PENERAPAN MODEL KOOPERATIF TIPE JIGSAW DENGAN PERMAINAN SOS DALAM MENINGKATKAN MINAT BELAJAR
ABSTRAKPendidikan menurut konsep Ki Hajar Dewantara, merupakan sebuah upaya untuk membentuk individu yang berpikir, berdaulat dan merdeka dalam berkehidupan. Salah satu pendidikan paling penting adalah pendidikan yang berkaitan pada pembentukan karakter yang terintegrasi pada mata pelajaran PPKn. Pada penyelenggaraannya disekolah, PPKn dianggap sebagai materi pelajaran yang membosankan karena penguasaannya menuntut siswa untuk menghafalkan materi. Hal ini akan berdampak pada minat peserta didik pada materi pelajaran PPKn. PTK ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk dapat meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik UPT SMP Negeri 18 Gresik dikelas VIII-I pada Materi Pelajaran Sumpah pemuda dalam Bingkai Bhineka Tunggal Ika dengan memodifikasi antara model pembelajaran Cooperative Learning tipe Jigsaw dengan media permainan SOS. PTK ini dilakukan selama 2 siklus, dengan setiap siklus terdapat 2 kali pertemuan. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa minat peserta didik pada materi pelajaran Sumpah Pemuda dalam Bingkai Bhineka Tunggal semakin meningkat pada siklus 1 ke siklus 2 sebanyak 64%, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tindakan yang dilakukan telah sesuai dengan karakteristik dan kebutuhan peserta didik. ABSTRACTEducation according to the concept of Ki Hajar Dewantara, is an effort to form individuals who think, are sovereign and independent in life. One of the most important education is education related to character building that is integrated in PPKn subjects. In its implementation at school, PPKn is considered a boring subject matter because its mastery requires students to memorize the material. This will have an impact on students' interest in PPKn subject matter. This PTK aims to increase the interest in learning students of UPT SMP Negeri 18 Gresik in class VIII-I on the Youth Oath Learning Material in the Bhineka Tunggal Ika Frame by modifying the Jigsaw-type Cooperative Learning learning model with SOS game media. This PTK is carried out for 2 cycles, with each cycle there are 2 meetings.The results of the research that has been carried out show that students' interest in the subject matter of Youth Pledge in the Single Bhineka Frame is increasing in cycle 1 to cycle 2 by 64%, so it can be concluded that the actions taken are in accordance with the characteristics and needs of students.
ACTUALIZATION OF GLOBAL CITIZENSHIP CONCEPT IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF CIVIC EDUCATION IN INDONESIA; CASE STUDY OF CONSTITUTIONAL MATERIAL
ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aktualisasi konsep warga negara global dalam perspektif Pendidikan kewarganegaraan di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah dosen dan mahasiswa PKn, Metode pengumpulan data: observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Validitasnya menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis interaktif. Hasil observasi di lapangan ditemukan bahwa dosen ketika menyampaikan materi Pendidikan kewarganegaraan kurang mampu menyampaikannya secara menarik dan kurang mampu mengembangkan materi dengan fenomena yang terjadi saat ini sehingga daya tarik mahasiswa kurang maksimal. Dampaknya, ketika diadakan evaluasi hasilnya juga kurang maksimal. Dari hasil wawancara dengan dosen dan mahasiswa PKn diperoleh informasi bahwa dosen kurang menguasai materi, dosen kurang mampu menghubungkan materi ketatanegaraan dengan perkembangan global. Kesimpulannya: aktualisasi konsep warga negara global dalam perspektif Pendidikan kewarganegaraan di Indonesia mutlak diperlukan karena warga negara Indonesia merupakan bagian dari warga negara global. ABSTRACTThis research aims to describe the actualization of the concept of global citizenship from the perspective of citizenship education in Indonesia. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Research subjects were Civics lecturers and students. Data collection methods: observation, interviews and documentation. Its validity uses triangulation of sources and methods. Data analysis uses interactive analysis techniques. The results of observations in the field found that lecturers when delivering citizenship education material were less able to convey it in an interesting way and less able to develop the constitutional material with current phenomena so that student attraction was less than optimal. As a result, when an evaluation was carried out the results were also less than optimal. From the results of interviews with Civics lecturers and students, information was obtained that lecturers lacked mastery of the material, lecturers were less able to connect the material with global developments. In conclusion: actualizing the concept of global citizenship from the perspective of citizenship education in Indonesia is absolutely necessary because Indonesian citizens are part of global citizenship
PENGARUH PENGETAHUAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN, PENGGUNAAN E-COMMERCE DAN TEMAN SEBAYA TERHADAP INTENSI BERWIRAUSAHA PADA MAHASISWA PENDIDIKAN EKONOMI
