    ANALYSIS OF PROJECT TIME AND COST CONTROL WITH CPM, PERT AND CRASHING PROJECT METHODS IN SHOP BUILDING PROJECTS AT CV. MENTARI PERMAI

    Delays in completing the Kelapa Dua shop-house construction project at CV. Mentari permai is a problem that often arises and affects the overall project work. The purpose of this research is to determine the critical path, calculate the costs incurred in the construction of the Kelapa Dua shop-house construction project with the duration of the initial and accelerated work and calculate the percentage of achievement of the shop construction project at CV. Mutia Enchantment of Nature. To overcome these delays, several control methods are used in project management. The methods used in this research are the Critical Path Method, PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique) and the Crashing Project. The results of the CPM planning method analysis obtained the project completion time for 91 days from the initial duration of 154 days. Whereas in reality the CPM method, the project completion time is 101 days from the initial duration of 167 days. In the PERT method, the project completion time is 107 days from a duration of 181 days with a probability of completion of 0.62%. And in the crashing project there is an acceleration of the completion duration for 9 days with an increase in costs of Rp. 26,545,194 and a total cost of Rp. 506,613,766

    Inflation is one of the indicators in measuring the economic stability in a country. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyzed the impact of pandemic time of covid-19 to inflation in Indonesia. In this research, there are three factors that can effect to inflation; exchange rate, BI rate and money circulation. Data that used in this research in secondary data that collected from www.bi.go.id and www.bps.go.id. Based on the result, it is concluded that BI rate has a significant effect on the inflation. Then, the other variables; exchange rate dan money circulation has no significant effect to inflation

    This study aims to determine the influence of the factors that influence stock prices in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Factors that influence include solvency, profitability, liquidity, and company size during the period from 2017 to 2020. The research method used is a quantitative approach with an explanatory nature, using secondary data derived from the company's financial statements. The sampling technique used purposive sampling so that the research sample totalled 14 companies. Data analysis using SPSS software version 25 and multiple linear regression methods. The results showed that partially the profitability and liquidity variables had an effect on the stock prices of food and beverage companies. Meanwhile, the solvency and company size variables have no effect on the stock prices of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2017-2020 period. Simultaneously, the variables of solvency, profitability, liquidity, and company size affect the company's stock price with an adjusted R square value of 0.336 or 33.6%

    This study aims to analyze the effect of the variable Return On Assets and Current Ratio on Stock Prices at PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk. Period 2012-2021. The research method used is quantitative and uses statistical analysis and financial ratios. The population used is the financial statements of PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk. 2012-2021 years. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the variable Return On Assets partially (t test) obtains a tcount value of 0.886 < ttable 2.365 with a significance value of 0.405 > 0.05, which means that there is no partial effect between Return On Assets on Stock Prices. And the Current Ratio variable obtains a tcount value of 0.351 < ttable 2.365 with a significance value of 0.736 > 0.05, which means that there is no partial effect between the Current Ratio variable on stock prices. Simultaneously (Test F), the variable Return On Assets and Current Ratio obtained a value of Fcount 1.020 < Ftable 5.59 with a significance of 0.409 > 0.05 thus Ho3 is accepted and Ha3 is rejected, which means that simultaneously there is no influence between Return On Assets and Current Ratio to Stock Price. From this study, it was obtained that the R square value was 0.226 x 100% or 22.6%, which means that the Return On Assets and Current Ratio simultaneously influence 22.6%, while the remaining 77.4% is another factor

    The need for electricity supply in Indonesia is increasing amid the availability of main raw materials which can be considered "insufficient". Departing from this, the government plans to increase power generation capacity which is then outlined in the Electricity Supply Business Plan (RUPTL) since 2017. However, instead of using renewable energy, the power plant used is a power plant with coal as raw material. Even though the threat of climate change is increasingly real for the whole world. Indonesia's dependence on coal was increasingly felt when the Government issued PP No. 22 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Environmental Protection and Management which is a derivative of Law no. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation. In this regulation, Fly Ash and Bottom Ash (FABA) dust, which is the result of burning coal, is removed from the Hazardous and Toxic Waste (B3). The purpose of this study is to provide alternative policies for policy makers by using descriptive qualitative methods in the review process. This study uses a qualitative method by utilizing secondary data with the results in the form of an explanation of alternative policies in overcoming the problem of coal policy which is summarized in PP no. 22 of 2021

