Hydraulic Fracturing Stimulation Planning of “X” Well in Talang Akar Formation
“X” well is a well with a productive sandstone formation with a productivity index of 0.1 bfpd/psi. Hydraulic fracturing will be performed based on screening results, with design simulated using commercial software. The design process includes analyzing well data, reservoir characteristics, and rock geomechanics using the Perkins, Kern, and Nordgren (PKN) fracture model. The chosen fracturing fluid is YF135.1HTD with Carbolite Proppant (12/18 mesh). The geometric model applied uses the PKN method with results of a fracture length of 463.9 ft, fracture height of 9.84 ft, fracture width of 0.37 inch, and fracture conductivity of 77063 md.ft using a total volume of fracturing fluid of 13500 gallons and a total mass of proppant. amounting to 40590 lbs. The required surface injection pressure is 4176.13 psi with an injection rate of 18 bpm and a total pumping time of 20.2 minutes. The performance improvement of the “X” well was in the form of average formation permeability from 29.2 mD to 369.4 mD, an increase in productivity index of 6.5 times and an increase in production rate from 50.46 bfpd to 296.48 bfpd. So, the planning of the hydraulic fracturing design for the “X” Well can be considered for implementation
DISKRIMINASI UPAH BURUH TANI DI KAMPUNG CAMPAKAWANGI KABUPATEN CIANJUR: Wage Discrimination Of Farm Laborers In Campakawangi Village Cianjur Regency
Although there are laws that regulate the equal rights of female and male workers, in actuality, the status of women in the workforce falls short of anticipated standards. The phenomenon of wage discrimination against women workers in Indonesia in reality still occurs in various sectors, one of which is in the agricultural sector. Therefore, this research formulates the problem of whether women farm laborers in Campakawangi Village receive the same wage rights as male farm laborers as stipulated in Article 11 paragraph (1) letter (d) of CEDAW. Regulations regarding the rights of women workers are specifically regulated in article 11, especially related to equal pay and equal treatment in paragraph (1) letter (d). The results and conclution of the research found that female farm laborers in Campakawangi Village still get lower wages than male farm laborers, meaning that the right to equal wages is not fulfilled. Women\u27s rights owned by female farm laborers in Campakawangi Village are still not fulfilled due to the strong patriarchal culture, especially the negative labeling of women that has taken root so that women are considered weaker than men, this is the background for the difference in wages for farm laborers. So the role of local government is needed to make regulations and supervision regarding wage standards with a fair system for male and female farm laborers
PEMBERHENTIAN PNS AKIBAT PENYALAHGUNAAN WEWENANG BERDASARKAN UU NO. 20 TAHUN 2023 (STUDI PUTUSAN NO. 39 K/TUN/2023): Dismissal Of Civil Servants For Abuse Of Authority Based On Law No. 20 Of 2023 (Study Of Decision No. 39k/Tun/2023)

The findings indicate that the dismissal process of Wahyudi was conducted in accordance with legal procedures, including proper summoning and examination stages. The study concludes that the disciplinary action taken was lawful and justified, representing a valid enforcement of civil servant discipline. This research provides a clear understanding of the legal mechanism and procedural standards for dismissing ASN in Indonesia, reinforcing the importance of accountability and integrity within the state apparatus
URGENSI PENETAPAN ALUR LAUT KEPULAUAN INDONESIA (ALKI) IV MENURUT UNITED NATIONS CONVENTION ON THE LAW OF THE SEA (UNCLOS) 1982: THE URGENCY OF DETERMINING INDONESIAN ARCHIPELAGIC SEA LANES PASSAGE (IASLP) IV ACCORDING TO THE UNITED UNITED NATIONS CONVENTION ON THE LAW OF THE SEA (UNCLOS) 1982
Abstract
Indonesia is an archipelagic country that can determine its Archipelagic Sea Route according to UNCLOS 1982. Therefore, Indonesia already has 3 (three) Indonesian Archipelagic Sea Routes (ALKI) from North to South. However, many sea user countries argue that Indonesia should establish ALKI IV from West to East. The problem is whether it is urgent, according to UNCLOS 1982, for Indonesia to establish ALKI IV and what efforts and strategies have been made by Indonesia to establish ALKI IV. By using various research methods, the results of this study bring the conclusion that the sea between the islands of Indonesia becomes open the same as before the 1957 Djuanda Declaration and before the formation of the conception of the archipelago state listed in UNCLOS 1982 if the establishment of ALKI IV. Indonesia feels free to open ALKI IV if the existence of 3 ALKIs can still accommodate the right to cross the archipelagic sea flow. Then, the draft strategy for guarding ALKI in 2022 is known to have been made by the Directorate of Strategy of Bakamla. Furthermore, Indonesia\u27s efforts in determining ALKI IV so far are surveys that connect ALKI I with ALKI II. If Indonesia wants to make ALKI IV, all aspects must be considered. However, if Indonesia does not want to make ALKI IV, it must determine steps supporting this argument.

