PUDARNYA EKSISTENSI KESENIAN TRADISIONAL LUDRUK AKIBAT GLOBALISASI BUDAYA
Get PDFGlobalisasi sebagai wujud berkembangnya kehidupan manusia melalui hadirnya teknologi informasi dan teknologi komunikasi. Budaya yang ada di masyarakat Indonesia adalah bentuk keanekaragaman masyarakat yang dapat diekspresikan melalui kesenian. Kesenian ludruk yang dipertunjukan dengan mengambil cerita kehidupan rakyat sehari-hari dan diselingi dengan lawakan serta diiringi gamelan musik. Adapun pengaruhnya dalam budaya misalnya: hilangnya budaya asli suatu daerah, lunturnya nilai-nilai budaya, menurunnya rasa nasionalisme serta menurunnya rasa cinta terhadap budaya daerah. Dapat mengantisipasi lunturnya budaya kesenian dengan mempertahankan, melestarikan, menjaga, serta mewarisi budaya lokal serta peran serta semua kalangan seperti pemerintah dan generasi muda berpartisipasi aktif dalam bidang budaya serta bangga terhadap produk dalam negeri. The culture that exists in Indonesian society is a form of community diversity that can be expressed through art. Ludruk art is performed by taking stories from everyday people's lives and interspersed with jokes and accompanied by gamelan music. As for its influence in culture, for example: the loss of the original culture of a region, the loss of cultural values, a decrease in the sense of nationalism and a decrease in love for regional culture. Analysis Of Moves and Tenses on Abstract Article Published at Journals
No full textAn abstract has an important role in the research article. Generally, if the researcher wants to submit the article the first thing that must be done is to submit an abstract. This article aims to identify the moving structure of English abstracts of researcher's articles from many sources that were published started from 2011 to 2021, to identify of applying tense and disagreement of subject and tense in writing abstract article. This study employed a genre analysis approach. As data collection techniques are used 10 abstract articles from the journal were published and then analyzed by using a moving structure from Hyland and Swales Feak. The result can be revealed that they are 7 abstract articles that applied the introduction, 9 abstract articles that applied purpose, 9 articles that applied method, and 10 abstract articles that applied product move then there are 4 abstract articles applied conclusion move. In applying tense, the most used is simple present tense. It can be concluded that the most applied move is the product in writing an abstract article then the most used tense is in the simple present tense in writing an abstract article
Visual Representation in Reading Text for Students of Elementary School
No full textThe importance of learning English skills, namely reading aimed at improving English mastery, is very important for students. Though there are some students who have difficulty in learning English subject in class. Therefore, I conducted research using classroom action research about the use of visual images to find out whether pictures can improve students' reading comprehension mastery or not. This research was conducted in 6 steps, namely identifying, planning, collecting data, analysing and interpreting data, reflecting and sharing, and taking action. This subject of the study are fourth graders of SDN Ngaliyan 05 Semarang. The results showed that their average pre-test score was 41 and the average post-test score was 74. The finding shows that using visual images can help them to learn reading comprehension
A Study on Students' Attitudes towards Peer Review in Online Writing Classes
No full textAbstract. Online peer review has been applied in Academic writing classes and it has had a positive impact on the students' writing skills. Further study was done to find out the students' attitudes toward online peer review in online writing classes. A questionnaire on students' attitudes was distributed to 43 students in academic writing classes who are practicing online peer review. The statements in the questionnaire cover their attitude towards online peer review in three aspects: affective strategies, writing processes, and interaction ability. The findings show that the students have a positive attitude towards online peer review. They have a positive attitude toward the aspects. However, the students have a negative attitude one of the statements in social interaction ability. The average students do not see that this online peer review helps them learn about maintaining harmony in pair work
An Analysis of the Students' Competence in Writing Abstract
No full textAbstract. Writing plays an essential role in the development of students' ability to disseminate their ideas or research findings. In university, Students need to write research reports as one of the requirements to achieve scholar degree. It means that writing enables students to write academic papers from which they report their findings to the examiners board. Students are expected to know some techniques of writing that help them write a good research report. One of the important elements of writing research is an abstract that enables students to describe the whole content of the research in brief. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate students' competence in writing a good abstract because not only does it function as a summary of research consisting of introduction, method, finding, and conclusion, but it also functions as a key to arouse the readers' attention. The objective of the research is to describe the students' competence in writing an intelligible research abstract. Data was collected through the 27 students' abstracts of the research report at the English Language Education Department of the Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. The results of the research indicate that the student's competence in writing a research abstract was good. The students' competence in writing their ideas in an abstract was good, and their ability to write a good topic sentence was good. The findings were strengthened by the computation of five aspects of writing proficiency that showed 25.8 for content value, 16.7 for organization, 16.6 for vocabulary, 17.1 for language use, and 3.8 for mechanics value

