    PENGARUH KESEHATAN DAN KESELAMATAN KERJA (K3) DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT. AEI JAKARTA SELATAN

    This research aims to analyze the influence of occupational health and safety (K3) on employee performance at PT. AEI South Jakarta, to analyze the influence of competency on employee performance at PT. AEI South Jakarta, to analyze the influence of occupational health and safety (K3) and competency together on employee performance at PT. AEI South Jakarta. Analysis in the research uses SEM PLS, where Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is structural equation modeling in the form of a set of statistical methods based on measurements and structural models. The sample in this research is employees at PT. AEI South Jakarta as many as 126 employees will be used as respondents to fill out the questionnaire using the Slovin sampling technique. The research results state that K3 has a significant positive effect on employee performance, competency has a significant positive effect on employee performance, K3 and competency together have a significant effect on employee performance. K3 and competency contribute to employee performance by 77.6%

    This study intends to look at how the D'Senopati Malioboro Grand Hotel Yogyakarta's amenities and level of service affect visitors' happiness. Using a sample of 92 respondents, multiple linear regression analysis was used in the research methodology. Guest satisfaction is positively and significantly impacted by the quality of the facilities and services, according to the analysis's findings. It's interesting to note that the degree of client pleasure is more influenced by service quality than by facilities. This discovery could lead to talks about investments and resource allocation in the hotel sector, with a focus on raising service quality. The investigation also emphasizes the significance of favorable reactions to facilities and the difficulties associated with correct information provided by staff members. The research's practical implications offer a strong basis for hotel management to develop a comprehensive plan aimed at maximizing visitor satisfaction through improved amenities and service standards

    The rapid population growth and urbanization in major cities across various developing countries have increased the demand for urban infrastructure, including housing. As projected in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), by the year 2030, more than 60% of the population is expected to reside in urban areas. Meeting housing needs is a fundamental requirement for humans that evolves according to different life stages. This study aims to examine the effect of housing characteristics on residential satisfaction in simple housing in the city of Kendari. The research type is explanatory, with the research population consisting of type 36 houses. The sample size is set at 195 units, and data collection was carried out using questionnaires. The data were analyzed with structural equation modeling (SEM) using AMOS version 24 to obtain causal relationships between the variables developed in this study. The results indicate that the effect of housing unit characteristics on residential satisfaction has a path coefficient of 0.01 with a probability level of 0.968. These findings suggest a positive effect of housing unit characteristics; however, this effect is not significant in relation to the level of residential satisfaction among occupants of simple housing

    This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of dividend policy and investment decisions on firm value with good corporate governance as a moderating variable in the object of industrial sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2022. This type of research is quantitative which is processed with the help of E-views with the moderating regression analysis (MRA) method. The results showed that the Investment Decision variable had a persial effect on Firm Value. While Dividend Policy has no effect on Company Value. Good Corporate Governance (GCG) is able to moderate the relationship of Investment Decisions on Company Value, while Good Corporate Governance is unable to moderate the relationship of Dividend Policy on Company Value

By analyzing the relationships between these variables, the research aims to contribute valuable insights into the intricate dynamics shaping corporate financial outcomes. The population of this study are Multi-Industry Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The sample of this research is 46 companies. The results of this study are earnings management, asset growth, and tax avoidance have an effect on firm value. The research suggests that understanding and considering the interactions between earnings management, asset growth, and tax avoidance is crucial for comprehending how these financial strategies impact the overall value of a company in the business and investment landscape

    The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of compensation, job satisfaction, and perceived alternative jobs on employee turnover intention. Apart from that, this research also aims to determine the effect of compensation on turnover intention through job satisfaction. The sample used in this research was 50 employees. This research uses classical assumption testing & regression as data analysis techniques, which are processed using Statistical Program Social Sciences (SPSS) version 21.0. The results of the analysis carried out stated that there was a negative and significant influence between compensation on turnover intention. Compensation has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a negative and significant influence on turnover intention. Perceived alternative jobs have a positive and significant influence on turnover intention and compensation has an influence on turnover intention through job satisfaction

    PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT JEMBO CABLE COMPANY KOTA TANGERANG

    The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work communication and work compensation on employee performance at PT Jembo Cable Company Tbk in Tangerang City. The method used is quantitative. The population and sample consist of 90 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumptions, regression analysis, correlation analysis, determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The research indicates a strong correlation between communication (0.630) and compensation (0.580) with employee performance. The multiple linear regression equation is Y = 11.321 + 0.418X1 + 0.307X2, meaning that when variable X1 is increased by 1 unit, variable Y increases by 0.418 units at a constant of 11.321, and when variable X2 is increased by 1 unit, variable Y increases by 0.307 units at a constant of 11.321. The coefficient of determination value of 46.8% indicates the contribution of communication and compensation to improving employee performance, while the remaining 46.8% is influenced by other factors. The F hypothesis test yields an F value > F table or (38.308 > 2.710). Thus, H03 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, meaning there is a significant simultaneous influence of communication and compensation on employee performance. These findings can provide input for policies and practices aimed at improving employee performance at PT Jembo Cable Company Tbk

    This study aims to investigate the influence of compensation and career development on employee retention. Data were collected through questionnaire distribution using the Likert scale. The population consisted of employees from the Regional Water Utility Company Tirta Latimojong (PAMTL) in Luwu Regency. The variables studied included compensation and career development as dependent variables, and employee retention as the independent variable. The results indicate that both compensation and career development have a positive and significant impact on employee retention. This research contributes to understanding the factors influencing retention in the context of organizational management and provides insights for enhancing employee engagement and longevity within the organization

    This study aims to analyze the impact of work discipline, work motivation, work ethic, and work environment on employee productivity at PT. Tjiwi Kimia. In the competitive era of globalization, employee productivity has become a crucial factor for a company's success, particularly in the manufacturing sector. The research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory method and survey through questionnaires distributed to a sample of employees using stratified random sampling technique. The results of the analysis show that work discipline, work motivation, work ethic, and work environment significantly affect employee productivity, both individually and simultaneously. Work discipline and motivation were found to have the greatest contribution to improving productivity. The study concludes that managing these factors is essential for the company to enhance efficiency and competitiveness. Therefore, it is recommended that PT. Tjiwi Kimia improve its programs on discipline, motivation, and creating a conducive work environment to achieve optimal productivity

    Total Quality Management (TQM) is a management approach that aims to improve the quality of products and services by involving all elements of the organization and focusing on customer satisfaction. In the context of administrative services at the Deli Serdang District Health Service, the implementation of TQM is expected to increase efficiency, accuracy and customer satisfaction in the health administration process. This research aims to analyze and implement the application of TQM in improving the quality of administrative services at the Deli Serdang District Health Service. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The research results show that the implementation of TQM has a positive impact on improving the quality of administrative services. The implementation of TQM has helped increase the efficiency of administrative processes, reduce errors in data processing, strengthen communication between units at the Deli Serdang District Health Service. In addition, through the TQM approach, awareness of the importance of service quality and the role of each individual in the organization increases
