Pengaruh Ability, Satisfaction, and Trust Terhadap Consumer Loyalty Pada Situs Jual Beli Online OLX di Yogyakarta
This study was conducted to determine the influence of ability, satisfaction, and trust in consumer loyalty on the online sale site OLX in Yogyakarta . Research location in Yogyakarta.
The population of this research is the customer who stayed in Yogyakarta. Sample of 100 respondents were taken using accidental sampling techniques and methods of data collection using questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, and multiple regression analysis.
The results showed that ability not significantly influence consumer loyalty; satisfaction significantly influence consumer loyalty; and trust significantly influence consumer loyalty
PENGARUH DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO (DER), RETURN ON ASSET (ROA), DAN NET PROFIT MARGIN (NPM) TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM INDUSTRI REAL ESTATE AND PROPERTY YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2013-2017
The purpose of this study is to analyze and understand the influence of Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, and Net Profit Margin simultaneously or partially to the stock return of real estate and property industry listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2017. The nature of this study is correlational research. The population is real estate and property industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2017. Samples of research as many as 7 companies of real estate and property industry obtained by purposive sampling technique. The object in this research is the company’s annual report period 2013-2017. Data collecting technique using documentation method, while data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis supported by classical assumption test. The result showed that partially variable Debt to Equity Ratio and Return On Asset to have influence toward stock return. Meanwhile variable Net Profit Margin doesn’t have influence toward stock return. While in simultaneous three independent variables Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, and Net Profit Margin to have influence toward stock return
Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan (studi pada perusahaan LQ45 yang terdaftar di BEI)
The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of liquidity, tax avoidance, and firm size on the timeliness of financial reporting of LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2017. This research was a quantitative by analyzing secondary data. The type of data used in this study was secondary data in the form of company financial statements listed in the LQ 45 index in 2012 - 2017. Data collection method used documentation. The method of data analysis used multiple regression analysis which is preceded by a classic assumption test, namely the normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity test. The results of the study show that (1) liquidity has a positive effect on the timeliness of financial reporting in LQ45 companies. (2) Tax avoidance has a negative effect on the timeliness of financial reporting in LQ45 companies. Buzzer Media Sosial dan Branding Produk UMKM dalam Konteks Bisnis Digital
Artikel ini akan menjelaskan peran buzzer media sosial dalam upaya membangun branding bagi produk UMKM Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Para buzzer media sosial ini ikut berpartisipasi aktif dalam mempromosikan berbagai produk UMKM yang ada di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Dalam membangun branding, para buzzer media sosial didorong untuk bisa mengedepankan semangat sukarelawan dalam mempromosikan produk UMKM di wilayah Yogyakarta. Sehingga dengan begitu, akan terbangun semangat gotong royong digital guna mempromosikan produk UMKM yang membawa nilai-nilai keistimewaan Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengunaan platform media sosial Twitter dan Instagram dalam membangun branding produk UMKM. Artikel ini berpendapat bahwa peran para buzzer media sosial turut berperan positif membangun branding bagi pelaku UMKM di wilayah Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta
DAMPAK PENGENDALIAN KUALITAS PRODUKSI DAN PENGEMBANGAN PRODUK GAMBIR DALAM PENINGKATAN KEPUASAN KONSUMEN PADA UNIT USAHA JASA DAN INDUSTRI ANDALAS FARMA
Produksi gambir (Uncaria gambir (Hunter) merupakan komoditi ekspor di Indonesia yang sangat berperan dalam meningkatkan pembangunan industri nasional. Peningkatan kualitas dan pengembangan produk gambir perlu ditingkatkan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen dan mempertahankan posisi perusahaan sebagai innovator dan menjaga pangsa pasar yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak kualitas produksi dan pengembangan produk gambir dalam peningkatan kepuasan kosumen pada Unit Usaha Jasa dan Industri Andalas Farma. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, sampel dalam penelitian ini dibagi menjadi dua objek yaitu internal dan eksternal. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dilapangan dalam penelitian adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa dampak kualitas produksi dan pengembangan produk gambir dalam peningkatkan kepuasan konsumen pada Unit Usaha Jasa dan Industri Andalas Farma adalah bahwa produksi gambir di unit usaha jasa dan industri andalas farma memiliki kualitas yang bagus. Kualitas yang bagus terlihat dari proses produksi, alat yang digunakan serta hasil yang diperoleh cukup baik. Sedangkan pengembangan produks gambir ini adalah bahwa gambir tidak hanya sebagai obat tetapi juga sebagai bahan kosmesti
Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Daerah DIY di Kabupaten Gunungkidul
This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership and Work Environment on Employee Performance at DIY Regional Tax Office in Gunungkidul Regency with Motivation as an Intervening Variable. The object of this research is all of the 39 KPPD District Gunungkidul Regency employees. The method of data collection in this study was conducted by using a questionnaire (questionnaire). The data analysis method used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.2.7 software. The results in this study Leadership has a significant effect on motivation but does not have a significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a significant effect on employee motivation and performance. Motivation does not significantly influence employee performance. Leadership and work environment simultaneously influence employee motivation and performance. significant effect on performance through motivation, work environment has a significant effect on employee performance through motivation. Performance influenced by leadership, work environment and motivation is only 41.1%

PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL, BUDAYA ORGANISASI SERTA MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment variables on job satisfaction, the influence of emotional intelligence variables on job satisfaction, the influence of organizational culture variables on job satisfaction, the effect of work motivation variables on job satisfaction the influence of work environment variables, emotional intelligence, organizational culture and work motivation on job satisfaction, work environment, emotional intelligence, organizational culture and work motivation simultaneously influence job satisfaction.
The population of leather craftsmen in the leather industry center in Manding Yogyakarta with 155, the samples taken using Slovin formula were 31 respondents. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. Data was collected by a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression.
The work environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction with a significant level of 0.043 <0.05, emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction with a significant level of 0.008 <0.05, organizational culture has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction with a significant level of 0.040 <0.05 , Work motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction with a significant level of 0.025 <0.05. Variables of work environment, emotional intelligence, organizational culture and work motivation have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction with a value of F 22,732 with a significant 0,000 because the significance value is <0.05.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel lingkungan kerja terhadap Kepuasan kerja, pengaruh variabel kecerdasan emosional terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh variabel budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh variabel motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pengaruh variabel lingkungan kerja, kecerdasan emosional, budaya organisasi serta motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja, kecerdasan emosional, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja.
Populasi pengrajin kulit yang ada dalam wilayah sentra industri kulit di Manding Yogyakarta dengan jumlah 155, sampel yang di ambil menggunakan rumus Slovin sebanyak 31 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan ialah accidental sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda.

PENGARUH CONSUMER TRUST DAN EXPECTATION TERHADAP ONLINE REPURCHASE INTENTION MELALUI CUSTOMER SATISFACTION PADA SITUS JUAL BELI ONLINE BUKALAPAK DI KOTA YOGYAKARTA
This study was conducted to determine the influence of consumer trust and expectation in online repurchase intention through customer satisfaction on the online sale site Bukalapak in Yogyakarta . Research location in Yogyakarta. The population of this research is the customer who stayed in Yogyakarta. Sample of 100 respondents were taken using accidental sampling techniques and methods of data collection using questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, and path analysis. Perbedaan Penerapan Pembayaran Pajak Manual dan E-Billing Terhadap Penerimaan Pajak
This study aims to determine the existence of a significant difference between the level of tax receipts in the application of manually and the application of E-Billing at the Pratama Tax Office Bantul.
The population in this study is the Tax Revenue report and the sample is a Tax Receipt report 30 days before the E-Billing payment is valid and 30 days after the E-Billing payment is applied. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of documentation and interviews. Data analysis techniques are carried out using descriptive statistical tests, normality tests and different tests Paired Sample T-Test using SPSS (Statistical Product and Services Solution) 16.0 for Windows.
The results of the paired sample test different test results on the application of manual payment methods and E-Billing showed the value of Sig. (2-tailed) which is 0.003 smaller than the significance level of α 0.05 (0.003 <0.05) which means that there are significant differences in the Tax Revenue by applying manually and applying E-Billing at the Pratama Tax Service Office in Bantul.

ANALISIS PENGUKURAN KINERJA REKSA DANA SAHAM SEBAGAI SUATU EVALUASI PORTOFOLIO INVESTOR DI PASAR MODAL DENGAN METODE PENGUKURAN SHARPE, TREYNOR, DAN JENSEN
The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of stock mutual funds analyzed using the Sharpe, Treynor, and Jensen methods. In addition, this study has the aim of knowing which mutual funds have outperform performance and underperform the benchmark. The research period used was 2013-2017.
This research belongs to the type of descriptive quantitative research. The population is all stock mutual funds listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and published by the Financial Services Authority in the period 2013 - 2017. The sample was determined by purposive sampling technique with the criteria of stock mutual funds. The sample was an active mutual fund during the study period, so that it was obtained 81 equity funds.
The results of the study based on the Sharpe method show that the average performance in 2013 found 41 equity funds performing outperforms against the benchmark and 40 underperforms In 2014 there were 47 outperforms and 34 underperforms. In 2015 there were 36 outperforms and 45 underperforms. In 2016 there were 31 performance outperforms and 57 underperforms. In 2017 there were 24 outperforms and 57 underperforms. Based on the Treynor method in 2013, there were 38 outperform and 43 underperform stock mutual funds. In 2014, 61 performed outperform and 20 underperform. In 2015, there were 38 outperforms and 43 underperforms. In 2016 there were 15 outperforms and 66 underperforms. In 2017 there were 19 performance outperforms and 62 underperforms. Based on Jensen's method in 2013 there were 48 performance of outperform stock mutual funds and 33 underperform. In 2014 there were 35 outperform performance and 46 underperform. In 2015 there were 62 outperforms and 19 underperforms. In 2016 there were 22 outperforms and 59 underperforms.
