KINERJA GURU DITINJAU DARI SERVANT LEADERSHIP KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN KOMPETENSI GURU DI SMK PASUNDAN KOTA BANDUNG DAN CIMAHI
This study aims to Influence Servant Leadership and Teacher Competence on Teacher Performance. Each leader has a different leadership style but still plays an important role in leadership. A leader who serves is a leader with integrity, able to delegate tasks to his subordinates and is effectively carried out if the leader can make the right decisions in all conditions and situations. Servant leadership practices can also be implemented in educational institutions. Schools as academic institutions that carry out the education and learning process for students are highly determined by the leadership practices carried out by the principal. This study aims to analyze the influence of the principal's servant leadership and teacher competence on teacher performance in Vocational High Schools (SMK) within the Pasundan Secondary Basic Education Foundation (YPDM) in the Bandung-Cimahi area. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. The research sample consisted of 117 teachers who were randomly selected from 165 teachers in several vocational schools in the region. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis, data analysts using the SmartPLS 4 application The results of the study were descriptive to the three variables studied in the "Good" category, while the verifiable analysis showed that the principal's servant leadership and teacher competence significantly had a positive effect on teacher performance, both partially and simultaneously. The implication of this study is the importance of developing the principal's servant leadership and improving teacher competence to improve teacher performance in Vocational High Schools (SMK)
MODEL OPTIMALISASI CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT DALAM MENINGKATKAN UNIT ENTRY
This project aims to increase the number of unit entries at OtoXpert Karawang operated by Auto2000 through the optimization of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) model. The method used in this project is applied research with a qualitative and quantitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and analysis of relevant documents. The project results show that the implementation of the optimized CRM model can increase the number of inquiries, boost the number of customers making bookings, and optimize the digital marketing process. Strategies such as the use of digital advertising (Meta Ads), optimization of social media content, and the implementation of Flow Charts and SOPs for booking conversion and post-service follow-up, have significantly increased the number of unit entries at OtoXpert Karawang. The conclusion of this project is that the optimization of the CRM model implemented at OtoXpert Karawang successfully enhances the performance of customer relations contributions to unit entry. Recommendations are provided to continuously improve and develop CRM strategies to achieve more optimal results in the future
PENGARUH REWARD AND PUNISHMENT TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN ALFAMIDI KABUPATEN TANA TORAJA
The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Reward and Punishment on the performance of employees at Alfamidi in Tana Toraja Regency both partially and simultaneously. The data collection procedures in this study are observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The method used in this research is a Quantitative Method utilizing Multiple Linear Regression analysis processed using SPSS 21. This research was conducted in three branches of Alfamidi located in Tana Toraja Regency, namely Alfamidi Pongtiku, Alfamidi Tritura, and Alfamidi Rukka A. Lolo, with a total population of 33 and a sample of 33 respondents. The sampling technique used by the researcher is purposive sampling. The results of the t-test calculations on the Reward variable showed t count > t table with a value of (4.457) > (2.042) and on the Punishment variable, t count > t table with a value of (4.657) > (2.042). The conclusion of this study is that Reward and Punishment have an influence on Employee Performance at Alfamidi in Tana Toraja Regency both partially and simultaneously
PENGARUH EKUITAS MEREK TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN MONITOR PASIEN MEREK PHILIPS DI JAKARTA
This research aims to find out how responses, consumer loyalty and brand equity influence consumer loyalty of Philips monitor patients. Questionnaire respondent data was obtained from end users, namely nurses who work in intensive care rooms in 5 vertical hospitals in Jakarta. The questionnaire was distributed directly to 185 respondents. Hypothesis for 3 hypotheses using SEM PLS analysis with SmartPLS 3. Testing consists of Outer Model, namely Convergent Validity Test, Discriminant Validity Test, Average Variance Extracted (AVE) Test, Composite Reliability Test, Cronbach Alpha Test, Inner Model and Bootstrapping. Test results show that H1: Brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. H2: Brand association has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. H3: Perceived quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. It is hoped that this research can provide input to companies as a strategy to increase consumer loyalty and can provide good benefits for further research
Pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility, Capital Intensity dan Inventory Intensity terhadap Penghindaran Pajak
The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility, capital intensity and inventory intensity on tax avoidance on coal mining subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016-2018. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this research is the coal mining subsector company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2016-2018 consisting of 27 companies. The research sample consisted of 8 companies. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The data used in the form of an annual report on coal mining subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Testing the hypothesis in this study using the method of multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results showed that inventory intensity affects tax avoidance. While corporate social responsibility and capital intensity do not affect tax avoidance
