Get PDFBehind consumer purchases there are benefits to be gained by the company. Therefore, there needs to be a measurable effort in marketing the product, so that consumers are interested and decide to make a purchase, resulting in increased sales. Several factors that can be taken into consideration in improving purchasing decisions are improving the quality aspect. Based on this phenomenon, this research was conducted to test the truth that might occur through a series of scientific methods, namely using a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The research sample is consumers (Muslim women) using the Shopee application who make purchases of Muslim clothing products. The number of samples used was 100 respondents with a simple random technique. The results showed that product quality is the main factor in purchasing decisions, then the guarantee quality factor, and finally service quality. These findings explicitly explain the characteristics of online purchases, where consumers remain focused on the quality of a product they want to buy, and to ensure that consumers need guarantees for the product. Meanwhile, service is a supporting factor that strengthens consumer confidence to make purchases

Get PDFThe Marine Corps has a position as the Main Operations Command for the Indonesian National Army and the Main Command for Development at the Navy Headquarters. The purpose of this study was to see how the influence of each variable on strengthening the competence of soldiers and how the effect simultaneously. The number of samples in this study were 87 respondents with the technique used to determine the sample, the researcher used a simple random sampling technique. And for data processing researchers assisted with software SPSS 25.0 for windows. The results obtained in data processing are the tcount value on the Professionalism variable of 2.454 and Education obtained by 6.938 while the t table obtained is 1.663. So it can be interpreted that there is an influence between Professionalism and Education partially on the Competence of Soldiers, so that the conclusion is H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. And the value of fcount on the variables of Professionalism and Education obtained is 51,796 while ftable is 3.107. So it can be interpreted that there is an influence between Professionalism and Education simultaneously on the Competence of Soldiers. So the conclusion is H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted

Get PDFThe Navy Marine Corps (Kormar) is one of the TNI's Main Operational Commands (Kotama Ops) under the direct control of the TNI Commander. In the organizational structure of the TNI, which functions as Kotama Bin at the Navy Headquarters. In a war situation and the implementation of the tasks assigned to the Marine Corps, it is certain that continuous integrated logistics support (Integrated Logistic Support) is needed because success in a combat operation is largely determined by the smooth logistics support for operating units. The logistics function plays an important role for the Marine Corps (Kormar) in this case logistics functions to help smooth work and activities effectively and efficiently. One of the factors that affect Kormar's logistics function is the logistics information system. The decision-making process will not run well without the availability of information. Without comprehensive information it is difficult to make good decisions and if you are negligent in providing information accurately, effectively, and efficiently, it will hinder operational activities which in turn will prevent the organization from achieving the desired goals. Performance accountability of government agencies is one form of media to report the success or failure of a government agency on the implementation of organizational goals and objectives. The purpose of this study was to see how much influence the logistics information system and performance accountability had on the logistics function of the Marine Corps. The method used in this research is quantitative by processing the data from the questionnaire using the SPSS 25 application program. The sample used in this study is a member of the Marine Corps, totaling 76 people. The results in this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect between the logistical information system variables on the logistics function of the Marine Corps. The t-test value is 3.731 and the t-table is 1.666. there is a positive and significant effect between the performance accountability variables on the logistics function of the Marine Corps. The t-test value is 7.607 and the t-table is 1.666. there is a positive and significant effect between the variables of logistics information systems and work accountability on the logistics function of the Marine Corps. The f test value is 34,734 and f table is 3,124. The value of the coefficient of determination or R2 48.8% Logistics Function can be explained by the Logistics Information System variable while the remaining 51.2% is influenced by other variables outside the model studie

Get PDFThis study aims to examine the relationship and influence by using the independent variables, namely, good corporate governance which is proxied by institutional ownership with independent commissioners and disclosure of corporate social responsibility on firm value. The company value variable is measured using Tobin's Q, CSR disclosure variable is measured using the GRI G4 index. This study uses secondary data, namely annual reports, financial reports and sustainability reports. The sample used is manufacturing companies in the basic industry and chemicals sub-sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 period. The total sample selected was 138. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that the good corporate governance variable which is proxied by institutional ownership has a negative effect on firm value while the independent commissioners have no effect on firm value and the CSR disclosure variable has a positive effect on firm valu

