PERLINDUNGAN KONSUMEN ATAS PEREDARAN PRODUK KOSMETIK POST MARKET MENURUT UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 8 TAHUN 1999 TENTANG PERLINDUNGAN KONSUMEN: Consumer Protection For The Distribution Of Post Market Cosmetic Products According To Law Number 8 Of 1999 Concerning Consumer Protection
Consumer protection is an effort to ensure legal certainty in safeguarding consumer rights. This study examines the regulation of cosmetic product quality standards and the role of the National Agency of Drug and Food Control (BPOM) in conducting post-market surveillance to ensure compliance with established standards. The identified issues in this research are how the quality standards are applied to Scarlett Whitening body lotion products and how BPOM plays a role in ensuring the safety of these cosmetic products for consumers. This research uses a normative-descriptive method through literature study and interviews with consumers and BPOM officials. Based on the research findings and conclusions, it is concluded that every cosmetic product must comply with the established quality standards, and BPOM plays a crucial role in conducting both pre-market and post-market supervision. Although Scarlett Whitening products have fulfilled legal requirements in accordance with regulatory provisions, consumers have expressed dissatisfaction regarding the product’s heavy texture, difficulty of absorption, and lack of promised brightening effects. This highlights the importance of quality supervision not only in terms of legal compliance but also in ensuring consumer experience and satisfaction
BIAYA TAHUNAN PATEN CIVITAS AKADEMIKA UNIVERSITAS TRISAKTI YANG TIDAK TERKOMERSIALISASI: Annual Fee For Non-Commercial Patents Of Trisakti University Academicians
When a patent application has been granted and the patent has been registered in the general register of patents, the patent begins to receive protection. Thus, the owner or holder of the patent has the right to exercise the patent rights himself. In addition to these rights, as a result of patent protection, the patent owner/holder has several obligations, one of which is to pay the annual patent fee, to any patent owner/holder including universities, is Trisakti. The indentification problem in this research is about the payment of annual fees for patents that are not commercialized, in this case patents at Trisakti. The result and the conclusion shows that based on Article 21 of Law No.13 Year 2016 of Patent, there is no exception in the payment of annual fee. The reason for not commercializing a patent cannot be the reason for not paying the annual fee. Therefore, Trisakti as the holder of patent rights from its academic community is still obliged to pay annual fees. No Trisakti patent has been successfully commercialized, but Trisakti still pays the annual fee because if the annual fee is not paid, the consequence is that the patent rights will be revoked
PEMBERATAN SANKSI PIDANA TERHADAP PELAKU KEKERASAN SEKSUAL TERHADAP ANAK DALAM HUBUNGAN KELUARGA (STUDI PUTUSAN NOMOR 215/PID.SUS/2023/PN JKT. BRT): Aggravation Of Criminal Sanctions Against Perpetrators Of Sexual Violence Against Children In Family Relationships (Study Of Decision Number 215/Pid.Sus/2023/PN Jkt. Brt)
Sexual violence against children within the family is an increasingly prevalent issue, even when the victims are physically prepubescent and lack adult sexual characteristics. This study identifies problems concerning the psychological, emotional, and social impacts experienced by child victims of sexual violence within the family environment, including fear, trauma, mistrust of others, and feelings of guilt over the incidents. The research employs a normative-descriptive approach, utilizing literature review and analysis of relevant case studies. The findings indicate that victims suffer from physical and psychological trauma, exhibit withdrawn behavior, and experience guilt, exacerbated by social intimidation that blames the child for the incident. Sexual violence within the family not only causes individual harm but also disrupts social relationships and the psychological development of the child in the long term. With the results of the research and conclusion, it was found that legal protection and psychological interventions for child victims are critically needed, alongside increased awareness within families and communities to prevent sexual violence and support the comprehensive recovery of victims
Oil and gas are some of the components that are required in everyday life, from the needs of the community to the demands of industry, making oil and gas production a significant activity that requires attention. Producing oil in the field is deeply connected to a decrease in a reservoir pressure, which lowers the production rate, reduces the working fluid level to the pump setting, and lowers pump volumetric level, an artificial lift must be installed for the fluid to be produced. However, reservoir production may experience well problems such as water cuts, scaling, and others over time. If a well has a high water cut but has the characteristics of heavy oil, it is necessaryto increase the gross production of the well to optimize the oil recovery. An artificial lift SRP RWB CHIRCHILL C25-56-36 with a production rate 250 BFPD is installed in the X well. To increase the production rate, an ESP SST3021 artificial lift must be installed with a production rate of 3000 BFPD.
