LA PERSPECTIVA DE GÉNERO EN LA DOCENCIA UNIVERSITARIA: EL DERECHO DEL TRABAJO
Get PDFResumen El presente trabajo aborda el enfoque de género en la docencia universitaria, centrándose en la enseñanza del Derecho del Trabajo en los estudios de Grado y Máster. Se analiza su repercusión en el diseño de la estructura y contenido de la docencia teórica, así como la conveniencia de adoptar dicha perspectiva en la docencia interactiva, mediante la resolución de supuestos prácticos. En ellos se pone de manifiesto la necesidad social de las medidas legales llamadas a erradicar el trato discriminatorio por razón de género en las relaciones laborales individuales y colectivas. Abstract This paper addresses the gender approach in the university teaching, focusing on the tuition in the Labour Law concerning bachelor degree and master. It analyses the repercussion in the framework design and the content of the theoretical teaching, as well as the convenience of adopting this approach in the interactive teaching through the solution of practical cases. In them it would pointed out the social necessity of legal measures in order to eradicate discriminatory treatment by gender in the individual and collective labour relations. EN BUSCA DE UN MODELO PARA EL USO DEL SMARTPHONE COMO HERRAMIENTA DIDÁCTICA EN EL AULA DE MÚSICA
Get PDFResumen El mundo escolar se encuentra en este momento sumido en un momento de transición, en el que las estrategias didácticas tradicionales chocan frontalmente con las necesidades educativas de un alumnado que debe ser considerado nativo digital, y que demanda nuevas metodologías y soportes para la enseñanza. Mientras desde las autoridades educativas se promueven planes de inserción de las TIC en las aulas, con fuertes inversiones económicas en la búsqueda del ideal de un ordenador por estudiante, los smartphones están convirtiéndose en un tabú dentro de las aulas debido a los conflictos causados por el uso indiscriminado y disruptivo que de ellos hacen los estudiantes. El artículo analiza las posibilidades de implementar el uso del teléfono móvil como herramienta educativa dentro del aula de música y como dicho uso nos puede acercar al citado ideal, sirviendo a la vez para enterrar el tópico del smartphone como elemento perturbador de las clases. Abstract The school world is currently mired in a time of transition , in which traditional teaching strategies directly conflict with the educational needs of a student to be considered a digital native, and demand new methods and media for teaching. While from the education authority plans introduction of ICT are promoted in classrooms, with strong economic investments in pursuit of the ideal of one computer per student , smartphones are becoming taboo in the classroom due to conflicts caused by indiscriminate use of these disruptive students do. The article analyzes the possibilities of implementing the use of mobile phones as a teaching tool in the classroom music as such use can bring us closer to the ideal quoted , serving at once to bury the topic of the smartphone as a disturbing element classes. Se pretende reflexionar sobre la importancia de aprender música desde edades muy tempranas para el desarrollo íntegro de la persona. Procura acercar los contenidos y los métodos de trabajo en el aula de una forma concisa y sencilla de comprender. Por último, se exponen las características de las principales corrientes pedagógicas del siglo XX ya que son el pilar de los métodos educativos actuales. Abstract In the following article the reader will be able to know the value that has given it to him to this subject in the Spanish colleges in the last decades and why a complete musical education is necessary. It tries to think about the importance of learning music from very early ages for the comprehensive development of the person. It tries to bring over the contents and the methods of work in the classroom of a form concise and simple to understand. Finally, there are exposed the characteristics of the principal pedagogic currents of the 20th century since they are the prop of the educational current methods. EL SOFTWARE LIBRE COMO RECURSO DIDÁCTICO EN LA ENSEÑANZA DE MÉTODOS CUANTITATIVOS EN LOS GRADOS DE ECONOMÍA Y EMPRESAS
Get PDFResumen En la actualidad existen numerosos programas informáticos de código abierto o libres que pueden ser empleados como recurso docente en la enseñanza de la economía y de las ciencias empresariales. Estas dos ramas de las ciencias sociales necesitan dotar al alumno de herramientas con las que comprender la situación económica. Con esta finalidad, una gran parte del programa de estudios de económicas o empresariales abarcan la enseñanza de métodos cuantitativos. De tal manera, el empleo de herramientas informáticas facilita que el alumno pueda plantear empíricamente los conocimientos adquiridos en este tipo de asignaturas. Para ello se pueden utilizar programas de licencia libre como R-Project, Gretel, Sage, Freemat, Scilab, Octave y LibreOffice para la enseñanza de estas secciones de las ciencias sociales. Con el empleo de este software se dota al alumno de un mejor conocimiento del contenido y aplicabilidad de los temas que engloban los contenidos de matemáticas, estadística o econometría. Además le confiere la posibilidad de estudiar y aplicar estos modelos de manera autónoma. Por otra parte la implantación de estas herramientas informáticas supone una reducción del gasto para la universidad al evitar pagar un número tan alto de licencias. Igualmente ofrece una mayor empleabilidad dada la creciente demanda de profesionales con conocimiento en este tipo de programas. Abstract At present there are many open-source code or free software that can be used as an education resource in the teaching of economics and business. These two branches of the social sciences need to equip students with tools to understand independently the economic situation. For this, a large part of the study program includes the teaching of quantitative methods. Thus, the use of software enables the student to raise empirically acquired knowledge in the subjects of quantitative methods. For this now can be used license-free programs like R-Project, Gretel, Sage, Freemat, Scilab, Octave and LibreOffice for teaching economics and business. With these programs it provides students a better understanding of the content and applicability of topics that include mathematics, statistics and econometrics. Also gives students the opportunity to apply these models in their self-study. Moreover, the implementation of these tools is a reduction of spending for university to avoid paying licensing or at least as high a number of them.
