Peran Kepuasan Kerja dalam Memediasi Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik dan Work-Family Conflict terhadap Motivasi
Employee motivation is essential in maintaining the productivity and performance of healthcare institutions, particularly in nursing services. However, motivation is often influenced by non-physical work environments and work-family conflict. This study aims to examine the effect of non-physical work environment and work-family conflict on motivation, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. A quantitative associative approach was employed, involving 89 nurses from a public hospital in Lombok. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS 4. The results revealed that both non-physical work environment and work-family conflict had a negative and insignificant effect on motivation. However, the non-physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while work-family conflict remained insignificant. Furthermore, job satisfaction demonstrated a positive and significant effect on motivation. The mediation analysis confirmed that job satisfaction successfully mediated the relationship between non-physical work environment and motivation but did not mediate the relationship between work-family conflict and motivation. These findings emphasize the central role of job satisfaction in enhancing employee motivation and suggest that creating a supportive non-physical work environment is more impactful than mitigating work-family conflict in the nursing context. This research contributes to organizational behaviour theory and offers practical recommendations for hospital management to improve internal work conditions that foster nurse motivation

Praktik Green Supply Chain Management dan Kinerja Bisnis pada Coffeeshop: Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan sebagai Variabel Mediasi
In the era of business sustainability, the adoption of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) practices has become a crucial strategy to enhance competitive advantage, even in small-scale service sectors such as coffeeshops. This study aims to examine the direct impact of GSCM practices on business performance and to assess the mediating role of employee job satisfaction in this relationship. A quantitative approach was employed by surveying 30 employees from various coffeeshops in Padang City, Indonesia. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) method. The results indicate that GSCM practices have a positive and significant effect on business performance. Furthermore, GSCM also significantly influences employee job satisfaction. However, the mediating effect of employee job satisfaction on the relationship between GSCM and business performance is not statistically significant. The model explains 63.4% of the variance in business performance and 24.9% in employee job satisfaction, indicating strong explanatory power for business outcomes but limited predictive relevance for job satisfaction. These findings underscore that while GSCM directly contributes to improving operational and reputational performance, efforts to enhance employee satisfaction must be reinforced to maximize overall organizational effectiveness. This study provides valuable insights for coffeeshop managers and SMEs, encouraging strategic integration of sustainability practices with human resource development to achieve sustainable business growth
Dampak Korupsi terhadap Pertumbuhan Perekonomian Indonesia
Corruption is a major obstacle to sustainable economic development in Indonesia. Although the country is rich in natural resources, the persistent corruption across public sectors undermines economic progress. This study aims to examine the impact of corruption on Indonesia’s economic growth by analyzing its effects on investment, productivity, public finance, and service quality. Using a qualitative descriptive approach through a literature review of academic journals, government reports, and institutional data, this research identifies several key implications of corruption on the economy. The findings reveal that corruption reduces both domestic and foreign investment due to legal uncertainty and an uncompetitive business environment. It also leads to inefficient resource allocation in public spending, which in turn decreases national productivity. Furthermore, corruption in taxation systems causes revenue leakage and forces the government to rely heavily on public debt. The study concludes that systemic corruption not only hampers economic growth but also weakens the trust in public institutions, deepens income inequality, and undermines long-term fiscal stability. Addressing corruption is therefore essential to building a transparent, inclusive, and sustainable economic environment in Indonesia