Rendahnya intensi berwirausaha merupakan salah satu masalah krusial yang dapat mempengaruhi kondisi perekonomian. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti tertarik untuk menganalisis masalah tersebut dan melihat berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhnya dari segi Theory of planned behavior. Pendekatan penelitian ini didasarkan pada kuantitatif (metode ex post facto) dimana analisisnya menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program aplikasi SPSS versi 21. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan quesioner sebanyak 53 pernyataan (terdiri dari 14 dari X1, 15 dari X2, 13 dari X3 dan 11 dari Y) dengan sampel 209. Berdasarkan analisis data (baik regresi linier berganda maupun uji hipotesis) diperoleh hasil yang menunjukan bahwa pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan penggunaan e-commerce berpengaruh positif dan sig, dimana kedua variabel ini akan mendorong pengembangan wirausaha serta mempermudah proses wirausaha sedangkan teman sebaya menunjukkan pengaruh negatif dan sig. pengaruh ini terbentuk karena lingkungan teman sebaya belum cukup dewasa dalam menyikapi berbagai kondisi dan situasi sekita
Actualization of Puputan War Spirit to Strengthen Adversity Quotient in Young Generation in the Global Era
This study is motivated by the development of the millennial generation, which tends to be weak in the adversity quotient. Conditions where the younger generation is very vulnerable and quickly gives up because they do not have the resilience to the conditions or problems they face. The problem studied is to provide an understanding of the concept of the adversity quotient, the spirit of the Puputan War as a model for strengthening the adversity quotient, and its implementation. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach to the literature review model, which examines various sources from books, articles, and also websites that discuss research problems. The study found that the millennial generation has a low adversity quotient attitude. The younger generation is now accustomed to instant culture due to technological developments. This impacts their vulnerability when they find problems, and they tend to take adverse actions such as suicide, plagiarism, theft, and other harmful things. However, this condition can be prevented by giving examples of the spirit of bellows war that was carried out by the Balinese people in fighting the invaders with all their limitations, and they were still able to fight to the last drop of their blood. The values of the Puputan war character that can be taken as adversity quotient reinforcement include unyielding spirit, hard work, willingness to sacrifice, nationalism and love of the motherland, loyalty, and religious values. These values can be used as a character education model taught in schools through history lessons to strengthen the adversity quotient, which is currently decreasing among millennials. Its implementation can be carried out in the Project to Strengthen the Pancasila Student Profile, a mandatory sub-material in the independent curriculum being implemented at this time.Keywords: Puputan War, Adversity Quotient, Character, Young Generation, Globalization. Kajian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perkembangan generasi milenial yang cenderung lemah dalam adversity quotient. Kondisi dimana generasi muda sangat rentan dan mudah menyerah karena tidak memiliki ketahanan terhadap kondisi atau masalah yang dihadapi. Masalah yang dikaji adalah memberikan pemahaman konsep adversity quotient, semangat perang Puputan sebagai model penguatan adversity quotient, dan implementasinya. Metode yang dipakai dalam kajian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif model literature review yang mengkaji berbagai sumber dari buku, artikel, dan juga situs website yang membahas tentang masalah penelitian. Hasil kajian menemukan bahwa generasi milenial saat ini memiliki sikap adversity quotient yang rendah. Hal ini disebabkan karena generasi muda sekarang dibiasakan oleh budaya instant karena perkembangan teknologi. Hal ini berdampak pada rentannya mereka ketika menemukan masalah, ada kecendrungan mengambil tindakan yang negatif seperti bunuh diri, plagiarisme, pencurian, dan hal negatif lainnya. Namun kondisi itu bisa cegah dengan memberikan contoh-contoh semangat Perang Puputan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Bali dalam melawan penjajah dengan segala keterbatasannya masih bisa berjuang sampai titik darah penghabisan. Nilai-nilai karakter Perang Puputan yang bisa diambil sebagai penguat adversity quotient antara lain semangat pantang menyerah, kerja keras, rela berkorban, nasionalisme dan cinta tanah air, loyalitas, dan nilai religius. Nilai-nilai yang terkandung itu bisa dijadikan model pendidikan karakter yang bisa diajarkan disekolah melalui pembelajaran sejarah, sehingga bisa memperkuat Cambria yang saat ini semakin berkurang dikalangan generasi milenial. Implementasinya bisa dilakukan pada kegiatan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila yang menjadi submateri wajib dalam kurikulum merdeka yang sedang diterapkan saat ini.Kata Kunci: Perang Puputan, Adversity Quotient, Karakter, Generasi Muda, Globalisasi.
