Rekonsiliasi Konflik Paulus dalam Surat Filemon bagi Gereja di Indonesia: Sebuah Refleksi Teologis
Throughout the history there has always been a tension between a conflict and the reconciliation. Both are important in the formation and learning of human beings in constructing a better life in humanity. The Bible is also present to overcome various conflicts and reconciliation in the history of human life with God and also with each other. The Bible teaches us to continue to build the capacity to reconcile conflicts that occur in human life from God's perspective. The Letter of Philemon is a pastoral letter sent by the Apostle Paul to help the congregation in reconciling the conflict between "master" and "slave" in the midst of a culture that favors the possessors of power. As a manifestation of God's presence in the world, the church is called to respond to various problems around it in realizing Christ the proclamation among His people especially for the churches in Indonesia
Analisis Kompetensi Guru terhadap Penyusunan Perangkat Pembelajaran pada Kurikulum Merdeka di Sekolah Dasar
The objective of this study is to depict teacher competence in creating educational materials within the independent curriculum at primary schools. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach and utilizes both primary and secondary data sources. Data gathering methods consist of observations and interviews. The outcomes of the study of the research can be found that teacher competence in compiling learning tools in the independent curriculum can be described through five aspects, namely: 1) The teacher's knowledge aspect which discusses teaching ability and mastery of the material. 2) Aspects of teacher skills related to student interaction and involvement in preparing learning tools and their learning styles. 3) Attitude and behavioral aspects where the role of the teacher is crucial in establishing an effective and conducive learning atmosphere and is able to facilitate the student learning process. 4) The context aspect is associated with enhancing teacher professionalism and the use of technology as a learning support tool. 5) The evaluation aspect is related to developing student assessments and measuring understanding with rubric assessments.The objective of this study is to depict teacher competence in creating educational materials within the independent curriculum at primary schools. Hubungan Pemahaman Bhinneka Tunggal Ika Dengan Kesadaran Berkebhinekaan Global
This study aims to prove whether there is a relationship between understanding of Unity in Diversity and global diversity awareness of students in class X SMKN 3 Sukoharjo, with a correlational quantitative method. The variables are the understanding of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika and global diversity awareness. The population is 500 students in class X SMKN 3 Sukoharjo with a sample of 70 students in class X Marketing A and X Automotive Engineering A. The sampling technique is cluster random sampling. Validity test with point biserial test and product moment test. Spearman Brown and Cronbach Alpha reliability tests. Normality test with liliefors test and linearity test with lack of fit test method. Hypothesis testing using pearson correlation product moment test and regression equation. The results of the study are Sig value. 0.000 and the value (r) 0.837, indicating that students who have a high understanding of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika have a high awareness of diversity. The results strengthen the Affective-Cognitive Consistency theory by Rosenberg.This study aims to prove whether there is a relationship between comprehension Bhinneka Tunggal Ika and students global diversity awareness in class X SMKN 3 Sukoharjo, with a quantitative correlation method. The research variables are comprehension Bhinneka Tunggal Ika and global diversity awareness. The population is all students of class X SMKN 3 Sukoharjo. The sample amounted to 70 from class X Marketing A and X Automotive Engineering A. The sampling technique was cluster random sampling. Data collection techniques through multiple choice objective test instruments and questionnaires. Validity test with point biserial and product moment. Reliability test using spearman brown and cronbach's alpha. Normality test with lilliefors and linearity test with lack-of-fit test. Hypothesis testing using pearson correlation product moment test and regression equation. Sig value was obtained. 0.000 and the value (r) 0.840 means that there is a positive and significant relationship between the comprehension of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika and global diversity awareness. The research results strengthen the Affective-Cognitive Consistency theory by Rosenberg (1960)
Evaluasi Kompetensi Guru Penggerak di Sekolah Dasar Kabupaten Buru Menggunakan Model CIPP
