    STUDI PERSEPSI PELANGGAN DALAM PENINGKATAN KEPUASAN WISATA PADA MUSEUM KARS INDONESIA

    Penelitian ini membahas tentang Persepsi Pelanggan Dalam Peningkatan Kepuasan Wisata Pada Museum Kars Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini populasi adalah semua wisatawan yang berkunjung di Kawasan Museum Kars Indonesia. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Kuesioner dengan pertanyaan terstruktur dan skala likert dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan alat analisis Patial Least Square (PLS). berdasarkan analisis jalur dapat disimpulkan pengaruh langsung atraksi wisata terhadap kepuasan wisatawan dipersepsikan paling baik dengan efek total sebesar 0.425, pemandu wisata terhadap kepuasan wisatawan dipersepsikan rendah dengan efek total sebesar 0.324 sehingga perlu ditingkatkan, sedangkan Muatan Edukasi terhadap kepuasan wisatawan dipersepsikan paling rendah dengan efek total sebesar 0.291 sehingga perlu pembenahan dan peningkatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel muatan edukasi, atraksi wisata dan pemandu wisata berpengaruh signifikan terhadap persepsi pengunjung, Variabel muatan edukasi, atraksi wisata dan pemandu wisata yang ada di Museum Kars Indonesia secara simultan berpengaruh sigifikan terhadap persepsi pengunjung dengan koefisien sebesar 0.641.   Kata Kunci: Atraksi, Kepuasan, Muatan Edukasi, Pemandu Wisata, Perseps

    This research aims to determne the effect of Work Ethic and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency of the Tanimbar Islands Regency with Motivation as an Intervening Variable. Participans from this research were taken from employees of BAPPEDA Kabupaten Kepulauan Tanimbar. The method of data collection in this research was conducted by using a questionnaire (questionnaire). The technique of data analysis applied in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.2.7 software. The results in this research are Work Ethics that have a significant effect on motivation but have no significant effect on employee performance, Work Environment has a significant effect on motivation but not significantly on employee performance, motivation does not have a significant effect on performance, Worck Ethic does not significantly influence performance through motivation.     Pengaruh Perceived Usefullness, Perceived Ease of Use Terhadap Behavioral Intention To Use dengan Atittude Towards Using sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Kasus Pada Gopay Dikota Yogyakarta)

    This study aims to determine (1) the effect of perceived usefulness on attitude towards using and, (2) the effect of perceived ease of use on attitude towards using (3) the effect of attitude towards using on behavioral intention to use (4) the effect of perceived usefulness on behavioral intention to use (5) the effect of perceived ease of use on behavioral intention to use (6) the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on attitude towards using (7) the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on behavioral intention to use. The sample in this study were 115 students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta, users of GOPAY. The data collection method uses a questionnaire method that is distributed using the Accidental Purposive Sampling technique. In this research, data quality test, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heterokesdasticity test) are used, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing.     PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA DINAS KESEHATAN KOTA YOGYAKARTA

    Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja dinas kesehatan kota yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus. Populasi penelitian merupakan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu petugas surveilans di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 45 orang. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket kuisioner berskala likers dengan alat analisis data adalah regresi ganda dengan uji t untuk regresi parsial dan uji F untuk regresi ganda. Tingkat signifikan adalah 0,05. Berdasarkan analisa data hasil penelitian dengan teknik regresi ganda maka dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: (1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan positip Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Petugas Suveilans di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Yogyakarta. Dengan di ketahui t hitung > t tabel (2,755 > 1,679), nilai β 0,333 (2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan positip Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Petugas Suveilans di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Yogyakarta. Dengan di ketahui t hitung > t tabel (2,440 > 1,679), nilai β 0,300.  (3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan positip Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Petugas Suveilans di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Yogyakarta. Dengan di ketahui F hitung > F tabel (15,671 > 2,84), nilai R²  0,534.   Kata kunci: Gaya kepemimpinan, Kinerja, Kompensas