DETERMINANTS OF ANXIETY LEVELS IN PULMONARY TB PATIENTS DURING THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC
Pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis which is currently a major global health problem. While our world still in COVID-19 pandemic situation. Anxiety is a natural human behaviour that manifests itself as a bodily response to dangers.Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection as a more common comorbidity for COVID-19 by 36% and from the situation of the spread of COVID-19 which has almost reached all provinces in Indonesia with the number of cases and the number of deaths increasing, researchers are interested in conducting research on the determinants of the level of Anxiety of pulmonary TB patients in the COVID-19 pandemic situation in Palembang City. Using the Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety (HARS) as instrument we collect data regarding anxiety level among pulmonary tuberculosis patients in COVID-19 pandemic settings. Researchers discovered that responders were 131 pulmonary tuberculosis patients who were recruited from public health centers in Palembang City, based on researcher observations and questionnaires. Overall, there are significant relation regarding anxiety levels and its determinant factor on tuberculosis patient, especially in COVID-19 pandemic settings
IDENTFIKASI RUMPUT LAUT DI PERAIRAN PULAU PANJANG KOTA BONTANG, KALIMANTAN TIMUR
Satu diantara sumberdaya laut yang memiliki potensi yang besar yaitu rumput laut, eksport rumput laut semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya sehingga tujuan penelitian untuk untuk mengindetifkasi jenis rumput laut yang ada di perairan Bontang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan pengambilan sampel secara langsung dari lapangan kemudian diidentifikasi secara deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan di di empat titik stasiun di pulau Panjang didapatkan kelas, 7 Ordo diantaranya ordo Ceramiales, Corallinales, Nemaliales, Gigartinales, Bryopsidales, dan Dictyotales. 8 Famili, 11 Genus dan 14 species diantaranya Laurencia obtuse, Acanthophora specifera, Laurencia obtuse, Amphiroa fragilissima, Galaxaura rugosa, Eucheuma spinosum, Kappaphycus alvarezii, Hypnea cenomyce, Hypnea valentiae, Gracilaria sp, Halimeda tuna, Halimeda macroloba, Dictyota cervicornis, dan Dictyopteris dichotoma
Karakteristik Kimia dan Sensoris Kue Gandus dengan Penambahan Daging Ikan Gabus (Channa striata)
This study aimed to determine the effect of snakehead fish (Channa striata) meat addition with different concentrations on the chemical and sensory characteristics of the “gandus” cake. This research was conducted in laboratory experiments and by randomized block design with the different concentrations of snakehead fish meat (0%, 10%, 20% and 30%) with 3 replications. The parameters consist of chemical properties (moisture content, ash, protein, fat, and carbohydrate) and sensory analysis (texture, aroma and taste). The results showed that the different concentrations of snakehead fish meat addition had a significant effect on the moisture content, protein, fat and carbohydrate of the “gandus” cake. However, there is no significant affect on the ash content. The sensory analysis also showed a significant effect on texture, aroma, and taste. Therefore, the addition of snakehead fish meat has significant effects on the physicochemical and sensory characteristics of the “gandus” cake
Kualitas Fisis Kulit Ikan Lencam (Lethrinus lentjan) dengan Penyamakan Menggunakan Glutaraldehyde
Kulit ikan memiliki potensi untuk dijadikan bahan baku pembuatan produk kulit, salah satunya adalah kulit ikan lencam (Lethrinus lentjan). Permasalahan yang dihadapi saat ini, bahan penyamak pembuatan produk kulit ikan yang digunakan masih belum aman, yaitu didominasi oleh penggunaan bahan penyamak formaldehyde. Salah satu alternatif bahan penyamak pengganti formaldehyde yaitu glutaraldehyde, karena bahan penyamak ini dianggap lebih aman dan lebih ramah lingkungan. Therefore, this study tried to use glutaraldehyde tanner as a substitute for formaldehyde for tanning lencam fish skin. Phase I research aims to examine and compare the physical