This study aims to evaluate whether the competence of the driving teacher in the category of developing oneself and others can improve the quality of elementary schools in Buru Regency and evaluate whether the competence of the driving teacher in the category of learning leadership can improve the quality of elementary schools in Buru Regency. This study is an evaluation study. The aspects that will be evaluated in this study are developing oneself & others and learning leadership. The evaluation model chosen in this study is CIPP developed by Stufflebeam, which includes context, input, process, and product. The study was conducted in four elementary schools in Buru Regency, namely SD Negeri 2 Namlea, SD Negeri 7 Namlea, SD Negeri 6 Waeapo, and SD Alhilaal Namsina with data sources being driving teachers, principals, and fellow teachers. Data collection techniques used in the study were interviews, observations, and documentation. The data validity test used triangulation of sources and techniques. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Evaluation of the competence of developing oneself and others shows that driving teachers have a high awareness of developing, creating a sustainable learning environment, implementing a positive culture, and sharing good practices so as to improve school quality. The evaluation of learning leadership competency indicates that the driving teacher demonstrates learning leadership that has a positive impact on school quality. The driving teacher implements student-centered learning supported by technology, positive culture, and social emotional learning. As a result, student motivation and participation have increased significantly. Stronger support is needed from all school residents and the education office in developing competency
Pengaruh Metode Hypnoteaching Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Peserta Didik
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa kelas III. Metode hypnoteaching sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan motivasi dalam proses pembelajaran, karena metode hypnoteaching menyampaikan pembelajaran melalui bahasa alam bawah sadar sehingga dapat menumbuhkan motivasi atau minat belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh metode hypnoteaching terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas III SD Negeri 60 Pangkalpinang.
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan One-Group Pretest Posttest Design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III SD Negeri 60 Pangkalpinang dengan menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas berupa uji Shapiro-Wilk dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t sampel berpasangan.
Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai rata-rata siswa kelas III SD Negeri 60 Pangkalpinang dengan nilai pretest = 44,46 dan posttest = 77,83, sedangkan hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan uji normalitas pretest menunjukkan hasil pretest 0,087 > 0,05 dan posttest 0,111 > 0,05 sehingga berdistribusi normal. Hasil uji Paired Sample T-Test dengan thitung = 18,382 dan ttabel = 1,691. Selain itu signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 yang berarti p<0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh metode hypnoteaching terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas III SD Negeri 60 Pangkalpinang.This research was motivated by the low learning motivation of third-grade students. The hypnoteaching method was used as a solution to increase learning motivation because it conveys learning through subconscious language, thereby fostering student interest and motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the hypnoteaching method on the learning motivation of third-grade students at SD Negeri 60 Pangkalpinang. The research used a quantitative method with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest design. The sample was third-grade students at SD Negeri 60 Pangkalpinang, selected using nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. Data collection used a questionnaire, while data analysis was conducted using the Shapiro-Wilk normality test and hypothesis testing using a Paired Sample T-Test. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the hypnoteaching method has an effect on student learning motivation of class III students of SD Negeri 60 Pangkalpinang. The results were obtained from the posttest results which were greater than the pretest results. So it can be interpreted that after carrying out treatment using the hypnoteaching method, learning motivation was higher than before carrying out treatment using the hypnoteaching method. Based on the result obtained, the results of the hypothesis test using the paired sample t-test with the result of thitung = 18.382 and t abel = 1.691. This research using the hypnoteaching method can provide solutions in conveying student learning motivation for teachers and other researchers
Narratives and Contextualisation Gaps: A Preliminary Exploration of East Asian History Teaching
