No full text1-Aryl-1-(2-thienyl)ethenes react with 2,4-pentanedione or ethylacetoacetate in boiling acetic acid under the presence of manganese triacetate dihydrate affording new 4,5-dihydrofurans bearing a thienyl ring at the 5 position. On the other hand, these ethenes react with 3-acetyl-1-phenylpentane-1,4-dione in a similar reaction leading to the formation of 7-(2-thienyl)-2,8-dioxabicyclo[3.3.0]oct-3-enes in high yields. The cis manner of fused bicyclic products is briefly discussed.Các 1-Aryl-1-(2-thienyl)eten phản ứng với 2,4-pentandion hoặc etylacetoacetat trong acid acetic sôi dưới sự có mặt của mangan triacetat dihydrat để cho các 4,5-dihydrofuran mới có chứa vòng 2-thienyl ở vị trí 5. Mặt khác, các eten này cũng phản ứng tương tự với 3-acetyl-1-phenylpentan-1,4-dion tạo thành các 7-(2-thienyl)-2,8-dioxabicyclo[3.3.0]oct-3-en với hiệu suất cao. No full textThis article focused on the resolution of banking credit contract disputes on the basis of 41 judgements of the courts in LamDong province. Research results have show n the problems exist in the trials as well as the state laws regulating the banking credit contract, such as the repayment of interests, authorization issues involved in the proceedings, collateral for loans and other issues. We propose solutions to improve the law and the trial of court.Bài viết này tập trung nghiên cứu việc giải quyết tranh chấp hợp đồng tín dụng ngân hàng trên cơ sở 41 bản án, quyết định của các tòa án trên địa bàn tỉnh Lâm Đồng. Kết quả nghiên cứu đã chỉ ra những vấn đề còn tồn tại trong công tác xét xử cũng như thực trạng pháp luật điều chỉnh hợp đồng tín dụng ngân hàng như: Hoàn trả các loại lãi; Vấn đề ủy quyền tham gia tố tụng; Tài sản bảo đảm tiền vay, và các vấn đề khác. Chúng tôi đề xuất các giải pháp hoàn thiện pháp luật cũng như công tác xét xử tại tòa án
AN EFFICIENT ALGORITHM FOR MINING FREQUENT ITEM-SETS CONTAINING A CONSTRAINT SUBSET
No full textFor users, it is necessary to find frequent item-sets including a subset Co whose value is changed regularly. Recently, many studies showed that the mining of frequent item-sets with often changed constraints should be based on the lattice of closed item-sets and generators instead of mining them directly from the database. In this paper, a structure and unique representation of frequent item-sets restricted on constraint Co using closed frequent item-sets and their generators are proposed. Then, an algorithm called MFS-Contain-IC is developed to quickly and distinctly generate all frequent item-sets containing Co. The theoretical results are proven to be reliable. Extensive experiments on a broad range of synthetic and real data-sets show the effectiveness of present study

AN INTRODUCTION TO FACTORIZATION TECHNIQUE FOR BUILDING RECOMMENDATION SYSTEMS
No full textRecommender System (RS) is successfully applied in predicting user preferences. For instance, RS has been used in many areas such as in e-commerce (for online shopping), in entertainments (music/movie/video clip... recommendation), and in education (learning resource recommendation). In Vietnam, e-commerce is initially growing, thus, RS may be an interesting and potential research topic in the next years. In this work, we shortly introduce about the RS and thoroughly describe one of the prominent techniques in RS which is Matrix Factorization (MF). We describe the MF in details so that the new reader can understand and implement it easily. In the experiments, we set up and compare the MF with other techniques using three data sets from two different areas which are entertainment and education. Experimental results show that the MF can work well in both entertainment (e-commerce) and education domain

A DATA CLUSTERING ALGORITHM WITH TOLERANCE RELATION

The connectivity relation between objects, which is formed from tolerance sets, is a kind of equivalent relation of space partitions into several pairwise disjoint sets, called equivalent classes. Each cl ass contains objects which are considered equivalent only if they are connected. This is the basic idea of proposed clustering algorithm. Our method can discover clusters of arbitrary shapes even if they are not in a high density