and chemical qualities of lencam fish skin that has been tanned with formaldehyde and glutaraldehyde tanners. Hasil pengujian fisis menunjukkan kuat tarik, kuat sobek, kemuluran, kelemasan, ketebalan, dan suhu kerut kulit ikan lencam yang disamak dengan bahan penyamak formaldehyde berturut-turut sebesar 3889,71 ± 184,80 N/cm2; 673,22 ± 24,80 N/cm2; 83,68 ± 0,92%; 4,27 ± 0,33 mm; 0,33 ± 0,04 mm; dan 68,67 ± 0,33 °C, serta untuk kulit ikan lencam yang disamak dengan bahan penyamak formaldehyde berturut-turut sebesar 4070 ± 201,43 N/cm2; 621,74 ± 20,75 N/cm2; 84,75 ± 0,98%; 4,59 ± 0,37 mm; 0,39 ± 0,04 mm; dan 65,44 ± 0,48 °C. Tidak terdapat perbedaan nyata (sig. p>0,05) antara kualitas fisis kulit kulit ikan lencam yang disamak dengan bahan penyamak formaldehyde dan glutaraldehyde. Kualitas fisis kedua jenis kulit samak telah memenuhi SNI 06-4586-1998, kecuali untuk nilai kemuluran yaitu lebih tinggi dan nilai suhu kerut yaitu lebih rendah
DESAIN DAN EVALUASI PENGGUNAAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN MATERI MOMEN INERSIA MENGGUNAKAN ARDUINO
The advancement of technology drives various innovations in educational products as support tools for learning activities such as physics. For instance, Arduino, an open-source developmental platform for instructional technology has rapidly applied to all kinds of educational levels. This research aims to design Arduino-based experimental tools for inertia topics and to evaluate the implementation of students. Moreover, we use a one-group pretest-posttest design as a research method. For collecting data, we use objective tests and questionnaires as an instrument. The effectiveness of Arduino-based experimental tools was assessed through posttest dan pretest data by using inferential statistics—Wilcoxon and n-gain. The apparent results show that the implementation of Arduino-based design towards students enhances their understanding of inertia topic with 0,00 and 0,75 for Wilcoxon and n-gain, respectively
ANTIBODY IgG LEVELS AND ADVERSE EVENTS FOLLOWING IMMUNIZATION AFTER THIRD DOSE OF MODERNA VACCINE IN HEALTHWORKERS AFTER TWO DOSES OF SINOVAC VACCINE
Health Care Workers (HCWs) are a top priority to receive the vaccination for Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19). After two doses of the Sinovac vaccine as the primary vaccine, protection against Covid-19 weakens over time, so a booster vaccination is considered to produce more antibodies. In addition, each vaccine is inseparable from Adverse Event Following Immunization (AEFI). This study compares antibody levels and AEFIs between two doses of the Sinovac vaccine with the Moderna booster. This research is an observational analytic study with a cross-sectional study design and the sampling method is random sampling with a total of 74 HCWs using a consecutive sampling method. Samples that had received two doses of the Sinovac vaccine or booster doses of the Moderna vaccine after two doses of the Sinovac vaccine were included. Samples that had been infected with Covid-19 before vaccination were excluded. IgG antibody levels were measured using Chemiluminescent Microparticle Immunoassay (CMIA), while vaccine type and AEFI were gathered via questionnaire. The severity of AEFIs is based on WHO classification. The data analysis used the Mann-Whitney and Chi-Square tests with a 95% Confidence Interval (CI) to determine the relationship between variables. Twenty-nine subjects received two doses of the Sinovac primary vaccine (38.2%), and forty-five received the Moderna booster vaccine (59.2%). In booster doses of the Moderna vaccine recipients, antibodies tended to be higher, and the most common AEFIs were systemic. There was a significant difference in IgG antibody levels between recipients of two doses of the Sinovac vaccine (median=2888.8 AU/mL) and booster Moderna vaccine recipients (median=18081.04 AU/mL) (p=0.000, p <0.05). There were significant differences in AEFI in the groups receiving two doses of the Sinovac vaccine and those receiving the booster vaccine (p=0.000, p<0.05). This study concludes that there is a significant correlation between administering the Covid-19 vaccine and post-vaccination IgG antibody levels and AEFI
