    Workplace Incivility dan Kinerja Dosen di Kota Pontianak: Peran Mediasi Sinisme dan Keterikatan Kerja

    Incivility in the workplace is not a new phenomenon, particularly in higher education settings, where complex transformations occur due to generational differences in the workforce. This study aims to measure the impact of workplace incivility on work engagement and cynicism, as well as its effects on the job performance of university lecturers in Pontianak. This research adopts an explanatory design to elucidate the causal relationships between variables using quantitative methods. Primary data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents selected through purposive sampling. The study involved 122 lecturers representing various age groups from Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials (Generation Y), to Generation Z, to elucidate the responses of each generation to the phenomenon of workplace incivility. The collected data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that work engagement partially mediates the relationship between workplace incivility and job performance, with a significance value of 0.005. Meanwhile, cynicism fully mediates the relationship between workplace incivility and job performance, with a significance value of 0.748

    Pengembangan Model Sistem Informasi Manajemen Administrasi Sekolah Berbasis Website “SIMANIS SISTE” untuk Meningkatkan Layanan Sekolah YPK di Kabupaten Jayapura

    This research aims to develop a school management information system model named "SIMANIS SISTE," a web-based platform designed to improve the administrative services of YPK schools in Jayapura Regency. This study addresses the need for a more effective and efficient administrative system to support educational services. The research employed the ADDIE development model, comprising five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and validations by school administration and information technology experts. A limited trial was conducted, involving the principal as the admin, two teachers as editors, and seven teachers as authors. Research instruments included closed and open-ended questionnaires and observation sheets. The findings indicate that the "SIMANIS SISTE" model achieved a very high validity score, with an average of 91%, making it suitable for implementation. The system has proven effective in enhancing school administrative efficiency, featuring tools that facilitate data management, user collaboration, and information accessibility. Additionally, user suggestions regarding interface optimization and usage guidelines were incorporated into system improvements. These findings demonstrate that implementing "SIMANIS SISTE" can serve as an innovative solution to address school administration challenges and enhance the quality of educational services in YPK schools in Jayapura Regency

    Pengaruh Integrasi Teknologi dalam Pembelajaran Terhadap Kompetensi Pedagogi Digital Guru SMP

    The demand for digital competence in education is increasing in line with the rapid advancement of technology, requiring teachers to adapt digital tools and platforms in their instructional practices. This study aims to examine the extent to which technology integration in teaching influences the digital pedagogical competence of public junior high school teachers in Probolinggo City. A non-experimental quantitative approach was employed using a survey method. The sample comprised 185 teachers selected through proportionate stratified random sampling from a total population of 334 teachers. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a 4-point Likert scale, which had passed both validity and reliability tests. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression with the aid of SPSS version 27.0. The findings indicate that technology integration in teaching significantly influences teachers’ digital pedagogical competence, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.624. This suggests that 62.4% of the variance in teachers’ digital pedagogical competence can be explained by the variable of technology integration, while the remaining 37.6% is influenced by other factors. These findings confirm that the more effectively teachers utilize technology, the higher their level of digital pedagogical competence. The main conclusion of this study is that technology integration serves as a critical factor in shaping teachers' digital pedagogical competence. The implication is that policy support and continuous training programs are essential to enhance teachers’ capacity to effectively use technology in teaching. Such efforts are vital for realizing an adaptive, relevant, and high-quality educational transformation in the digital era

