Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. BPRS Al Salaam Amal Salman
Funding institutions are currently growing rapidly, leading to increased competition in the financial sector. To remain competitive, companies must ensure that employees can contribute effectively and achieve organizational targets. This study aims to examine the effect of leadership, motivation, and work environment on employee performance at PT. BPRS AlSalaam Amal Salman. The research uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative method. The population in this study consists of 81 employees, all of whom were selected using a census sampling technique. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms through WhatsApp. The instrument used a Likert scale with five answer options. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The research involved descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that leadership, motivation, and work environment each have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Furthermore, when tested simultaneously, these three variables reinforce each other in improving employee performance. The findings imply that organizations should focus on adopting effective leadership styles, fostering both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, and creating a supportive work environment to enhance employee productivity and performance in a sustainable way
Analisis Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Motivasi Kerja Karyawan pada PT Metric Medica
The healthcare industry is experiencing rapid transformations due to technological advancements, demographic shifts, and regulatory changes, which create challenges in maintaining employee motivation. This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style on employee work motivation at PT Deca Metric Medica, a medical device manufacturing company in Indonesia. A qualitative literature review approach was applied by synthesizing academic journals, books, and research articles related to transformational leadership and work motivation. The findings reveal that transformational leadership plays a significant role in inspiring, guiding, and motivating employees through four dimensions: inspirational motivation, idealized influence, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. These dimensions are found to strengthen employee engagement, foster creativity, and enhance job satisfaction, thereby supporting organizational performance in a dynamic healthcare environment. The study concludes that adopting transformational leadership is an effective strategy for PT Deca Metric Medica to sustain employee motivation and competitiveness. However, as this research is based on literature review, future empirical studies are recommended to validate the findings in organizational contexts
Pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Promosi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Studi Empiris pada Pengguna Tokopedia
The purpose of this study is to examine and demonstrate how product quality and promotions affect purchasing decisions on Tokopedia. The population of this study consists of students from the Management Study Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Pamulang. A total of 60 respondents were used as samples in this study. The research methodology employed is purposive sampling combined with nonprobability sampling. The results of the study show a relationship between the dependent variable, purchasing decisions, and the independent variables, product quality and promotions. The T-test, based on partial testing, indicates that product quality significantly and positively influences purchasing decisions. Additionally, the promotion variable also shows that promotions significantly and positively influence consumer purchasing decisions. It can be concluded that factors related to product quality and promotions have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality and promotions explain 43.8% of the Coefficient of Determination (Adjusted R Square) value of 0.438, which explains purchasing decisions, while other factors not included in this study account for the remaining 56.2%
Penerimaan Minat Penggunaan Central Bank Digital Currency (CBCD) di Kalangan Generasi Z : Studi Kasus pada Mahasiswa FEB Universitas Katolik Widya Mandira Kupang
This research aims to understand the level of acceptance and interest in using Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) among Generation Z, especially students at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Widya Mandira Catholic University, Kupang. The method used is a qualitative method with a phenomological approach. This research explores perceptions, knowledge, and factors that influence students' interest in using CBDC as a digital currency innovation issued by the central bank. Data was collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews and through Focus Group Discussions (FGD) with a number of students from the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB). The research results show high acceptance of the Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) among generation Z, especially students at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Widya Mandira Catholic University, Kupang, especially because of the convenience, security and efficiency offered by CBDC in digital financial transactions. The research results also show factors that influence interest in using Centarl Bank Digital Currency (CBDC)
Mungkinkah Nilai Perusahaan Dapat Menurun jika Melakukan Penghindaran Pajak dengan Melihat Kepemilikan Institusional Perusahaan
The purpose of this study is to examine how much impact the tax avoidance complex and institutional ownership can have on the value of companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The object of this study is a professional company listed on the stock exchange, data taken from annual reports and websites of sample companies. The analysis tool uses eviews 9, research data for the period 2019 to 2023. The results of this study are around 3.4% of the company's value is influenced by tax avoidance and institutional ownership, but the rest is still influenced by other factors, so that further researchers can add tax planning variables with various proxies to further increase the company's value. Recommendations for companies not to do a lot of tax avoidance that is not in accordance with regulations because it will reduce the company's value. It can be seen from the negative influence between company value and tax avoidance
Government Policy in Health Services: Kebijakan Pemerintah dalam Pelayanan Kesehatan
