No full textSeveral cities around the world has enjoyed success in multi-aspects thank to marketing places. This has also been a topic which attracted attentions in Vietnam recently. However, documents about Marketing Places in Vietnamese are limited. The implementation marketing places is still debatable. The article demonstrates the strategic approach in general model of marketing places, including: defining the target market, building the marketing factors, composing marketing plan, conducting–controlling and evaluating marketing programme. The resources and competitive competences of each place are different, hence each place should be proactive in its marketing plan basing on analysing the distinguished situation of the place, adding by balancing with the long-term budget so that the expected results of the marketing programme are beneficial in terms of both performance and return of investment.Nhiều quốc gia trên thế giới đã gặt hái thành công nhiều mặt nhờ tiếp thị địa phương. Đây cũng là một vấn đề đang thu hút sự quan tâm ở Việt Nam. Tuy nhiên, tài liệu về lĩnh vực này còn hạn chế và việc thực hiện tiếp thị địa phương trong thực tế còn nhiều bất cập. Bài viết là sự tổng hợp một số tài liệu mang tính khái quát về các quá trình hoạch định và triển khai tiếp thị địa phương. Bài viết trình bày mô hình chiến lược tiếp thị địa phương bao gồm: đánh giá hiện trạng địa phương, xác định đối tượng và thị trường mục tiêu, xây dựng các yếu tố tiếp thị, xây dựng kế hoạch tiếp thị và triển khai thực hiện và đánh giá chiến lược tiếp thị. Mỗi một địa phương có những nguồn lực và khả năng cạnh tranh khác nhau, do vậy các địa phương phải chủ động xây dựng chương trình tiếp thị trên cơ sở các phân tích nguồn lực, cân đối kinh phí thực hiện với hiệu quả mong đợi trong chiến lược tiếp thị

No full textWe extend the Tikhonov regularisation method widely used in optimisation and variational inequalities to pseudomonotone equilibrium problems. In this case, the Tikhonov regularised sub-problems have a unique solution only in the limit, but any Tikhonov trajectory tends to the solution of the original problem that is nearest to the given guess solution. Application to multi-valued pseudomonotone variational inequality problems is discussed
