Penilaian maturasi skeletal menggunakan radiograf Vertebra servikal dan pergelangan tangan
Introduction: Determining skeletal maturity is crucial in determining orthodontic treatment planning and treatment timing. The timing of orthodontic treatment is influenced by the patient\u27s maturation stage, but each person develops at a different rate. Biological age, which considers body growth, is more accurate measure than chronological age. Radiograph of the cervical vertebrae and wrist bones can be used to assess maturity. Objective: This review aims to investigate the assessment of skeletal maturity using cervical vertebrae (CVMS) and hand-wrist (HWM) radiographs. Discussion: CVMS and HWM are two common methods for assessing skeletal maturity. CVMS utilizes lateral cephalometric radiographs, while HWM employs hand-wrist radiographs. Both methods offer advantages, such as simplicity and correlation with other maturity indicators. However, each method also has limitations, including subjectivity and radiation exposure. Conclusion: CVMS and HWM methods are valuable tools for assessing skeletal maturity in orthodontics. Dentists should carefully consider the advantages and disadvantages of each method when required to do growth assessment

This condition results in the non-fulfillment of the child’s rights, including legal protection, certainty of identity, and welfare guarantees. Therefore, adoption must be carried out in accordance with applicable legal provisions to ensure legal certainty and protection for the chil

ANALISIS TENTANG KETENTUAN PENERIMA SUAP DALAM TINDAK PIDANA KORUPSI: Analysis Of The Provisions On Bribery Receivers In Corruption Crimes
Corruption in Indonesia continues to occur systematically, including bribery involving state officials as recipients of bribes. The use of articles on bribery, particularly Article 5 paragraph 2 and Article 12 letter b, still causes legal uncertainty. The problem formulation in this study is: What are the provisions on recipients of bribes in criminal acts of corruption, particularly in Law Number 20 of 2001? A normative method was used in this study, which was descriptive in nature, using secondary data and primary data to support the secondary data. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively. The results of the discussion and conclusions of this study are to illustrate that Article 5 paragraph (2) and Article 12 letter b both regulate the acceptance of bribes, but have fundamental differences in the elements and characteristics of the offense. The difference lies mainly in the form of the offense, where Article 5 paragraph (2) requires intent, while Article 12 letter b uses reasonable suspicion or knowledge with a heavier criminal penalty. The similarity in the core of the offense and the difference in the elements of the offense have the potential to cause misinterpretation, so a careful understanding of each article is necessary
ANALISIS PENGARUH UKURAN PERUSAHAAN DAN PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP KINERJA ESG PADA PERUSAHAAN PUBLIK DI INDONESIA
This study aims to analyze the influence of firm size and profitability on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research sample consists of 40 companies indexed by Morningstar Sustainalytics and Thomson Reuters during the 2020–2024 period, resulting in 200 observations selected using purposive sampling. Secondary data were obtained from IDX publications, sustainability databases, and companies’ official reports. The data were analyzed using panel data regression with the Fixed Effect Model. The novelty of this study lies in the use of total sales as a proxy for firm size and the simultaneous examination of two profitability indicators, namely Return on Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM), to provide a more comprehensive explanation of ESG performance determinants in emerging market companies, particularly in Indonesia. Unlike previous studies that generally employ total assets as firm size measurement or focus on a single profitability indicator, this study integrates operational capacity and financial efficiency perspectives in explaining ESG performance. The results show that firm size has a positive and significant effect on ESG performance, indicating that larger companies tend to implement better sustainability practices due to greater resources and higher public pressure. Conversely, ROE has a negative and significant effect, suggesting that firms with higher shareholder returns tend to prioritize financial performance over sustainability initiatives. Meanwhile, NPM has no significant effect on ESG performance. In conclusion, ESG performance in Indonesian public companies is more strongly influenced by organizational scale than profitability efficiency. Future research is recommended to incorporate additional variables such as corporate governance characteristics, leverage, institutional ownership, or media exposure, and to extend the observation period
