KONTRIBUSI ENERGI TERBARUKAN DAN AKTIVITAS EKONOMI TERHADAP PERUBAHAN EMISI KARBON DI INDONESIA
This study examines the relationship between renewable energy consumption, urbanization, gross domestic product per capita, international trade, inflation, and CO2 emissions in Indonesia, factors commonly analyzed in the Environmental Kuznets Curve (EKC) hypothesis. This study uses a quantitative approach with annual time series data for Indonesia from 1990 to 2023, obtained from the World Bank. The analysis was conducted using a multiple linear regression model estimated using the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method with a significance level of 5%. The regression model was estimated and analyzed using EViews version 9.0. The results show that renewable energy consumption (REC) has a significant negative effect on CO₂ emissions, while urbanization (URB) and international trade (TRADE) have a significant positive impact on CO₂ emissions. The relationship between GDP per capita (GDPC) and CO₂ emissions shows a U-shaped pattern, not an inverted U as in the EKC hypothesis. Inflation (INF) has no significant effect on CO₂ emissions, indicating that the relationship is influenced by other factors such as fossil energy consumption and environmental policies. This finding emphasizes the need for a comprehensive approach to reducing CO₂ emissions, rather than relying solely on monetary policy or market mechanisms
DAMPAK KERENTANAN PERUBAHAN IKLIM TERHADAP KEBERLANJUTAN KETAHANAN PANGAN
Climate change vulnerability is the phenomenon of the extent to which a system of both humans and the natural environment is vulnerable or has the potential to experience negative impacts due to climate change. This research tries to see how food security is affected by climate change vulnerability and the aspects that develop in it. Multiple linear regression using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) model and cross-sectional data for 2023 in 38 districts and cities in East Java with composite index calculation is the research approach used to estimate the climate change vulnerability index and its forming dimensions. Food security is significantly impacted by climate change vulnerability, according to the findings, with the adaptive capacity dimension having a positive influence and the ecological and human sensitivity dimensions having negative consequences. Nearly one-third of the total effect was attributed to the strong influence of adaptive capacity. This study indicates that susceptibility to climate change presents a significant risk to regional stability, which needs to be addressed and avoided by cooperation between local communities, the corporate sector, and government agencies. The implementation of sustainable farming methods, the shift to renewable energy, and the development of adaptive capability are all necessary to guarantee the supply of high-quality resources
Potensi brown anchovy dalam remineralisasi gigi: tinjauan terhadap kekerasan dan mikroporositas email
The process of dental demineralization can lead to the dissolution of minerals in hydroxyapatite crystals, increasing interprismatic spaces and decreasing enamel hardness. This demineralization can be inhibited through remineralization, supported by natural ingredients such as brown anchovy, which have potential as remineralizing agents. The remineralization process can be observed through changes in enamel microhardness and microporosity. Objectives: This article aims to provide information about the potential of brown anchovy and its effects on enamel microhardness and microporosity. Conclusion: There is potential of brown anchovy and its benefit in teeth remineralization
ASSESSING THE SUITABILITY OF NATURE-BASED SOLUTIONS (NBS) FOR FLOOD RISK REDUCTION: A CASE STUDY OF THE SERAYU WATERSHED IN PURBALINGGA REGENCY, CENTRAL JAVA
The Serayu Watershed is one of the critical watersheds in Central Java, particularly in the upstream. Aim: This study aims to assess the suitability of nature-based solutions (NBS) in flood risk reduction in the Serayu Watershed. Methodology and results: The collected data included the Serayu Watershed boundary and spatial datasets, consisting of a Digital Elevation Model (DEM), infiltration area map, soil erosion map, land use map, and slope map. The authors applied a spatial analysis method using the Geographic Information System (GIS) to integrate historical flood data, population density, topography, slope, geology, soil type, land use, water catchment area, water absorption area, groundwater basin, and erosion rate. The study found that within 10 years (2014-2023), 54 villages were exposed to flooding with a total area of 6,453.3043 ha or 8.010% of the area of Purbalingga Regency. The analysis of land use changes from 2017 to 2022 shows a significant decrease in the area of plantation forests-by 225,477.67 ha, from 323,979.26 ha to 98,501.58 ha. Conclusion, significance, and impact study: This study examines the regional characteristics and flood patterns of the Upper Serayu River in Central Java, Indonesia. Drawing on spatial analysis and hydrological data, the findings identified five NBS recommended for implementation: river floodplain restoration river and stream renaturation, building-related interventions, bioretention areas, and urban farming. These strategies align with local geormorphological conditions and offer sustainable approaches to flood mitigation. This study contributes to regional policy-making and supports the development of flood risk management in the Upper Serayu Watershed
Entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial intention among accounting students of Technical Universities in Ghana- the role of personal attitude
