Entrepreneurship Ecosystems and the Stimulus to the Creation of Innovative Business: A Case in the App Industry in Brazil
This paper aims at analyzing how entrepreneurship ecosystems influence the development of business with innovative potential. To do so, the model proposed by Isenberg (2011; 2013) is used as a reference, which covers six areas: policy, finance, culture, supports, human resources and markets. The exploratory research was conducted through the case study method. Data collection occurred through observation, analysis of documents and interviews with entrepreneurs established at Porto Digital, in Recife-PE. For processing and analysis of data, the content analysis technique was selected. It was found that Porto Digital offers the necessary conditions for new businesses to develop their innovative potential, characterized by unique value proposals, offering solutions based on everyday problems and co-created with end users
Does Reframing Organisations Theory Make a Contribution to Project Managers in the IT\Finance Industry?
Project management has evolved over the past years and the change in technology has been one of the main driving factors. With the boom of the Internet resulting in the fast pace world of Internet banking project managers need to pay must pay special attention human resource issues. Amongst all projects undertaken, IT/Finance Projects have the highest rate of failure. This can be attributed to many issues such as: lack of honesty, changing technology, lack of communication, unclear user requirements, lack of team spirit and lack of project management skills. The implementation of IT systems in any industry invariably results in vast changes. These changes affect business process, required skills and staff. In short, if the company’s maxim stated that there is only ‘one best way’, the new way of doing things around the business is sure to come as a bit of a (culture) shock. The impact of the change will surely be lessened by ample warning, preparation and training, but the high failure rate of IT projects seems to indicate that these simple measures are not being taken.
The liberty of identifying the reasons for failure in IT projects, especially in the Finance industry, has been taken in this article. As a result of the study of failure in projects, the theory of reframing organisations, Bohlman and Deal will be applied to see how this theory can have a positive contribution to project managers in IT/Finance industry.

On Weekly Berwald Finsler special (α, β) - metric
In this paper we study the special (α, β)-metric F = (α2/α-β)+ β on a manifold M. We prove that F is of scalar flag curvature and isotropic Scurvature if and only if it is isotropic Berwald metric with almost isotropic flag curvature.

Phytochemical Investigation of the Roots of Jatropha Integerrima Jacq
Jatropha integerrima Jacq. (Euphorbiaceae), is grown in many tropical and subtropical countries and used to treat eczema, herpes, ringworm, rheumatism, pruritus, scabies, toothaches, tumors and warts. Its latex is toxic. A methanolic extract of the roots was chromatographed over silica gel column packed in petroleum ether. Maxwell’s equations as a special case of deformation of a solid lattice in Euler’s coordinates
It is shown that the set of equations known as “Maxwell’s equations” perfectly describe two very different systems: (1) the usual electromagnetic phenomena in vacuum or in the matter and (2) the deformation of isotropic solid lattices, containing topological defects as dislocations and disclinations, in the case of constant and homogenous expansion. The analogy between these two physical systems is complete, as it is not restricted to one of the two Maxwell’s equation couples in the vacuum, but generalized to the two equation couples as well as to the diverse phenomena of dielectric polarization and magnetization of matter, just as to the electrical charges and the electrical currents. The eulerian approach of the solid lattice developed here includes Maxwell’s equations as a special case, since it stems from a tensor theory, which is reduced to a vector one by contraction on the tensor indices. Considering the tensor aspect of the eulerian solid lattice deformation theory, the analogy can be extended to other physical phenomena than electromagnetism, a point which is shortly discussed at the end of the paper
Industrial Air Pollution Monitoring System Based on Wireless Sensor Networks
Environmental conditions have a major impact on our well-being, comfort and productivity. Present state of the air quality control in almost all manufacturing industries in our country is based on taking samples one or few times a day, which means that there is no information about time distribution of polluted materials intensity during day. This paper proposes an industrial air pollution monitoring system based on wireless sensor network system that enables sensor data to be delivered within time constraints so that appropriate observations can be made or actions taken. Obtaining these accurate real-time results in-situ allows regulatory agency to take necessary action whenever pollution occurs. The analysis focuses on six substances, known as criteria air pollutants – ozone, particulate matter, sulphur oxides, nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide, and lead. The sensors self-organize themselves in a radio network using a routing algorithm, monitor the area to measure the gas levels in air and transmit the data to a central node, sometimes called a pollution server or base station (interfaced with coordinator), or sink node, that collects the data from all of the sensors. With the results from the data acquisition system in hand, the regulatory agent need to implement a number of decisions based on the final statistics. The data obtained from the experiments were analysed in real-time analysis and the results from two sensor nodes taken for a 24 hours period were promising. The usage of this system will reduce human health effects of industrial air pollutants and potential damage to other aspects of the environment
Reducing effect of delay in voice and data in integrated Networks
This paper introduces the importance of queuing in integrated networks. Our study will be included the defining, analysis and importance of M/M/1 model "markovian (i.e. Exponential)/markovian/number of server" in queuing. The analysis of M/M/1 model is presented and indicate that the importance of M/M/1 model in queuing but at a certain values of "arrival rate" & µ "service rate ".After making comparison between a previous study carried out and my self-study with different values of arrival rate () in integrated networks, indicate that traffic intensity " " must be less than one " ,with decreasing the values of “ λ&µ “ the values of waiting time in system and queuing are very high and with increasing the values of ”&µ“ at condition <µ can obtain the best parameters of " mean number (length) of packet in the system ", " mean number (length) of packet in the queue ", " The total waiting time in system including service time" and " mean time waiting spent in queue" . These parameters is very important especially , as they are effects on a timming of queuing which in turns effects in reducing delay in voice and data in integrated networks
Reconstruction Improvements on Compressed Sensing
This paper presents the design of Improvements on Reconstruction of Compressive Sensed images. The proposed techniques will improve the reconstruction time consumption. Those improvements use techniques including matrix simplification, multi-thread and GPU computations. Implementing those improvements achieve gains on time consumption, compared to the baseline. This paper also presents a novel scheme of buffering steamed image (video) to achieve optimum performance