Asia Timur adalah kawasan yang memiliki pengaruh besar di Asia Tenggara, khususnya Indonesia. Beberapa akademisi telah melakukan kajian itu,. Indonesia bahkan memiliki pusat studi, program master, bahkan mata kuliah wajib tentangnya. Sekalipun demikian, belum ada kajian tentang bagaimana kawasan ini dalam pelajaran sejarah di Indonesia. Berangkat dari hal itu, penulis mengombinasikan metode analisis korpus terhadap buku pelajaran sejarah di Sekolah Menengah dan wawancara terhadap guru pengampu mata pelajaran tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa buku mata pelajaran sejarah di Sekolah Menengah Atas di Indonesia paling banyak mendiskusikan Cina, Jepang, dan Korea Selatan. Adapun pengajaran tentang kawasan ini berpusat pada periode penjajahan Jepang di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, penulis berargumen bahwa perlu ada kerja sama antara sekolah dan universitas untuk pengembangan materi kontekstual tentang kawasan tersebut serta mmengontekstualkan isu-isu internasional ataupun regional tentangnya dengan realitas lokal.East Asia exerts a significance influence on Southeast Asia, particularly Indonesia. Despites the existence of dedicated study center, a master’s program and even a compulsory course, research on the teaching of East Asian history in Indonesia high school remains limited. This has created a gap between the region’s significance and the core objectives of history education. To address this gap, the study combines corpus analysis of secondary school history textbooks and interviews with of teachers. Findings indicate that Indonesian history textbooks in high schools predominantly cover China, Japan and South Korea, with instruction largely focuses on the Japanese colonial period in Indonesia. Teaching tends to emphasis political and military narratives, offering few contextualization relevant to students’ everyday experiences, thereby constraining their understanding. The study highlights the need for collaboration between schools and universities to develop contextualized materials about the region and to relate international or regional issues to local realities. Such an approach would enhance both comprehensiveness and relevance of East Asia history education for students
Exploring organizational readiness for ERP HRM implementation using the McKinsey 7S Framework
This study explores the readiness of PT Halim Lestari Mandiri (PT HLM) for implementing an ERP HRM system, addressing challenges such as high costs and lengthy deployment times. Using the McKinsey 7S framework, a qualitative approach involving focus group discussions (FGDs) was employed to understand factors affecting organizational performance and effectiveness. Four HRM department employees, selected for their knowledge of ERP and understanding of business processes, contributed to data collection through moderated FGDs. Thematic analysis was employed to analyze the data. Results show that a successful ERP HRM implementation requires a comprehensive strategy, covering organizational structure, strategic planning, shared values, technological integration, leadership, communication, and skill development. PT HLM's readiness and adaptability, along with strategic employee development and shared values, create a strong foundation for successful implementation. Improved technological systems and inclusive leadership support accurate decision-making and efficient operations, while ongoing training ensures employees remain well-prepared. This research underscores the importance of an integrated, multifaceted approach to achieving ERP HRM success. It recommends policymakers develop policies that foster organizational readiness and ongoing skill development to adapt to technological advances. The study adds to existing knowledge by providing a detailed, module-specific readiness assessment and emphasizes the need for flexible structures and continuous training to ensure successful ERP HRM implementation
Klasifikasi sentimen pada ulasan pengguna aplikasi Cryptocurrency di Google Play Store menggunakan algoritma Decision Tree
Cryptocurrency has become a trend in digital investment. The Pintu application exemplifies the use of digital technology for trading cryptocurrency assets. Reviews from the Google Play Store serve as an important source of data to understand the opinions of Pintu application users. This study focuses on investigating the sentiment analysis of Pintu application users sourced from the Google Play Store by implementing the Decision Tree and Random Forest algorithms. The approach used involves collecting data from the Google Play Store, which contains user reviews and ratings. The data is then labeled as positive or negative and cleaned, processed, and analyzed using Decision Tree and Random Forest algorithms. The results of the study showed that the accuracy of the Decision Tree reached 0.90, while the Random Forest achieved an accuracy of 0.88. From these results, it can be concluded that the Decision Tree is superior in classifying text mining with high accuracy. The difference between the two methods is insignificant