    Abstrak. Penelitian ini menggali dinamika yang rumit dalam penilaian saham dan pengambilan keputusan di dalam pasar Bursa Efek Jakarta (JKSE) dalam konteks sektor Energi (Sub-Industri Peralatan & Layanan Minyak, Gas & Batu Bara). Titik fokus analisis ini terletak pada penentuan rekomendasi "Beli" dan "Jual" berdasarkan kinerja saham dan hasil yang diantisipasi. Kategorisasi ini mencerminkan evaluasi yang rumit terhadap kesesuaian setiap saham dengan nilai intrinsiknya dan nilai pasar JKSE secara keseluruhan. Tujuh saham (DEWA, DOID, MYOH, PKPK, PTRO, UNIQ, dan WINS) diusulkan sebagai pilihan "Beli," mengingat hasil yang diantisipasi melebihi nilai pasar saat ini, yang mungkin mengindikasikan penilaian rendah. Sebaliknya, rekomendasi "Jual" diberikan untuk 4 perusahaan (ITMA, RUIS, SICO, dan TAMU), di mana hasil yang diharapkan kurang, mengindikasikan penilaian tinggi atau kinerja yang kurang baik. Selain penilaian saham individual ini, penelitian ini juga meluas ke interaksi antara pasar JKSE dan nilai saham individual. Dengan menggunakan Model Penilaian Aset Modal (CAPM) dan Python, analisis ini mengungkapkan temuan yang signifikan. Di antara berbagai perusahaan, DOID dan WINS berkorelasi secara signifikan dengan nilai pasar JKSE, yang diperkuat oleh nilai P yang rendah, yaitu 0,014 dan 0,038, masing-masing. Sebaliknya, perusahaan lain menunjukkan nilai P di bawah ambang batas 0,05, yang mengindikasikan kurangnya pengaruh yang signifikan dari nilai pasar JKSE. Sebagai kesimpulan, penelitian ini menekankan hubungan rumit antara nilai pasar, kinerja saham individual, dan keputusan investor. Dengan memahami tingkat korelasi yang bervariasi dan faktor-faktor yang mendorong rekomendasi "Beli" dan "Jual," investor dapat menghadapi kompleksitas pasar untuk mengoptimalkan portofolio mereka. This study explores the complex aspects of stock valuation and decision-making on the Jakarta Stock Exchange (JKSE), focusing on the Energy Sector, particularly within the Sub-Industry of Oil, Gas, & Coal Equipment & Services. The primary objective is to ascertain "Buy" and "Sell" recommendations grounded in anticipated returns and stock performance. This classification stems from a meticulous examination of each stock's alignment with both its intrinsic value and the overarching market value of the JKSE. Seven stocks (DEWA, DOID, MYOH, PKPK, PTRO, UNIQ, and WINS) merit "Buy" endorsements, as their projected returns surpass their present market valuations, potentially indicating undervaluation. Conversely, "Sell" recommendations are assigned to four companies (ITMA, RUIS, SICO, and TAMU) in cases where projected returns fall short, suggesting either underperformance or overvaluation. Incorporating Python and the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM), this analysis yields a noteworthy insight. Companies like WINS and DOID display a substantial association with the JKSE market value, as evidenced by their notably low P-values of 0.014 and 0.038, respectively. In contrast, the P-values for other companies fall below the 0.05 threshold, implying that the market value of JKSE lacks a substantial impact. This research highlights the complex relationships involving market valuations, stock performance, and investor choices. By discerning the various degrees of correlation and comprehending the factors that influence "Buy" and "Sell" recommendations, investors can adeptly navigate the intricacies of the market and optimize their investment returns.     Implementasi Supervisi Akademik Melalui Platform Pengelolaan Kinerja Guru

