No full textAlthough the colonialism is the theory of culture and literature that appeared at the beginning of the last decade of the twentieth century, it has had a great influence in the human thought, especially in the countries which were dominated about economics and society by the colonialism like Vietnam. Unfortunately, the fact that spreading the theory in Vietnam is still brief, sided even misunderstanding leads to the limitation when we apply this theory in authentic research, composition, and criticism. Beside analysing and explaining this fact, the article particularly focuses on proposing some efficient solutions with the aim of encouraging and developing the composition and research in Vietnamese literature and culture to the upper level that qualifies the requirements from our nation and our age.Chủ nghĩa hậu thuộc địa là một lý thuyết văn hóa - văn học mới ra đời vào thập niên cuối cùng của thế kỷ XX nhưng đã có những ảnh hưởng sâu rộng với tư tưởng của nhân loại, nhất là đối với các nước từng chịu sự thống trị nặng nề về kinh tế, sâu đậm về xã hội của chủ nghĩa thực dân cũ và mới mang tính điển hình như Việt Nam. Đáng tiếc là sự giới thiệu lý thuyết quan trong này ở nước ta hiện nay còn sơ lược, phiến diện, thậm chí lầm lạc, dẫn tới việc vận dụng nó vào thực tế nghiên cứu, sáng tác, phê bình còn nhiều hạn chế. No full textEpigenetic is a phenomenon in the process of genomic imprinting called parentof-origin-specific is present allele depending on the allele origin. The molecular mechanisms of variables epigenetic: were imprinted by DNA methylation, histone acetylated proteins or chromosomal reorganisation. The expression of Igf2/H19 locus directly are affected by the methylated ICR (Imprinting control region), this area located on the imprinted locus Igf2/H19 has been cloned successfully, and their different levels of methylation depends on the allele derived from the father, mother and specific tissues. It was shown that the methylation regulates the expression of this locus directly.Epigenetic (ngoại di truyền) là hiện tượng trong quá trình in dấu hệ gen (genome imprinting) mà chỉ một allele bố mẹ được biểu hiện tùy thuộc vào nguồn gốc allele đó. Biến đổi epigenetic gồm các cơ chế phân tử: methyl hóa ADN, acetyl hóa protein histon hay tổ chức lại nhiễm sắc thể. Sự biểu hiện và điều hòa biểu hiện trên locus in dấu Igf2/H19 chịu tác động trực tiếp của vùng kiểm soát methyl hóa ICR (Imprinting control region). Vùng này trên locus in dấu Igf2/H19 đã được nhân dòng thành công với mức độ methyl hóa khác nhau phụ thuộc vào allele có nguồn gốc từ bố hay từ mẹ và mang tính đặc hiệu mô. Sự khác nhau trong quá trình methyl hóa đã điều hòa trực tiếp đến sự biểu hiện trên locus này

SOME ITERATIVE METHODS FOR QUASI-EQUILIBRIUM PROBLEMS
No full textIn this paper we present two new extensions of Korpelevich\u27s extragraclient method for solving the scalar Quasi-Equilibrium Problem (QEP) in Euclidean space. In both extensions we replace the second orthogonal projection in the correction step of the extragradient method by an Armijo linesearch adapted to (QEP). We show that in both extensions we obtain, under mild conditions and without a Lipschitz condition, the global convergence of our iterative methods for computing a quasi-equilibrium solution

Most of previous researches concentrate on dealing with still image and computer’s software processing. In this paper, we propose a technique to embed secret information into audio file and its hardware implementation. The LSB substitution algorithm is used and the system is realized by FPGA. The results prove that the system is capable for covert communication applicationsNgày nay với sự phát triển của Internet và những phương tiện truyền thông hiện đại, việc trao đổi thông tin mật hay riêng tư có rất nhiều cách để thực hiện. Hầu hết các nghiên cứu trước đây đều tập trung vào hình ảnh và xử lý thông tin bằng phần mềm trên máy tính. Trong bài báo này, chúng tôi nghiên cứu việc chèn thông tin mật vào tập tin âm thanh và đề xuất phương pháp thực hiện bằng phần cứng. Thuật toán được sử dụng là thay thế những bit có trọng số thấp nhất và hệ thống được thực hiện trên FPGA. Kết quả cho thấy khả năng hoạt động của hệ thống đảm bảo các yêu cầu của việc truyền thông tin mậ