Assessing the Influence of Market Orientation Dimensions on SMEs Sustainability in Nigeria: An Importance Performance Map Analysis Approach
Sustainability beyond the incubation period is a major challenge for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), hindering their potential for job creation and economic growth. Research shows that market orientation can significantly impact SMEs\u27 sustainability, but there is limited evidence on how its dimensions contribute, individually and collectively, to long-term success, especially in developing countries like Nigeria. This study explores how different dimensions of market orientation contribute to the sustainability of SMEs in Nigeria. A total of 228 SME owners and managers were selected in Ogun State using a non-parametric sampling approach. Importance-Performance Map Analysis (IPMA) was used to evaluate how each dimension of market orientation contributes to SME sustainability. The results show that market responsiveness has the highest performance score of 69.18 and an importance score of 0.276. Intelligence dissemination has a performance score of 71.16 but is not a key determinant, with a negative importance score of -0.123. Competitor orientation, customer orientation, inter-functional coordination, market responsiveness, and value creation are all in the fourth quadrant, emphasizing their importance for SME sustainability. This study suggests SME owners prioritize high-importance and performance dimensions and improve those with lower levels for sustainability
IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN TATA RUANG BERBASIS LINGKUNGAN UNTUK MENCEGAH BANJIR DI KAWASAN PERKOTAAN
Rapid growth in urban areas often results in uncontrolled land use changes, ignoring the presence of green open spaces as regulated in Law Number 26 of 2007 on Spatial Planning, and worsening the risk of flooding. Implementation of environmentally-based spatial planning policies is important to reduce these negative impacts. The problems faced are low compliance with spatial planning policies and lack of coordination between stakeholders in implementing policies that consider environmental aspects. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of implementing environmentally-based spatial planning to prevent flooding in urban areas. This study uses a normative legal approach, which focuses on the analysis of laws and regulations, spatial planning policies, and laws governing the environment and their application in an urban context. The results of the study indicate that the development of green open spaces, improving natural drainage systems, and utilizing environmentally friendly technologies contribute to reducing the risk of flooding in urban areas. However, there are still challenges in implementation that require synergy between the government, community, and private sector
Modeling Sustainability Balanced Scorecard for Social & Environmental Aspects Based on Local Wisdom: Case Study of PT Asmin Bara Bronang, Central Kalimantan
This research aims to develop an integrated model for managing social and environmental aspects within Indonesia\u27s coal mining sector using the Sustainability Balanced Scorecard (SBSC) approach. The study focuses on PT Asmin Bara Bronang, a major mining company in Central Kalimantan that has implemented corporate social and environmental responsibility initiatives based on both national and international standards. However, the effectiveness of these initiatives remains challenged by limited recognition from the local Dayak Ngaju community, who adhere to indigenous wisdom embodied in the Tumbang Anoi Agreement.
The proposed SBSC model integrates the four classical BSC perspectives (financial, customer, internal processes, learning and growth) with social and environmental indicators drawn from ISO 26000, SDGs, PROPER, and locally grounded cultural norms. Findings reveal that the model effectively aligns sustainability strategies with community expectations, reduces social conflict, and strengthens operational and financial performance. This study offers valuable contributions to the sustainability practices of extractive industries in Indonesia and supports policy formulation grounded in indigenous values