No full textThe purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of using the Student Teams Ahievement Division (STAD) learning model assisted by Puzzle media on understanding the concept of science in class IV students at SDN I Prigi. This study uses a quantitative approach with a research design that is a quasi-experimental design in the form of a non-equivalent control group design. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique. SDN 1 Prigi as the experimental class and class IV SDN 3 Prigi as the control class. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, Independent Sample T-Test, Simple Linear Regression Test, Paired Sample T-Test. The results of this study indicate: (1) There are differences in the student teams achievement division (STAD) learning model assisted by media puzzles in terms of understanding science concepts in experimental class students and the student teams achievement division (STAD) learning model without puzzle media, this is evidenced by a significant level 0.000 which is 0.05 using an independent sample t-test. (2) There is an influence of the student teams achievement division (STAD) learning model assisted by media puzzles on increasing students' understanding of science concepts, this is evidenced by a significant level of 0.002, which is 0.05 using a simple linear regression test. (3) The student teams achievement division (STAD) learning model assisted by puzzle media can improve students' understanding of science concepts, this is evidenced by a significant level of 0.000, which is 0.05 using a paired sample t-test. No full textAbstractThe introduction of spices to children in the millennial era is important and can be done from an early age. This study developed a child-friendly student worksheet based on the potency of Madura spices. Product development uses the Borg n Gall method involving students and PAUD institutions in the city of Bangkalan. The stages of the research were only up to the acquisition of material and media expert validation as well as small and large scale tests due to time constraints. After validating experts and material, the product was tested on a small scale in three institutions with 10 children in each institution as subjects. The results of the small-scale trial resulted in a fairly valid category with a percentage of 60% and 55% for child-friendly indicators, which means that revision is needed. The revised results of the small-scale trial were then carried out on a large-scale trial with 60 children as subjects. The results of the large-scale trial showed 79% on the child worksheet indicator and 89% on the child-friendly school indicator so that both of them fall into the valid category (no need for revision) and are appropriate for use in early childhood learning.Keywords: Student Worksheet; Spice; Child FriendlyAbstrakPengenalan rempah-rempah kepada anak di era milenial penting dilakukan dan dapat dilakukan sejak usia dini. Penelitian ini mengembangkan student worksheet ramah anak berbasis potensi rempah-rempah Madura. Pengembangan produk menggunakan langkah-langkah pengembangan milik Borg n Gall yang melibatkan mahasiswa dan lembaga PAUD di kota Bangkalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai inovasi buku lembar kerja anak berbasis rempah-rempah pada jenjang anak usia dini. Tahapan penelitian hanya sampai perolehan validasi ahli materi dan media serta uji skala kecil dan besar disebabkan keterbatasan waktu. Hasil validasi ahli dan materi menunjukkan produk dapat diuji coba dengan sedikit revisi pada penulisan bahasa, pemilihan aroma dan kegiatan bermain ramah anak. Selanjutnya produk diuji coba skala kecil di tiga lembaga dengan subjek sebanyak 10 anak di tiap lembaga. Hasil uji coba skala kecil menghasilkan kategori cukup valid dengan persentase sebesar 60% dan untuk indikator ramah anak 55% yang artinya perlu dilakukan revisi. Hasil revisi pada uji coba skala kecil kemudian lakukan uji coba skala besar dengan subjek sebanyak 60 anak. Hasil uji coba skala besar menunjukkan 79% pada indikator lembar kerja anak dan 89% pada indikator sekolah ramah anak sehingga keduanya masuk dalam kategori valid (tidak perlu revisi) dan layakterap untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran anak usia dini.Kata kunci: Student Worksheet; Rempah-rempah; Ramah Ana

No full textABSTRAKPermasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Adakah pengaruh iklim organisasi sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Reban, Kabupaten Batang?, (2) Adakah pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap motivasi kerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Reban, Kabupaten Batang?, (3) Adakah pengaruh iklim organisasi sekolah dan budaya kerja secara bersama terhadap motivasi kerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Reban, Kabupaten Batang?. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh iklim organisasi sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Reban Kabupaten Batang, (2) untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap motivasi kerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Reban Kabupaten Batang, (3) untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh iklim organisasi sekolah dan budaya kerja terhadap motivasi kerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Reban Kabupaten Batang.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMP Negeri baik ASN maupun Non ASN di Kecamatan Reban Kabupaten Batang yang berjumlah 138 orang, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 103 orang dengan menggunakan teknik Proportional Random Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuisioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, uji prasyarat dan uji regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi sekolah dan budaya kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi kerja guru. Untuk menganalisis data menggunakan fasilitas program SPSS 24.0.Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa rata-rata perolehan skor iklim organisasi sekolah 117,65 termasuk kategori cukup baik, rata-rata perolehan skor budaya kerja adalah 124,80 termasuk kategori cukup baik dan rata-rata perolehan skor motivasi kerja guru 126,13 termasuk kategori tinggi. Hasil uji prasyarat dari data penelitian diperoleh data berdistribusi normal, linier, dan tidak terjadi multikolinier. Dari uji hipotesis ditemukan terdapat pengaruh positif iklim organisasi sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru yang dinyatakan dengan persamaan Y = 53,363 + 0,618X1, kekuatan korelasi sebesar 0,870 dengan kontribusi sebesar 0,757 atau 75,7%. Terdapat pengaruh positif budaya kerja terhadap motivasi kerja guru yang dinyatakan dengan persamaan Y = 38,836 + 0,699X2, kekuatan korelasi sebesar 0,907 dengan kontribusi sebesar 0,823 atau 82,3%. Terdapat pengaruh positif iklim organisasi sekolah dan budaya kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap motivasi kerja guru yang dinyatakan dengan persamaan Y = 38,579 + 0,244X1 + 0,471X2, kekuatan korelasi sebesar 0,924 dengan kontribusi sebesar 0,854 atau 85,4%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka disarankan kepada kepala sekolah untuk mendorong terciptanya iklim organisasi yang sehat dan budaya kerja yang baik agar iklim organisasi sekolah dan budaya kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja guru. Berkurangnya hambatan yang menghalangi arus barang dan modal lintas batas telah mendorong lonjakan perdagangan internasional dan investasi asing langsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perdagangan merchandise terhadap investasi asing langsung di Cote d'Ivoire, dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan diambil dari Bank Dunia. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan regresi. Hasil analisis memperlihatkan bahwa investasi asing langsung tidak dipengaruhi oleh perdagangan merchandise di Cote d'Ivoire. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya juga disampaikan disini.
