Full text linkThe purpose of this study was conducted to find out how much teacher performance of earlychildhood education throughout the Depok City. The study involved 102 early childhoodeducation teachers in the Gandul Village and Sub-district of Cinere, Depok City. This study usedsurvey instruments and used path analysis to test the hypothesis. The reason to use pathanalysis method is because it helps simplify the process of analyzing data. Full text linkPenelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan kurangnya pemahaman umat Hindu EtnisJawa di Pringsewu terhadap adanya Merajan. Oleh sebab itu perlu adanya pemahaman UmatHindu Etnis Jawa di Kabupaten Pringsewu membangun tempat ibadah keluarga HinduMerajan yang merupakan sarana untuk mendekatkan diri dengan Tuhan dan leluhur sertauntuk melaksanakan pemujaan yang diwujudkan dengan mempersembahkan bhakti dankesucian hatinya kehadapan Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa beserta segala manifestasi-Nya danpara leluhur.Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptifdi Kabupaten Pringsewu. Berbagai teknik pengumpulan data digunakan dalam menghimpundata yang dibutuhkan yaitu teknik wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yangditemukan peneliti yaitu Merajan dapat meningkatkan kualitas keyakinan umat Hindu EtnisJawa di Kabupaten Pringsewu yang terlihat dari difungsikanya Merajan oleh keluarga Hinduuntuk bersembahyang setiap harinya atau pada hari-hari suci lainnya. Selain itu Merajandapat meningkatkan pengamalan ajaran agama Hindu umat Hindu Etnis Jawa di KabupatenPringsewu yang tercermin dalam perilaku di masyarakat yang patuh dan taat pada hukumdan peraturan pemerintah, menjaga kerukunan dan keharmonisan dilingkungan masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Tempat Ibadah Keluarga, Keyakinan dalam beragama, Hindu Etnis Jaw

Full text linkThe objective of this research to find out the influences of Job design and job satisfaction onprdoductivity of employees Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. The research wasconducted by using a survey method with path anlysis in testing hypotesis. In this research, 89 ofemployees were selected by random sampling technique, the research was focused of three aspect:job design, job satisfaction and prdoductivity. Full text linkAbtract :This Purpose of this research is to comprehensively understand aboutthe effect of communication, teamwork, on ethics of the employee in statecollege of Meteorology Climatology and Geophysics.The research methodologywas survey with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. It was conducted to45 employee as a sample from population 50 employee who was selected insimple random way using Slovin Formula, using Path Analysis. Analysis andinterpretation of data indicate that (1) the communication has a positive direct ineffect on ethics, (2) teamwork has a positive direct effect on ethics, and (3)communication has a positive direct effect on teamwork.Keywords : communication, teamwork, ethic