    This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and facilities partially or simultaneously on customer satisfaction. Everyone definitely needs money to be able to survive and meet their needs. So that people feel confused about who they want to borrow from and fortunately with the availability of PT. Pegadaian Kanwil I Medan, it will make it easier for people to get loans, namely by guaranteeing their personal belongings as collateral for the loan. Customer satisfaction is the feeling felt by the customer, if the customer comes more than once to use pawnshop services, it means that the customer is happy and satisfied with the services and facilities available at PT. Pegadaian. The population in this study are all customers of PT. Pegadaian Kanwil 1 Medan, totaling 244,710. Based on the slovin formula, there are 72 slovin samples. This study used multiple linear regression analysis and data analysis tools to test the hypothesis with SPSS V 25. The results of testing the coefficient of determination in this study obtained an Adjusted R Square value of 0.723, which means that the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable was 72.3%. The results showed that the variables of service quality and facilities had an effect on customer satisfaction either partially or simultaneously

    The purpose contained in this study is to understand the effect of public ownership, audit committee ownership, auditor reputation, leverage and organizational size on risk management disclosure with case studies on companies in the 2019-2021 period listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in Manufacturing in the Consumer Goods Industry. The Indonesian Stock Exchange will be the object of this research. During June 2022-April 2023 this research will take place. This approach applies a quantitative approach, a quantitative approach is a positivism-based system that is used to study certain populations and samples. The population used is companies in the 2019-2021 period which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in Manufacturing in the Consumer Goods Industry as many as 44 companies. There were 27 companies obtained in 3 years of observation from the results of selecting the sample criteria so that a sample of 81 research samples was obtained. The results of this study prove that simultaneously Public Ownership, Audit Committee Ownership, Auditor Reputation, Leverage and Company Size have a significant effect on Risk Management Disclosure. Partially, public ownership, audit committee ownership, and company size have a significant effect, but auditor reputation and leverage have no effect

    The objective of this research is to examine the impact of enterprise value, profitability, and liquidity of the entities on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility. Quota sampling method was chosen to determine sample data. Sample for this research is entities that have SRI-KEHATI index on Indonesia Stock Exchange with financial report years 2019-2021. This paper uses linear regression for hypothesis testing. The results are independent variable (enterprise value, profitability, and liquidity) positively effect to dependent variable (CSR Disclosure). This implies that companies with higher enterprise values, profitability, and liquidity are more inclined to disclose information about their corporate social responsibility efforts

    The study aims to identify obstacles - obstacles faced in fulfilling a child's basic human rights (human rights) in education article 31. The protection of human rights became an element of legal sovereignty. A legal requirement is good if it produces a good application. The theory supporting this study is the concept of legal sovereignty, where the theory of justice lies in the two principal principles used in creating justice. Same freedom, as long as it benefits all parties, the principle of inequality used to profit the weakest. The research method used is a correlation description analysis with data collection techniques in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Studies show that human rights in children have a correlation value of 0.145. Basically, human rights enforcement efforts in basic have a significantly low correlation with Article 31 Education guarantee freedom in self-development in accordance with a nine-year government program

To maximize buying decisions, consider the relevance of trust and the attractiveness of beauty vloggers while reviewing a product. The goal of this study was to see how the confidence variable (X1) and attractiveness variable (X2) affected purchasing decisions (Y) for pixy powder products in Gresik Regency. Using the probability sampling technique as a sample determination based on standards. This study uses the Partial Least Squares SEM method as a tool for analysis. The variables trust (X1) and attractiveness (X2) were found to have a considerable positive effect on the purchasing decision variable (Y). According to R2, the trust and attractiveness of beauty vloggers influence 50% of purchasing decisions