    Supervisi akademik yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah memiliki peran strategis dalam pendampingan praktik pengajaran guru. Pemanfaatan platform digital mengelalui pengelolaan kinerja guru dalam supervisi akademik memungkinkan kepala sekolah untuk merencanakan, mengobservasi, mengevaluasi, serta memberikan umpan balik secara lebih sistematis dan berbasis data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengenalisis tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut supervisi akademik melalui platform digital. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi kelas, dan studi dokumen, kemudian direduksi, disajikan, dan ditarik kesimpulan berdasarkan triangulasi sumber. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan supervisi melalaui platform digital dirancang secara sistematis dan partisipatif, pelaksanaan berbasis observasi dan umpan balik, serta tindak lanjut meliputi pelatihan dan mentoring khusus. Kebaruan penelitian terletak pada integrasi platform digital sebagai instrumen pembinaan berkelanjutan, transparan, dan akuntabel. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan supervisi akademik dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan tindak lanjut melalui Platform Pengelolaan Kinerja Guru sudah berbasis data sebagai strategi pembinaan yang berorientasi pada peningkatan profesionalisme guru dan mutu pembelajaran. Rekomendasi yaitu pengembangan instrumen evaluasi supervisi yang komprehensif mengintegrasikan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif.Academic supervision carried out by the principal plays a strategic role in supporting teachers' teaching practices. The use of digital platforms through teacher performance management in academic supervision allows principals to plan, observe, evaluate, and provide feedback more systematically and data-driven. This study aims to describe and analyze the stages of planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up of academic supervision through a digital platform. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data analysis techniques use the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. Data are collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document studies, then reduced, presented, and conclusions are drawn based on source triangulation. The findings indicate that supervision planning through a digital platform is designed systematically and participatory, implementation is based on observation and feedback, and follow-up includes special training and mentoring. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of the digital platform as an instrument for continuous, transparent, and accountable development. The conclusion of this study shows that academic supervision from planning, implementation, and follow-up through the Teacher Performance Management Platform is data-driven as a development strategy oriented towards improving teacher professionalism and learning quality. The recommendation is to develop a comprehensive supervision evaluation instrument that integrates quantitative and qualitative data.

    Wira wiri Suroboyo merupakan salah satu alat transportasi umum yang beroperasi di Kota Surabaya. Pemerintah Kota Surabaya melalui Dinas Perhubungan Kota Surabaya menjadi bagian dalam sistem operasional wira wiri Suroboyo. Isu hukum yang diangkat pada topik ini adalah perlindungan hukum bagi penumpang feeder yang mengalami kerugian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menjawab isu ini adalah dengan menggunakan penelitian hukum dengan pendekatan statute approach dan conceptual approach yaitu metode yang berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan dan konsep hukum yang telah ada di masyarakat.. Sebagai alat angkutan darat, tentu penumpang memiliki risiko kerugian seperti kecelakaan atau kehilangan barang. Wira wiri Suroboyo berbeda dengan alat transportasi umum lainnya, terutama dalam perlindungan hukum bagi penumpangnya. Pemkot Surabaya memiliki peran penting dalam memberikan perlindungan hukum bagi penumpang feeder. Perlindungan hukum yang dilakukan oleh angkutan umum Wira Wiri Suroboyo wajib dilaksanakan sesuai dengan Peraturan Walikota dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang sesuai pada bidang angkutan jalan.Wira Wiri Suroboyo is one of the public transportation in the city of Surabaya where the Surabaya City Government, through the Surabaya City Transportation Service, is part of the Wira Wiri Suroboyo operational system. As a means of land transportation, passengers have the risk of losses such as accidents or loss of goods. This research raises a legal question regarding legal protection for feeder passengers who experience losses. Wira Wiri Suroboyo is different from other public transportation, especially in terms of legal protection for passengers. Therefore, the Surabaya City Government plays an important role in providing legal protection for feeder passengers. Theoretically, the general legal protection by Wira Wiri Suroboyo transportation must be implemented in accordance with the Mayor Regulations and its executive laws and regulations in the field of road transportation.     Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) ini mengidentifikasi dan menangani penyalahgunaan narkotika di Desa Sumogawe, Kecamatan Getasan, Kabupaten Semarang, khususnya dalam melibatkan anak di bawah umur. Metode pelaksanaan melibatkan pendekatan langsung melalui penyuluhan hukum kepada masyarakat dengan materi mengenai hukum narkotika, kenakalan remaja, dan perlindungan anak. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran hukum pada masyarakat yang diukur melalui sesi diskusi interaktif dan konsultasi hukum. Dampak kegiatan mencakup peningkatan kemampuan masyarakat dalam mengenali dan mencegah penyalahgunaan narkotika di lingkungannya.This community service activity identified and handled the narcotics problem in Sumogawe Village, Getasan District, Semarang Regency, especially involving underage children. The implementation method includes a direct approach through community legal education to material regarding narcotics law, juvenile delinquency and child protection. The results show an increase in legal awareness in the community as measured through interactive discussion sessions and legal consultations.     Implementasi Program Pelatihan Hardiness pada Calon Karyawan Baru di Rumah Sakit X