in terms of accuracy, specifically for Decision Tree, with an accuracy of 0.90, Precision of 0.91, and recall of 0.95, and Random Forest, with an accuracy of 0.88, precision of 0.87, and recall of 0.95. User sentiment analysis of the Pintu application provides a positive response to using the Pintu application.Cryptocurrency telah menjadi tren dalam investasi digital. Aplikasi Pintu mencontohkan teknologi digital untuk perdagangan aset kripto. Ulasan dari Google Play Store berperan sebagai sumber informasi data yang penting guna memahami opini pengguna aplikasi Pintu. Penelitian ini berfokus dalam menyelidiki analisis sentimen pengguna aplikasi Pintu yang bersumber dari Google Play Store dengan mengimplementasikan algoritma Decision Tree dan Random Forest. Pendekatan yang dipakai meliputi pengumpulan data dari Google Play Store yang berisi ulasan pengguna. Data tersebut kemudian diberi label positif atau negatif dan dibersihkan, diproses dan dianalisis menggunakan Decision Tree dan Random Forest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan akurasi Decision Tree mencapai 0,90 dan Random Forest mencapai 0,88. Dari hasil ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Decision Tree lebih unggul dalam mengklasifikasikan text mining dengan akurasi yang tinggi. Perbedaan atara kedua metode menunjukkan perbedaan akurasi yang tidak signifikan, yaitu untuk Decision Tree dengan akurasi 0,90, presisi 0,91, dan recall 0,95, serta Random Forest dengan akurasi 0,88, presisi 0,87, dan recall 0,95. Analisis sentimen pengguna terhadap aplikasi Pintu cenderung memberikan tanggapan positif dalam menggunakan aplikasi Pintu
DINAMIKA KEBERLANJUTAN PENGHIDUPAN TRADISIONAL DAN PARIWISATA DI DESA PAMBOTA NJARA, SUMBA TIMUR
Pembangunan pariwisata yang digadang sebagai alat efektif untuk mengurangi kemiskinan selalu membawa dampak positif dan negatif bagi penghidupan tradisional yang telah ada. Walaupun pariwisata dipandang akan mendukung pencapaian penghidupan berkelanjutan jika diadopsi sebagai sebuah diversifikasi yang melengkapi penghidupan tradisional, tetapi kehadirannya tidak serta merta menjadi jawaban atas tantangan penghidupan. Pendekatan kualitatif dipakai untuk menganalisis tantangan yang dihadapi masyarakat Desa Pambota Njara dalam menjaga penghidupan mereka sebelum dan setelah pariwisata berkembang. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa rumah tangga di Pambota Njara tetap berada dalam posisi rentan terhadap tantangan penghidupan tradisional yang menghambat keberlanjutan penghidupan mereka. Pariwisata yang diadopsi sebagai sebuah diversifikasi belum mampu meningkatkan kapasitas rumah tangga dalam memelihara keberlanjutan penghidupan mereka.

Temuan ini sejalan dengan kajian-kajian sebelumnya yang menujukkan adopsi pariwisata sebagai strategi diversifikasi tidak selalu mendukung pencapaian penghidupan berkelanjutan. Pariwisata yang diadopsi sebagai diversifikasi belum mampu meningkatkan kapasitas rumah tangga subsisten dalam memelihara keberlanjutan penghidupan, karena keretanan penghidupan teradisional yang kompleks. Namun peluang pariwisata sebagai strategi penghidupan yang terintegrasi dengan penghidupan tradisonal dapat terjadi, dengan cara memaksimalkan modal alam, manusia, modal ekonomi dan modal sosial
Perbandingan Kinerja Metode Support Vector Regression dan Metode Regresi Linier Berganda dalam Memprediksi BMI pada Dataset ASTHMA
Body Mass Index (BMI) merupakan metode untuk mengevaluasi apakah seseorang memiliki berat badan ideal, yang berperan penting dalam mengidentifikasi risiko kesehatan seperti penyakit jantung dan diabetes. Dalam penelitian ini, BMI digunakan sebagai variabel prediktor untuk menentukan kemungkinan seseorang menderita asma, yaitu penyakit kronis yang memengaruhi saluran pernapasan. Untuk memprediksi BMI berdasarkan variabel-variabel lain dalam dataset Asthma, penelitian ini membandingkan dua metode regresi, yaitu regresi linier berganda dan Support Vector Regression (SVR). Evaluasi akurasi model dilakukan menggunakan Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), yang mengukur kesalahan prediksi dalam bentuk persentase, di mana nilai MAPE yang lebih rendah menunjukkan tingkat akurasi prediksi yang lebih baik. Data uji dibagi menjadi empat skenario, yaitu 10%, 20%, 30%, dan 40% dari keseluruhan data. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa metode regresi linier berganda menghasilkan nilai MAPE sebesar 15,42%; 15,44%; 15,51%; dan 15,63% secara berturut-turut. Sementara itu, metode SVR menghasilkan nilai MAPE sebesar 15,77%; 15,74%; 15,77%; dan 15,81%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, regresi linier berganda terbukti memberikan prediksi yang lebih akurat dibandingkan SVR dalam konteks dataset Asthma. Dengan demikian, regresi linier berganda lebih efektif dalam memodelkan BMI dibandingkan SVR dan dapat menjadi pertimbangan penting dalam pengembangan model prediktif untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan terkait risiko penyakit pernapasan seperti asma