ANALISIS POTENSI EKONOMI WILAYAH PURWOMANGGUNG (Studi di Kabupaten Purworejo, Wonosobo, Kab. Magelang, Kota Magelang, Temanggung)
This study aims to analyze the basic and nonbasic sectors in 17 GDP sectors in the Purwomanggung economic development area. The data used is constant price GDP data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The analysis method applied is Local Quotient (LQ) analysis. The results of the study show that the Purworejo area has 9 base sectors, Wonosobo has 8 base sectors, Magelang Regency has 15 base sectors, Magelang City has 13 basic sectors, and Temanggung has 9 base sectors. The results of the research can be used as a reference for local governments in the Purwomanggung Economic Development Area to develop their regional potential to be able to meet local and external needs, improve welfare, and create a dynamic economy
ANALISIS PENGARUH STRESS, WORKLOAD TERHADAP EMPLOYEES PERFORMANCE GENERASI MILENIAL DI KOTA BATAM DENGAN BURNOUT SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI
Employee performance has an important role in the success or failure of a company. Employee performance is a form of achievement produced by employees based on quantity, quality, time required, teamwork as a measure of the success of a company. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of stress and workload on employee performance with burnout as a mediating variable. The type of research used in this research is using a quantitative approach. The research sample used was 385 respondents who were generation Y or the millennial generation born between 1980 and 2000 who were working in Batam City. Analysis of the data used in the research was by using the partial least squares structural equation model (PLS-SEM). The research results show that workload has a significant influence on stress. Workload and stress simultaneously also have a significant effect on burnout. Workload and stress have a significant effect on employee performance. The research also found that burnout did not have a significant effect on employee performance. Burnout also cannot mediate the relationship between workload and stress on employee performance
SISTEM LOGISTIK DI INDONESIA: TINJAUAN KELEMBAGAAN DAN SISTEM INFORMASI
The purpose of writing this article is to identify and elaborate on the institutional and logistical information systems, services, and benefits that stakeholders can obtain, as well as the challenges and obstacles that occur, and what solutions can be taken so that the existing logistics system becomes efficient in terms of time, cost, and business processes. The approach taken by the author is through literature review and gathering information from relevant parties and elaborating on the institutions and logistical information systems currently implemented. This study shows that there are several information systems related to the digitization of logistics processes, both developed by government agencies (as authorities) and by companies independently. The logistics information systems currently in operation are relatively integrated (through the National Logistics Ecosystem /NLE) among stakeholders such as Customs, quarantine, Port Authorities, financial services and banking, the Ministry of Transportation (InaPortNet, SIMLALA, SITOLAUT, SIJUKA), the Ministry of Trade (Inatrade), the Ministry of Industry, and the Ministry of Finance (INSW and NLE)
PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DAN DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP KEBERLANJUTAN USAHA MIKRO, KECIL, DAN MENENGAH DI KABUPATEN SEMARANG (Studi Kasus pada Toko Wahana Parfum Karangjati)
The purpose of this research is to examine the complexities of financial management and their impact on the survival of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (UMKM) in Semarang district, with special emphasis on Wahana Parfum Shop in Karangjati. Although UMKM continues to flourish in Semarang district, many are facing obstacles in managing their finances effectively, as only a small fraction are active and skilled to manage their financial affairs. Conversations with business owners have found that the main challenge lies in their lack of understanding of the benefits of financial statements and incomplete financial controls. Besides, perfume entrepreneurs show a lack of confidence when comparing financial plans to real life circumstances. It underscores the need to overcome gaps in financial literacy and financial management to improve the performance and resilience of SMEs in the region. Recommendations include offering training and education to enhance understanding of financial management, maximize the use of business control, and cultivate a deeper understanding of the principles of finance management
FAKTOR-FAKTOR PENGGERAK AGRESIVITAS PAJAK PERUSAHAAN PROPERTI DAN REAL ESTATE DI BEI: Capital Intensity, Kepemilikan Manajerial dan Koneksi Politik
This study aims to determine the effect of capital intensity, managerial ownership and political connections on tax aggressiveness in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2014-2021. This research method uses a quantitative method with observational data in the form of panel data which is processed using the help of tools in the form of software E-views version 9. The sample selection in this study uses a purposive sampling approach and a total of 9 companies are obtained. The results of this study indicate the simultaneous effect that capital intensity, managerial ownership and political connections have on tax aggressiveness. Partially managerial ownership has an effect on tax aggressiveness, while capital intensity and political connections partially have no effect on tax aggressiveness