Government policies in health services play an important role in ensuring access and quality of health services for all levels of society. This policy covers various aspects, from the provision of health facilities, financing, to the regulation of health workers and supervision of the health system. The government is responsible for designing and implementing policies that can reduce inequalities in access to health, increase the efficiency of the health system, and ensure quality and affordable services for the community. In this context, health policies must be adaptive to the dynamics of social, economic and technological developments. This research aims to analyze various policies that have been implemented by the government in the health sector, as well as the challenges and opportunities faced in their implementation. By understanding this policy, it is hoped that more effective solutions can be found to improve the quality of health services in the future
Pengaruh Displin Kerja, Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan PT Santoso Teknindo di Tangerang
This research aims to examine the impact of work discipline, occupational safety, and health on employee productivity at PT Santoso Teknindo. The research method employed is a quantitative approach, using several tests including data instrument testing, classical assumption testing, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t-test (partial test), and f-test (simultaneous test). The objective is to determine whether there is a relationship between work discipline, safety, health, and employee productivity at PT Santoso Teknindo. The results indicate that work discipline positively affects productivity, with a significant statistical value. Similarly, occupational safety also positively influences employee productivity. This suggests that both work discipline and occupational safety have a significant and positive effect on employee productivity when analyzed individually. Furthermore, when examined together, both work discipline and safety & health significantly influence productivity, confirming a strong simultaneous effect. The implications of these findings suggest that improving work discipline and enhancing occupational safety and health can significantly boost employee productivity. Organizations, particularly PT Santoso Teknindo, may consider prioritizing these areas to foster a productive work environment. Implementing policies that support these factors could lead to higher efficiency and performance, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the company
Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Indomaret Cabang Gading Serpong Tangerang Selatan
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, organizational culture, and motivation on employee performance at Indomaret Gading Serpong Branch. The research adopts an associative approach with a quantitative method. The sample consists of 80 respondents. Data analysis techniques include validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, autocorrelation tests, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test. The results indicate that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Organizational culture also contributes positively and significantly to employee performance. Furthermore, motivation is found to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Additionally, transformational leadership style, organizational culture, and motivation collectively have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The simultaneous contribution of these three variables to employee performance demonstrates the importance of leadership, organizational culture, and motivation in enhancing work outcomes. This research highlights the crucial role of leadership style in shaping employee performance, as well as the impact of a strong organizational culture and motivation in driving employees to achieve better results. The findings suggest that companies should focus on developing transformational leadership, fostering a supportive organizational culture, and enhancing motivation to improve overall employee performance
Sosialisasi Kesetaraan Gender: Keterlibatan Perempuan dalam Kegiatan Pertanian Keluarga di Desa Sri Tanjung
Gender equality means justice between women and men in the opportunity to achieve a better life. In the world of agriculture, women's involvement is already quite large, but there is still a problem of gender inequality. In rural areas, agriculture is the main economic activity of the community. Sri Tanjung Village, Central Semende Darat Subdistrict, Muara Enim Regency, has highlands and fertile land so that the people of Sri Tanjung Village generally work as farmers. Therefore, this socialization activity was held to find out the involvement of women's roles as family farmers, especially in the Sri Tanjung Village environment. This socialization activity includes educating the community about gender and gender inequality in agricultural activities, in order to create justice in family farming activities. In the activity there was a presentation of material by MSIB students and a discussion session that discussed about The implementation methods of socialization activities are: preparation, implementation, presentation, and evaluation. This socialization activity was supported by village officials, Village Forest Management Institution (LPHD) officials, Forest Farmers Group (KTH), and Sri Tanjung Village community. After this socialization activity, it is hoped that the community will gain insight related to the meaning of gender equality, especially in farming activities and give women the opportunity to make decisions
Pengembangan Aplikasi “Talkbuddy” Berbasis Android sebagai Media Komunikasi dan Pembelajaran untuk Mahasiswa Tunarungu
This study aims to develop the TalkBuddy application, an Android-based platform designed as an inclusive communication and learning medium for deaf students at Pamulang University (Unpam). The application is tailored to meet the needs of deaf students by offering features such as voice-to-text for transcribing conversations, group discussions resembling messaging platforms, access to learning modules, educational videos, the latest education-related news, and a story-sharing space for personal experiences. The research adopts the Research and Development (R&D) method with a data analysis framework encompassing the stages of concept, design, material collection, assembly, testing, and distribution. The trial subjects include two deaf students from Unpam who participated in testing the application to evaluate the effectiveness and practicality of its features. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and questionnaire responses during the trial process. The findings indicate that the TalkBuddy application effectively enhances accessibility and facilitates communication for deaf students. The application's features are deemed relevant and supportive of inclusive learning processes. Moreover, it provides a constructive solution to communication challenges in academic environments. This study is expected to serve as a stepping stone in the development of inclusive technology for higher education