    Sebuah instansi tentu memiliki pekerja yang disebut sebagai karyawan. Mencari karyawan terjadi dalam proses seleksi dan rekrutmen. Namun permasalahan tentu ditemui oleh tim rekrumen, salah satunya calon karyawan yang kurang dalam ketahanan terhadap tekanan. Maka dari itu perlu diatasi dengan baik, supaya tidak memperburuk kondisi yang ada. Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan ketahanan terhadap tekanan atau hardiness diperlukan adanya program pelatihan hardiness. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan dari implementasi program pelatihan hardiness pada calon karyawan baru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif eksperimen dengan menggunakan one group pretest-posttest design. Teknik sampling yang digunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan partisipan sebanyak 10 calon karyawan baru rumah sakit. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program pelatihan hardiness mampu meningkatkan hardiness pada calon karyawan baru (Z = -2,153 dan sig = 0,031). Hal ini dapat menjadi bekal pada calon karyawan baru ketika bekerja sehingga calon karyawan mampu dalam menjalankan pekerjaannya.An organization certainly has employees known as workers. Finding employees occurs in the selection and recruitment process. However, problems are certainly encountered by the recruitment team, one of which is prospective employees who are lacking in resilience to pressure. Therefore, it needs to be addressed properly, so as not to worsen the existing condition. To improve resilience to pressure or hardiness, a hardiness training program is needed. The purpose of this study is to determine the improvement from the implementation of a hardiness training program for new employees. The research method used is quantitative experimental using a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique with 10 participants of new hospital employees. Data analysis uses the Wilcoxon Signed Rank test. The results show that the implementation of the hardiness training program is able to increase the hardiness of new employees (Z = -2.153 and sig = 0.031). This can be a provision for new employees when working so that they are able to perform their duties

    This study aims to determine the benefits of audio-visual media Upin and Ipin ecosystem episode in helping the understanding of 6th grade elementary school students. The sample in this study were 6th grade students as many as 5 students. The method used is using a qualitative approach descriptive method, with research data collection methods through pre-test and post-test. Students are given a spectacle in the form of Upin and Ipin audio-visual media about ecosystems that are in accordance with the learning subjects taken. Comparing the results of student research before and after giving the spectacle of Upin and Ipin audio-visual media on ecosystem episodes. The pre-test and post-test assessment leads to a basic understanding of the ecosystem which includes: 1) students are able to know the basic understanding of ecosystems, 2) students can distinguish inanimate objects and living objects, 3) students can identify the relationship between living and inanimate objects in the surrounding environment. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test, it shows that the audio-visual media Upin and Ipin ecosystem episode has benefits in helping 6th grade elementary school students' understanding of basic knowledge of ecosystem material

    TEACHER AND SCHOOL RESPONSES TO ANTI-BULLYING POLICIES AND RELIGIOUS MINORITY STUDENTS IN INDONESIA

    ABSTRACT Bullying remains prevalent because many teachers and schools have not fully adopted perspectives of tolerance and diversity. This lack of approach is a major factor in the high incidence of bullying against religious minority students in Indonesia. In this context, it is important to understand how anti-bullying policies are implemented in schools, particularly in relation to the treatment of students from religious minority groups. The purpose of this study is to conduct an in-depth analysis of how schools and teachers in Indonesia respond to existing anti-bullying regulations, with a specific focus on how they treat children from religious minority groups. This study employs a qualitative approach with in-depth interview methods to explore the responses and experiences of teachers, schools, and students themselves. By deeply analyzing the responses from educators and schools, as well as the experiences of students, this study aims to identify gaps in policy implementation and provide methods to enhance the effectiveness of anti-bullying measures. The potential impact of this research is to ensure that religious minority children are provided with an environment that supports their identities, so they can feel safe and valued in their educational environment. Additionally, this research is expected to serve as a foundation for formulating more inclusive and effective policies in preventing bullying in the future