    This research was aimed to investigated: 1). Effect of Leadeship Style on employee job satisfication of CV. Mangrove International 2) Effect of Organizational culture on employee Job Satisfication of CV Mangrove InTERNATIONAL 3. Effect of Leadership Style on Employee Performance of CV. Mangrove International 4). Effect of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of CV. Mangrove International 5). Effect of Leadership Style combined with Employee Satisfication of CV Mangrove International, 6). Effect of Leadership style combined with Organizational Culture on Employee Performance, 7). Effect of Empoyee Satisfication on Empoyee Performance of CV Mangrove International. This research used sensuse sampling methode in all population, sample that used was 50 respondent. Data that be used was primary data from quistionare. Analysis tool instrument in this research using SPSS for windows 17.0 and Analysis tool inferential using patial least Square (PLS) which is SEM variance basis with software Smart PLS 3.0. The result showed that: 1). Leadership Style gives significantly positive effect on employee satisfication of CV. Mangrove International with 0,022 P-value and 0,402 parameter of coeficient. 2). Organizational Culture gives non significantly negative effect on employee satisfication of CV Mangrove International with 0,603 P-Value and -0,094 parameter of coeficient. 3. Leadership Style gives non significantly negative effect on employee performance of CV Mangrove International with 0,89 P-Value  and -0,026 Parameter of Coeficient. 4). Organizational Culture gives non significantly  negative effect on employee performance of CV Mangrove International with 0,175 P-Value and -0,274 parameter of coeficient. 5)Leadership Style simultan combined with Organizational Culture gives non significantly positive effect on employee satisfication of CV Mangrove International with 0.193 P-Value and 0,0167 R-Square 6). Leadership Style simultan combined with Organizational Culture gives non significantly positive effect on employee performance of CV Mangrove International with 0,282 P-Value and 0,091 R-Squarre 7). Employee satisfication gives non significantly positive effect on employee performance of CV Magrove International with 0,503 P-Value and 0,11 parameter of coeficient 8) All effect of Leadership style variable with mediation of employee satisfication gives non significanly positive effect on employee performance of CV Mangrove International.     The purpose of this study was to find out the Perception, Motivation, Satisfaction, and Loyalty of Members in Following the Arisan of the Motorbike Auction of Family   Education in Yogyakarta (Arlemot PKPY). The method of this study uses the Ex Post Facto approach. The method uses Inferential Analysis with SmatPLS and SPSS as an analysis tool. The subjects and research objects used are the Arlemot PKPY Members. The results of the study revealed that the test results: The hypothesis shows that motivation has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, Perception has a negative effect and is not significant towards Loyalty, satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on loyalty, motivation (M) has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, motivation has a positive and significant effect on Loyalty. The benefits of this research can be used as information in an effort to improve Arlemot PKPY members through optimal socialization.     Product competition among producers will have an impact on the vulnerability of brand transfer. A brand transfer is a buying pattern that is associated with a change from one brand to another. Some factors that are suspected to influence brand transfer are due to the need to seek variations, consumer dissatisfaction, price, and e-WOM. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of the need to seek variations, consumer dissatisfaction, price and eWOM on brand transfer decisions with studies conducted on Samsung Galaxy brand users who switch to the iPhone brand. This quantitative study uses a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 100 respondents. The instrument used for data collection was using a Likert scale questionnaire. Then the data is processed by using multiple regression analysis. Finally, the results showed that the need to seek variations, consumer dissatisfaction, price and eWOM had a significant influence on brand switching decisions.Persaingan produk antar produsen akan berdampak pada rentannya perpindahan merek. Perpindahan merek adalah pola pembelian yang dikaitkan dengan perubahan atau pergantian dari satu merek ke merek lain. Beberapa faktor yang diduga mempengaruhi perpindahan merek antara lain karena adanya kebutuhan mencari variasi, ketidakpuasan konsumen, harga, serta eWOM. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh kebutuhan mencari variasi, ketidakpuasan konsumen, harga dan eWOM terhadap keputusan perpindahan merek dengan studi yang dilakukan pada pengguna merek Samsung Galaxy ke merek iPhone. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel adalah sebanyak 100 responden. Instrumen yang dipergunakan untuk pengumpulan data adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner skala likert. Selanjutnya data diolah dengan metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kebutuhan mencari variasi, ketidakpuasan konsumen, harga serta eWOM memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan perpindahan merek

    This study aimed to examine the effect of profitability, independent commissioners, audit committees, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to the tax avoidance. the sample that used in this research is manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2013-2017, based on purposive sampling method was obtained 54 companies. The data in this research was processed using SPSS and Eviews with multiple linear regression method. Hypothesis testing method using significance level of 5%. The result of this research show that the profitability has a significant positive influence to the tax avoidance. Independent commissioners, audit committees, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) do not have significant influence to the tax avoidance

The population in this study are clients of Tax Consultant Office Albertus M Santosa. This research use purposive sampling sampling technique. The sample in this research is the permanent client in Tax Consultant Office Albertus M Santosa for at least 2 years. The formula sampling used the Slovin Formula. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analysis used is inferential analysis and path analysis. The research result concluded that : (1) The Service and product quality has a significant positive effect on trust level, (2) The Service and product quality has a positive effect significant to customer loyalty, (3)  Trust levels have a positive effect significant to customer loyalty.   Keywords : Service quality, Product quality, Level of confidence, Customer loyalty
