.74) means that all independent variables jointly have a significant effect on the dependent variable, so it can be concluded that there is a significant positive influence there is customer loyalty PT.