This study aims to explain the mechanism through which employees\u27 attitudes toward corporate social responsibility (CSR) in social enterprises influence organizational citizenship behaviors (OCBs), with job involvement considered as a mediating factor. Based on a sample of 532 employees from Tunisian mutual insurance companies, structural equation modeling confirms the direct positive links between perceived CSR and OCBs. Indirect effects through job involvement reveal that CSR fosters OCBs oriented toward the organization (civic virtue and team spirit), but not those directed toward individuals (mutual help). While existing literature supports the link between CSR and OCBs, few studies have examined the mediating processes involved. This study addresses this gap by demonstrating how CSR perceptions can enhance job involvement, which in turn promotes specific forms of organizational citizenship behaviors. Its findings offer practical implications for managers seeking to leverage CSR to enhance employee engagement, foster citizenship behaviors, and promote sustainable performance
Fraud Intention in the Indonesian Banking Industry: a Development for Fraud Diamond Theory Measurement Scale
This study investigates the factors that contribute to fraud intention within the Indonesian banking industry, focusing on job pressure, opportunity, rationalization, professional capacity, and job insecurity, based on the Fraud Diamond Theory. By employing a mixed-method approach, we first develop a fraud intention measurement scale through interviews and focus group discussions, followed by hypothesis testing on a sample of 100 banking employees. Findings reveal that high job pressure and job insecurity significantly influence fraudulent intentions, especially when employees perceive opportunities and rationalize fraudulent actions. These insights emphasize the need for realistic performance expectations, robust internal controls, and a supportive work environment in banks to mitigate fraud risks. This study enhances the understanding of fraud dynamics in Indonesian banks and suggests directions for future research, including a broader geographical scope and examination of corporate culture\u27s role in fraud prevention
ASSESSING SUSTAINABILITY ASPECT, INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL, AND OWNERSHIP STRUCTURE IN ENHANCING FIRM PERFORMANCE: THE MODERATING ROLE OF PROFITABILITY
This study investigates the impact of green accounting, CSR, intellectual capital, and ownership structure on firm performance, moderated by profitability. Grounded in Resource-Based View and Stakeholder Theory, it explores how internal resources and governance mechanisms influence outcomes in Indonesia’s manufacturing sector. Using secondary data from 40 firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (2019–2023), it applies Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with a Common Effect Model on 200 firm-year observations. This study makes a novel contribution to governance literature by integrating green accounting, CSR, and ownership structure into sustainability-performance models. It clarifies mixed findings in prior research and underscores profitability’s complex moderation role. Practically, it guides firms in aligning sustainability investments with financial goals and refining ownership strategies to optimize performance. Region-specific relevance is reinforced through Indonesia’s PROPER system and CSR regulations (POJK 51), providing actionable insights for policy and corporate decision-making. Findings show green accounting enhances performance, while CSR and ownership structure have significant negative effects. Intellectual capital shows no direct influence. Profitability weakens the positive effect of green accounting and cushions CSR’s negative impact but does not moderate intellectual capital or ownership structure. The research contributes both theoretically and practically, offering a framework to assess how sustainability and governance interact with profitability in emerging market contexts

These findings suggest that digital platforms and halal certification are crucial drivers for business growth, whereas further efforts are needed to improve awareness and access to Islamic financial services. The study highlights the need for continuous technological utilization and regulatory support to enhance the sustainability and competitiveness of MSMEs in the halal economy sector
ANALISIS YURIDIS KEABSAHAN PEMBEBANAN HAK TANGGUNGAN SEBIDANG TANAH YANG DIPEROLEH MELALUI JUAL BELI (STUDI PUTUSAN NOMOR 90/PDT.G/2021/PN.JKT.SEL): Juridical Analysis of the Validity of Mortgage Encumbrance on Land Acquired Through Sale (Case No. 90/PDT.G/2021/PN.JKT.SEL)
The sale and purchase occur between the seller, who has the authority to transfer the rights to the land. The Grantor of the Mortgage Rights must have legal authority over the land object used as collateral. However, in practice, deviations occur in the implementation of the sale and purchase and the imposition of Mortgage Rights, as seen in Decision No. 90/PDT.G/2021/PN.JKT.SEL. The problem formulation is how to assess the validity of the imposition of mortgage rights on a piece of land acquired through sale and purchase in Decision No. 90/PDT.G/2021/PN.JKT.SEL. A normative juridical, descriptive-analytical method was used in this research. This study relies on secondary data from primary legal materials, which are analyzed qualitatively. Therefore, the results can be concluded deductively. The findings show that in Decision Number 90/PDT.G/2021/PN.JKT.SEL, the land was sold by a party who was not the legitimate owner, and the sale transaction was not carried out before an authorized Land Deed Official (PPAT), but only by a notary. As a result, the material and formal requirements for a valid land sale were not fulfilled. The conclusion is that all legal actions related to the land, including the sale and purchase and the imposition of Mortgage Rights, were declared invalid, and the land remains the property of the Plaintiff