The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The data used in this research is time series data for the period January 2021-2023.. The population used in this study is the financial report data of Bank Syariah Indonesia Iskandar Muda Kcp. While the sample in this study is the financial reports of Bank Syariah Indonesia Kcp Iskandar Muda from the first quarter of 2021 to the fourth quarter of 2023, namely 9 samples. Sampling in this study using saturated sampling technique. The calculation of the variables was carried out using the SPSS version 23.0 program. In this study, there are two factors that influence murabahah financing at financial institutions, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are factors originating from within the bank itself. In this study several internal factors that influence the amount of murabahah financing are Non Performing Financing (NPF) and the Financing to Deposit Ratio. Apart from internal factors, the amount of murabahah financing is also influenced by external factors. External factors are factors that come from outside the bank such as inflation. So the variables used in this study are dependent variables such as the amount of Murabahah Financing (Y), while the independent variables used in this study are: Non Performing Financing (NPF) (X1), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), (X2) and inflation (Y). The partial and simultaneous regression coefficient test results show that the variables NPF, FDR, and INFLATION have a significant effect on the amount of murabahah financing. This means that the higher the NPF, FDR, and INFLATION, the amount of Murabahah Financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Iskandar Muda is increasing

Get PDFThis study aims to determine whether there is an Influence of Motivation and Work Discipline on the Performance of Production Employees at PT. Sierad Produce, Tbk Bogor. The research method carried out in this writing is quantitative, while to obtain data is carried out by distributing questionnaires with respondents to 84 respondents using the slovin test. The analysis methods used are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, product moment correlation, partial tests, simultaneous tests and coefficients of determination. The results showed that the influence of motivation and work discipline on the performance of production employees at PT. Sierad Produce, Tbk Bogor is currently good. The results of multiple regression analysis obtained Y = 14.770 + 0.315 X1 + 0.290 X2, then the value of constant (a) of 14.770 states that even without the influence of motivation and work discipline variables, employees still have an employee performance level of 14.770. The regression coefficient of 0.315 in the motivation variable, is a positive linear regression direction coefficient, meaning that for every increase in motivation by one unit, employee performance will increase by 0.315 assuming work discipline is considered constant. The regression coefficient of 0.290 in the labor discipline variable, is a positive linear regression direction coefficient, meaning that for every increase in work discipline by one unit, employee performance will increase by 0.290 assuming motivation is considered constant. With a coefficient of determination of 0.444, which means that the variance that occurs in employee performance variables is 44.4% determined by variables of motivation and work discipline, while the remaining 55.6% is determined by variables that are not careful

The research used is research with survey methods and data collection with questionnaires. It can be seen from the result that there is a positive direct effect on each variable. Research shows that the level of resilience to adversity has a positive influence on the work ethic of private elementary school teachers in Cilandak District, South Jakarta. This means that teachers who have a higher level of resilience tend to have a stronger work ethic. The research results also show that interpersonal communication has an important role in influencing teacher work ethic. Teachers who are able to communicate effectively with fellow teachers, students and other related parties tend to have a better work ethic

No full textThis study aims to determine and analyze the influence of tax knowledge, understanding of taxation and awareness in carrying out tax obligations on the application of UMKM taxes. The population in this study is the Brebes tax office. The sampling method in this study was convenience sampling. Based on this method, the sample used in this study was 100 samples. To find out the linkages in this study, the statistical test was processed using SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that partial taxation knowledge has a significant effect on UMKM tax implementation, understanding of taxation and awareness in implementing tax obligations partially has no significant effect on UMKM tax implementation. Overall knowledge of taxation, understanding of taxation and awareness in carrying out tax obligations simultaneously has a significant effect on the application of UMKM taxes

Get PDFThe aim of this research is to identify the criteria for selecting ADRI, determine alternatives in selecting ADRI and determine the best alternative for ADRI as Alins/Alongins Pusdikbekang Pusbekangad. This research approach is a type of qualitative method. The nature of this type of research is open research and exploration. Data sources consist of two types, namely, primary data sources and secondary data sources. The main instrument in this research is the researcher himself. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The data processing process is carried out using AHP and SWOT. The data analysis technique used is the AHP analysis technique. The research results obtained are: (a) Criteria for selecting ADRI as Alins/Alongins Pusdikbekang Pusbekangad. Based on interview data from resource persons, there are 3 types of KM ADRI that are considered in selecting ADRI as Alins/Alongins Pusdikbekang Pusbekangad. There are currently 4 KM ADRI with DWT 300, 3 KM ADRI with DWT 500 and 2 KM ADRI with DWT 1000 units. (b) Alternatives in selecting ADRI as Alins/Alongins for Pusdikbekang Pusbekangad education. The process of selecting ADRI as Alins/Alongins for Pusdikbekang Pusbekangad education goes through the stages in AHP theory.