As a result, an artificial lit optimization from SRP to ESP was performed to optimize the gross-up of well X.From several parameters, the author proves whether the optimization of artificial lift from SRP to ESP can increase oil and gas production. According to the hydrocarbon reserve specifications, well X still has 4032 MSTB of oil reserves, with a production duration of up to 2045 to achieve qlimit. Based on the simulation of nodal analysis, well X is simulated using an artificial lift ESP with a TGH4000 pump. The optimum flow rate obtained is 3999.08 MSTB, with the same number of stages and frequency values as the ESP installed in well X, which is 21 and the frequency value is 50 Hz. This proves that by optimizing ESP, the good flow rate increases
ANALISIS PENYEBAB RESERVOIR RESISTIVITAS RENDAH PADA LAPISAN BATUPASIR FORMASI TALANG AKAR CEKUNGAN SUNDA ASRI DAN SUMATERA SELATAN
This research area is an oil and gas field characterized by low-resistivity zones in the Talang Akar Formation of the Sunda Asri and South Sumatra basins. The formation\u27s lithology comprises sandstone, claystone, shale, and interspersed limestone, all deposited in a shallow marine environment. The objective of conducting petrophysical analysis is to identify the potential of the formation, particularly its low-resistivity reservoirs. The research utilizes well log, core, mud log, petrography, X-ray diffraction (XRD), and biostratigraphy data. Analysis of these data yields Gamma Ray logs, Resistivity logs, and Porosity logs, which include neutron log porosity (NPHI) and density porosity (RHOB).
Several factors contribute to the low resistivity of reservoirs in this area, including the presence of clay minerals like kaolinite, chlorite, and illite in the Talang Akar formation, which interfere with low resistivity readings. The occurrence of conductive minerals such as pyrite, biotite, and tourmaline, the high salinity of formation water (>10,000 ppm), classified as High Saline Water, the fine to medium grain size of the sand (0.063 – 0.5 mm) which can retain formation water (irreducible water), leading to low resistivity readings, and the thickness of the rock layers, as evidenced by the depositional environment of the Talang Akar Formation, ranging from the upper delta plains to the lower delta plains, are also influential factors
STUDI LABORATORIUM INJEKSI MES KONSENTRASI RENDAH PADA BATUAN SANDSTONE DI SUHU 60ᵒC
Global demand for oil and gas is projected to increase by 6% from 2022 to 2028, reaching 105.7 million barrels per day (bopd), driven by strong demand from the petrochemical and aviation sectors. Consequently, exploration is needed to discover new oil and gas reserves, with attention shifting to unconventional resources, considering the depletion and challenges in finding conventional reserves.
This study aims to analyze the adsorption behavior of five shale rock samples from the "RKO" field, well "R26," determine the maximum adsorption values using Langmuir isotherm modeling, and evaluate the effect of depth on adsorption capacity. The data used in this research includes proximate analysis and adsorption isotherm data to illustrate the adsorption curves that occur in the samples. Based on the test results, it was found that the five shale samples from well "R26," namely samples RM-001, RM-002, RM-003, RM-004, and RM-005, follow a Type 1 adsorption isotherm pattern, where the amount of adsorbate increases linearly with increasing pressure. Furthermore, the Langmuir isotherm modeling results for the samples indicate a maximum adsorption pressure of 2851 psi, with maximum adsorption volumes of 2.35 m³/t for RM-001, 2.44 m³/t for RM-002, 2.42 m³/t for RM-003, 2.48 m³/t for RM-004, and 2.42 m³/t for RM-005. The test results also show that depth variation does not affect the volume and adsorption capacity
